My medication is regularly not ready when I'm told it should be ready, and trying to get an update over the phone is almost impossible because the pharmacy frequently does not answer. When you depend on a pharmacy for medication, you should be able to rely on them to have prescriptions ready when promised or at the very least be able to reach someone by phone to find out what is going on. Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you need your medication filled reliably and on time.

I basically been to every other stores in this plaza beside CVS until today. I found parking easily since I came in the morning but the only issue you'll face is when you leave because it backs up. The pharmacy is toward the back of the store and they have certain items behind a glass cage. Things were easy to find depending on what you're looking for. The pharmacy is basically a hit or miss depending when you come and who is working because I'm pretty sure they get a lot of customers. They also have a drive thru that people can use as well. The prices will also vary depending on what you buy as well but it's all about convenience in the end. Like I saw some soda prices that are higher here than other stores. I didn't see anyone working the checkout station when I was leaving so I'm pretty sure they are short staffed as well.

People who like a clean station would want to stay away from this place, but people who like to tag appear invited, heh. This was actually the second stop I supported at 'The City of Burbank,' CA purchasing items from the Convenient store inside. The cashier was friendly and asked how my day was, so I told him I was attending a social media event two blocks down the street. Luckily, Mobile gas station, Burbank, CA saved my day. I was in a hurry returning to the Yelp Elite Event catching up with two of my favorite local YelpLA CMs so didn't stick around taking pictures. Ill be back again in the near future taking pics and getting some gas if I ran out next time I drive back to Burbank, CA.

We drove by this one but since we needed gas last week we figured it's our chance to try it. Easy to pump gas (decent prices as well for our area), easy to maneuver, get in and out. No stress. I didn't like they have sound on their screens and you put up with listening to commercials going on while you pump. I prefer no ads! Other than that, good experience here. There was literally a huge line for the restroom so we had to wait. They have 3 restrooms, but all were occupied and the line literally had about 15 people already lined up. I honestly don't know if there was something going on that day, but everyone that visited Starbucks had to go to the restroom. Staff was great, they were pushing out orders pretty quick and they seem to have a good flow. When you watch their employees everyone is working and everyone looks happy to be there. This Starbucks is a good size where they have quite a bit of tables and there's room for groups. Parking is also not an issue, it's near several establishments but there's tons of space for parking. This area seems like a nice side of town. If you need a little pick me up then you should definitely grab a brown sugar oatmilk cortado! I highly recommend that small little drink, it definitely packs some energy!
