We were extremely disappointed by the service during our recent visit. We are regular customers and visit this establishment almost every day. We consistently support this business and have always chosen to come here, which is why this experience was especially upsetting. When we arrived, there were no other customers in the establishment--we were the only ones there. The staff clearly saw us waiting, yet for approximately 10 minutes nobody greeted us, acknowledged our presence, or offered any assistance. We were simply ignored. This level of indifference toward loyal customers feels very disrespectful. At the very least, regular patrons should be greeted and acknowledged, especially when the establishment is not busy. There's barely any Nutella, and it seems like it's being covered up with fruit on top. Are you seriously trying to cut costs at your customers' expense? Absolutely unacceptable. My favorite item here is the chunky strawberry bowl and I love their great greens juice! It's my go to. All the employees here are amazing and give great customer service. Uber Eats missed half my order, and when I mistakenly called this location, I politely asked if they could provide me with the correct Jamba Juice phone number.
