I have been to other Jamba locations, this was my first time visiting this location. I can say that service was way better than the other locations. The young lady who helped me was so nice and so sweet. She had a smile on and didn't make me feel rushed. I ordered strawberries wild smoothie. It was so good and hit the spot. It was so refreshing in a warm weather. This location is very clean. Counters were clean and there was no trash on the counters. The only complaint is the parking. Parking at the food area can be challenging. If you don't mind walking, I would recommend parking by Target, TJ max area and walk. read more

Very disappointed. We are regular customers and come here almost every morning, but today the staff completely ignored us and refused to take our order. There were no other customers in the store. Both employees clearly saw us standing at the register, yet neither of them acknowledged us. They didn't greet us, didn't say they would be with us shortly--nothing. We stood there for about 10 minutes while a woman with a ponytail (who appeared to be the manager) walked around acting as if we didn't exist. This is terrible customer service and honestly deserves a 1-star review. To make matters worse, the oatmeal I order regularly is often only half-filled. There's barely any Nutella, and it seems like it's being covered up with fruit on top. Are you seriously trying to cut costs at your customers' expense? Absolutely unacceptable. I love my local Burbank Jamba Juice. The location is great and has a big parking lot. It's at the Burbank Empire Center. My favorite item here is the chunky strawberry bowl and I love their great greens juice! It's my go to. All the employees here are amazing and give great customer service. Andrew is very kind and responsible. Honestly everyone here is great but I'm just going by name on recent receipt. Uber Eats missed half my order, and when I mistakenly called this location, I politely asked if they could provide me with the correct Jamba Juice phone number. The employee flat-out refused, saying she "couldn't give out numbers." This is basic customer courtesy that should be expected. Instead of helping, I was dismissed.
