I mobile ordered to this Starbucks to try one of their new fall beverages. I had a coupon for a $3 drink and was able to redeem it easily on the app as well as customize the drink. The drink was ready very quickly and I appreciated not having to wait long for it. They did a great job of making my oat milk pecan latte and it was well balanced and perfectly sweet and decadent. I was able to score a table inside despite it being busy and my friend met up with me. We enjoyed the AC inside while it was brutally hot outside. I felt relaxed and invigorated while here. I was able to find some street parking but there are a few free garages across the street. read more

I had gone in for a trenta dragon drink to get the most out of it with easy ice as the label says and had approximately 5 sips of it due to there being 90% ice. When I approached a barista and informed them they went over to a manager and it was the worst customer service experience. I had approached nicely because I didn't want to be that person to complain but even then I didn't get a sorry for the inconvenience of having to go back or atleast received a smaller replacement because "the drink was gone", yeah i wonder why. I only ever visit this location late-ish at night on a weekday when I'm either killing time before a movie or doing some shopping after work. And I have never had to wait to order or get my drink. I'm sure at other times of day this place can get very crowded, but I have been very lucky in the dozen or so times I have been here. Staff here is always very friendly and welcoming. They always greet me with a smile and just make for a warm environment throughout the location. The location itself is a bit small. That means there aren't a ton of spots to sit down and enjoy your drink &/or food, but if you're looking to just grab something on your way to somewhere else within the area, this is the perfect spot. If you are looking to get some work or reading done while you are there, just note that you might strike out if it's a busy time. read more

Same miserable barista who makes it a habit to close the store earlier than posted refused to get me water because they were closing soon. Not closed, but closing soon. Water. Nothing more. Hey Starbucks you're already losing business and now you're ensuring your employees are driving away customers? Why did my partner who was trying it out for the first time by my recommendation (which I now feel awful about) try to order a medicine ball which should tell you already she wasn't feeling good and be spoken to in a condescending manner by a tight ponytail employee who said "it's not called that anymore. You HAVE to call it honey mint citrus tea" and REFUSED to key in the order until she ordered it the way she said?? What kind of power trip are you on to not assist someone until they do what you say? To stand there and hold up a line because a drink you knew perfectly well wasn't ordered "the new way" That's disgusting and embarrassing and I'm going to ensure this gets escalated because you do not talk to people like that. read more

I like the new spaciousness and cleanliness of this location. The Barista was so kind, he could see I had my 'upset' face on and asked me how my day was. There was no customers behind me but, he was patient and was willing to listen. I love the view from the bar area, especially on a rainy day like today, it's the perfect people watching area. Even when it's busy inside the store, it feels quiet in this corner. The drinks are almost the same but, has always tasted better here, not as dark or bitter. Came here on a busy Saturday night. It was quite packed inside, but i waited about 5 minutes for my drink, which is quick compared to how many people were in there. Patrick was very friendly and made sure he got my order correct. Ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade with no ice and no strawberries and they made it just how I asked! Great starbuck in Downtown Burbank right next door to Ike's Sandwiches on the corner of San Fernando Blvd and Palm Ave across from US Bank. The have a small patio in front before you enter and a fair amount of seating including standing tables. I typically pop in if I'm in the mood for a cold brew, iced coffee or lemonade. The service is always warm and efficient. Especially the last few times I stopped in. Typically always busy if looking to unwind, work or hang for a bit, but you can get lucky and find some seating if you time it right otherwise there is seating all along the street outside including some benches, usually at the end corners of each street from Magnolia Blvd to about Angeleno Avenue. Definitely a more narrow starbucks than some as you walk toward the counter line for checkout. Restrooms are clean and the Wi-Fi is strong. read more

I had THE worst experience at this Starbucks. I ordered online, showed up just 10 minutes later, and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes before someone even asked what I ordered. When I told the guy my name, he acted like my drink had been there forever and tried to play it off like I was the one who was confused. Then, he casually says, "Oh, someone stole your drink." Are you kidding me?! How does that even happen? I had to wait AGAIN for them to remake my drink, and when I finally got it, it was WRONG. Completely wrong. By the time I realized, I was already driving and couldn't go back. I'm out $6 and wasted so much time for nothing. This place is a complete mess. It's chaotic, they don't care about getting orders right, and it's honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had. I'll NEVER return to this location. This Starbucks sucks! read more

My friends and I stopped by this Statbuck since we were in the area. I checked on their website and Starbuck that this Starbuck would be open because they sometime just close early without any notice. When we got to the place, there were some people inside but not to the point where there was no seating. I got a small hot chocolate and it only took like 5 minutes for it to come out. The hot chocolate isn't all that great and when I open the lid, I was stock to see that they didn't fill up my cup. We didn't want coffee but we were thirsty for a cold drink. We opted for the Dragon drinks they offer. We picked out the Dragon and a Mango Dragon drink with half lemonade so it wouldn't be too sweet. The barista was courteous to explain the different ingredients because it's not listed on the wall menu. read more

This is the most popular Bux in Burbank, and likely top 10 in all of Los Angeles. That alone should make you appreciate the staff here.
