I haven't been to Boba Time in a while and I visited this location for the first time while hanging out with my sister the other day. We both were craving boba and she's been here before, so we decided to get our fix here. I'm not sure if it's normal for them to offer food options but I'm was pleasantly surprised when I noticed that they had popcorn chicken, tenders, fries & even taiyaki here. I really hope this is the norm for all the Boba Time location because I thought those were some cool additions to the menu. I'm not a big matcha fan, but they were also advertising a variety of new matcha drinks that looked very intriguing. I ended up ordering a Thai tea slush with boba & it tasted as expected, but I did kinda wish it was a bit on the sweeter side. Other than that it was the perfect sweet treat to cool off that day. My overall experience was nice, the store was clean and service was very quick. If I'm ever in the area again I would definitely come back, especially to try that popcorn chicken. read more

Horrible service they refused to take my 100 dollar bill. My total was 48 I had 245 dollars on me. I have hundred and they refused to take my order read more

Terrible service, terrible drinks. There were 4 employees working tonight but yet there was no one at the cash register and it still took 20min to get our boba - which by the way, they got wrong. Our drinks came with no boba and was totally watered down. Also, they need a good scrub down of their kitchen and counter tops. Dirty. Stay away and get your boba fix someplace else. read more

I just wanted to try it and ordered a. Red bean. Terrible. I will never go back. And it was dirty.

Dubai Chocolate Frappe This is fantastic!! I LOVED it!! Great chocolate flavor. Not overly sweet. Love the textures from the crunchy pistachio bits and crispy kataifi flakes! It features pistachio and matcha flavors with chocolate. I can see why this is a customer favorite!! read more

I haven't been to a Boba Time location in years!!! Back then it was my go-to boba spot as it was the only one around. Since a lot of other boba shops have opened I've ventured off. I had the Jasmine milk tea which was heavily watered down. It was a disappointment. I couldn't taste the Jasmine flavor, but just water topped with ice. I know I haven't been here in years, but I do remember when the milk tea is actually made properly it tastes so good. I also had popcorn chicken in spicy heat level. The popcorn chicken was crispy, but it wasn't spicy whatsoever. Either way, if I was craving popcorn chicken and wanted to spend $10 on it then I'd come here. read more

I loved my Strawberry Banana Smoothie. De-Lish-Ussss!!!!! I also got six Macaron's which hit the spot! The store is clean and feels fresh. There is plenty of parking right in front. The staff members were pleasant and ready to assist you and answer any questions you may have. Overall... it was a good place to get smoothies and a tasty treat. I will be returning!!! Staple boba spot in a lot of neighborhoods. We stop by here when we want a sweet boba drink and aren't too sure what we want. Boba time has a big menu and recently they've rolled out a new menu with some specialty coffee drinks like the Dubai and the banana coffee. I tried the banana coffee with boba and it was honestly pretty good, the banana cold foam tasted like a banana milk shake. You do need to mix it together if not the bottom will taste like straight espresso. once combined it is a well balanced coffee, not too sweet with a nice touch of banana. read more

The drink I ordered was great !! However, the sweet potato fries was BURNT !! How could they sell this, it's unacceptable !!!!! Just because it was already paid ? When we consumers paid for a merchandise, we expect edible food to be served. I threw it away !!! I paid for & I was cheated . Horrible for whoever cooked or baked this sweet potato fries knowing it's burnt !!! Don't do this again to paying customers ..... read more

Shout out to Aimee T. who left a review on Yelp for It's Boba Time - Victory and recommended the XL Peach Lychee Fruit Iced Tea. I usually get milk teas at other boba shops, but I've never been to this boba spot, and I love checking out what locals enjoy. Aimee did not disappoint. I ordered the XL Peach Lychee Fruit Iced Tea - but I added boba + lychee jelly, and asked for 75% sugar. My friend ordered the pistachio frappe with boba. Oh my word. Delicious. Service was excellent, the establishment was clean, and it was a great place to catch up. read more

We had placed an order around 2 pm or so of about 3 drinks: two teas and one smoothie. Others had placed their orders after us. We kept hearing other people being called that came after us. We were order 93, but yet we were hearing 96, 97, 98, etc.. 15 minutes later, we finally get our drinks. For easy drinks..? And I saw our order sitting on the counter in the back for several minutes before they gave it to us. Never had this poor of an experience before. And the lady who was working there seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Crazy. read more

I would recommend this Boba Time location I have come to many times. The plaza parking is easy (you can usually find a spot right in the front) and the service is friendly/efficient. My favorite items are the Taro smoothie with boba (there is a wide selection of boba to choose from!) and Original Açaí bowl. There are a few tables but I usually prefer taking my order to go. I noticed the A/C was pretty intense the last time I went there but other than that, I enjoy this place! read more

Service. This is one of those places that don't give customers the time to help them. They are trying to be automated. You walk in and have to figure things out. If you make a mistake good luck your on your own. Try to get someone's attention and they look at you like there's something wrong with you. I can walk accross the street and get a boba from Dads Donuts where I know they will actually listen to you. And when you tip them it's for actually giving you good service. read more

so let's talk about this place. it's located on the streets of downtown burbank where all the foodie spots are at. the sign outside their door catches your attention with their unique drinks with photos on them. (i am a sucker that falls for the pictures) I've visited this place twice and the first time i was greeted by a gentleman who assisted me with my order. he was nice. i got myself their Dubai pistachio frappe. i have to say it was pretty good i do kinda wish they added more pistachio cream around the cup or at least a hint of pistachio as you are taking a sip because it was a lot of chocolate. they also only added the kanafeh on top of the drink with sprinkle bits of pistachios. i do rate it a 7/10. my second time visiting i was interested in trying their banana matcha. i am a huge matcha girly and I've really been into the whole 'banana matcha' trend lately so I was excited to try it. when i walked in i wasn't greeted by anyone. i was standing behind the counter waiting for an employee to come out and help me place my order but they were all just hiding in the back. not one single person wanted to come out from the back and help a customer out. i know they saw me come in cos I saw them as well. eventually, i ended up ordering from the kiosk. once i placed my order, my drink was made pretty quickly. i was soo excited to try the banana matcha and once i took that first sip i was soo disappointed. it had NO taste of banana at all. i asked for 100% sweet (recommended) and it tasted like GRASS. the ONLY thing that made it a "banana matcha" was the banana cold foam on top. that was delicious and tasted like banana. i was so irritated. if you couldn't help assist me with my order the least you can do is make a yummy enjoyable banana matcha drink. (I didn't take any photos cos wasn't photo worthy) I rate the banana matcha 0/10, banana cold foam 8.9/10. read more

I tried the matcha Thai tea with boba, which seems to be a newer item on the menu, and it was really good! This place also has non-dairy milk that you can get with your drink which I appreciated. My drink was really good and I would totally get it again. It wasn't too sweet, but just the right balance to highlight the Matcha, the Thai tea and the boba. When I got there, there was definitely a long line ahead of me. A group of 12 people literally walked in right in front of me. I still only had to wait like 10 minutes to get my drink after ordering, which was impressive, considering how many drinks are in front of me. They definitely have a large menu with a lot of different tea, flavors and combinations you can get for bubble tea. They also have slushies and even popcorn chicken, and some other food items. I've had a lot of classic drinks from here and do appreciate that they have a menu with the sellers or seasonal items that can help you pick if you don't know what you want or want to try something new. There is a couple of tables for indoor seating. The store does get pretty cramped when there is a long line of people. Most people will just stand off to the side and wait for their drink so when it's busy, that is the main reason why it gets pretty cramped. Otherwise, you could wait outside, but there aren't really tables outside so most people tend to take their drinks to go. The service is friendly and kind. Definitely seems to be a popular place for people to come and get boba! read more

I love this Boba Time location. They make the boba smoothies fairly quickly. At night time on weekends, this location gets busy and sometimes out of the door but during the weekdays/nights, it is chill. I recommend checking out their Top Boba Time Flavors as they are very popular and spot-on with the best ranked flavors. I have tried many flavors but usually opt for the Taro, Mango, Strawberry, Milk Teas, Pistachio, Honeydew Flavors with boba included. The Kale Avocado Smoothie is really good if you want something more health conscious (it doesn't taste like kale, just a really refreshing green colored smoothie). If you want food, they do offer some snack food options. I was in the mood for some chicken so I ordered their snack popcorn chicken and it's good. It's very spicy and the quantity was reasonable. read more

It's Boba Time has a huge variety of items from all kinds of drinks like milk and fruit teas, slushies, and smoothies to acai bowls, macaroons, and popcorn chicken. My usual is the Thai tea here, which they do well here, its not the best thai tea I've ever tried but it does well to satisfy a craving and the boba is nice and chewy. Most recently, I got the peach strawberry fruit tea which was also just ok, not my favorite but I ordered off the top 20 menu, which I appreciate they had. I ordered off the tablet kiosk, and unfortunately they missed my order so I was waiting around 20 min until I went up to the counter to ask about my drink when I noticed people who ordered after me already got their drink before me. They made it immediately when they realised so no complaints, Overall this is a pretty average boba shop but the many choices of drinks and food makes it suitable for all people. read more

Cute little it's boba time in Burbank. The interior has gotten a lot more aesthetic since I've stepped into one many many years ago. Also the menu has expanded from what I can recall, they have açaí bowls, shaved ice, savory snacks , and just about every boba concoction you can think of. I just got a regular hot assam milk tea and they were adjust the sweetness to my liking- I especially like the cute little holiday cups they have now with Santa as the cup handle. So cute! read more

It was my first time here and I tried the iced double matcha which automatically comes with oat milk (love that!) and I asked for it unsweetened. It was exactly what I was craving. Service here is not what it needs to be. Placed an online order today and after arriving at the store was ignored by no fewer than four people. When I asked if my specific order would be ready I was told the ticket would come up in the back. Waited another 10 minutes until another person showed up and it turns out the order had been ready all along. Keep in mind there was no line. Don't waste your time here. 2 weeks ago, I emailed the following: "Boba Time, typically my 3 girls and I love visiting for a cold drink! Unfortunately today was not a good experience--my girls all ordered strawberry smoothies and they wouldn't drink more than the first sip. I tasted them and honestly they were terrible--super watered down, extremely bitter, and very little strawberry flavor. We've had the strawberry smoothie a couple times in the past and it's been great, so not sure what happened today (order 127, early this afternoon). The girls were upset, but unfortunately there was a very long line when we realized the issue, so they didn't want to wait to talk someone about it. We just threw away the drinks and left. Just wanted to give you a heads up that something was off with our drinks today." Response: "Thank you for reaching out to the It's Boba Time customer service department. We will forward your message to the Burbank (Victory) location for further review. Please note that the location you have selected is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, under the It's Boba Time license. We wish you all the best and thank you for bringing this to our attention as we take customer feedback very seriously." Customer service is lacking as well as quality control. I ordered mozzarella sticks with tomato sauce and unfortunately the sauce was missing. I really like the frosty milk tea, but I'd rather order it for delivery, as lazy as it seems. It's just because the place gets packed and the staff is unfriendly. The place gives me an uncomfortable vibe, everytime I am there it feels like I just want to hurry get my drink and leave as the employees never say "hi"never say "bye" never even say "gee, thanks!" when you leave a tip in the jar, they appear to be very unhappy with their positions. The looks on their faces when one customer walks in after another tells me they don't like to be there. Probably only advice to the person managing this store is--hire more optimistic enthusiastic people who are people friendly and are grateful to have jobs OR pay your employees more. read more

I am reviewing Boba Time in Burbank on Buena Vista and victory due to a wonderful young lady name Kamea . I sure hope I spelled her name right she was such a cute young lady and so nice I passed by this place all the time but I know that all their stuff has MSG or a caffeine rather I'm allergic to that even though everything looks so yummy I needed to take medicine I said I will run in and get some water I always C a line out the Door it was not busy which was Y I said I will go in While I was there I decided I was thinking she knew what I was thinking before I said it she said you want to know if we have some thing with no caffeine I laughed and said how did you know she named Dolph a few things quite a few things I was surprise and it was so hard for me to decide on something especially because I had more choices than I thought I told her to choose for me and what kind of flavors and taste I like and she did just that and it was delicious. She was so incredibly kind and professional that I don't always see this in this young generation now I know I can go there and get a yummy drink without getting sick thank you so much Kamea!!!
