I stopped by this CVS Store while waiting for my coworker to meet me up here. This store is close to my company old office when we were in Burbank. I basically been to every other stores in this plaza beside CVS until today. I found parking easily since I came in the morning but the only issue you'll face is when you leave because it backs up. The pharmacy is toward the back of the store and they have certain items behind a glass cage. Things were easy to find depending on what you're looking for. The pharmacy is basically a hit or miss depending when you come and who is working because I'm pretty sure they get a lot of customers. They also have a drive thru that people can use as well. The prices will also vary depending on what you buy as well but it's all about convenience in the end. Like I saw some soda prices that are higher here than other stores. I didn't see anyone working the checkout station when I was leaving so I'm pretty sure they are short staffed as well. read more

I think Movses is retarded. He mumbles and tries to brush off every question like it isn't his problem. "Go to the other counter " Made me wait 20 mins for the pharmacist before he let me pay for my meds. The pharmacists arrives to tell me information I've been told five other times at this same pharmacy. Glad I waited! Then I see that they only filled half of my prescription? I keep going in and asking for two prescriptions of medication at separate doses. This is so I can take a specific dose of the medication that is not manufactured. Every single time I come to this pharmacy, I have to remind them to fill both scripts. And even then, most of the time, they only fill one of them. THEN!!! Movses tells me (after making me wait 20 mins for nothing consequential) that they can't fill the second half of my script because they're about to close. Cool. read more

These women that work in here are so rude and inefficient. I don't even know why I came back here. Went in for a passport photo today. Stood in line waited my turn. She was the only one at the register, and then three other workers came up. I waited another 10 minutes where they checked everyone else out, and then someone walks past me and tells the other woman, oh our camera needs to be charged, but she couldn't tell me that to my face so then the other woman had to come and tell me after I waited for 15 minutes in a line and then waiting for everyone else to be out of the register for them to tell me they couldn't take my photos. After staying on the line for pickup about 45-50 minutes operated by only one pharmacist sends everyone to drop off line because there's a system error and made all of us wait for another 40-45 minutes because they have only one pharmacist working This is the worse pharmacy experience I ever had read more

If I could give this pharmacy 0 starts I would! I'm very disappointed with the customer service I received when I called the pharmacy regarding a prescription. The person who answered the phone, James, was extremely disrespectful. While I was explaining my situation, he abruptly said, "You're not listening to me, are you?" in a very rude tone. I was shocked and said "Excuse me," as there was no reason to speak to me that way. I asked if there was a way for him to contact the other pharmacy to see why their systems are not corresponding with one another since I spoke to the pharmacy and they had told me that they removed it from their end already. He said yes and then hung up the phone without explaining what he was doing or providing any next steps. I was left confused and had to call back and speak with someone else to resolve the issue. This entire situation made me feel incredibly disrespected as a customer and I am not going to leave this situation like this. This individual should not be allowed to work in customer service or matter of fact hold a professional license if he believes that it's normal to treat customers the way he does. Please hire knowledgeable pharmacist at this location. Asya is disrespectful, rude and had no knowledge about patients medication. How did she get her pharmacy license? I am telling her 2nd time already that I take same original medication years and she keeps stating that generic version is apporved and forcing me to get generic. I think she wants to kill patients,by knowingly she sees ,clearly on my record it states, I cant take generic (Levo....)due to allergic reaction to that medication. The CVS pharmacy is close to my home but it always disapoints. They always close before their closing hours, every weekend. Today I arrived at 5:47pm, pharmacy hours are until 6pm. I stood in line for 6 minutes only for a CVS employee who was on his phone, tell me he didnt see me but pharmacy is closed and he diamissed me and another patron walking into line. The patron also said," its not 6pm." We both walked away without our medication and it wasnt 6pm. Walgreens is also close by. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. The pharmacy here is by far the worst one. Avoid them. The people who work there are slow, rude and because of their incompetence, i couldn't get my lifesaving medicine for three days. I tried to oick it up before i left for a trip, but they told me to come back, the day after my pre authorization from my insurance company expired. Then they tried to charge me $500.00 for a medication that costs $50.00. I am switching my pick up place, after having nothing but bad experiences with this CVS. read more

If you enjoy waiting in snail-paced lines to interact with rude pharmacists, this is the place for you! It took me 15 minutes to reach the front of the line, during which time I made eye contact with the pharmacists several times. When I finally got to the counter, the pharmacist slammed a "Closed" sign on the counter and said they would reopen in 30 minutes after their break. I asked, "I've been waiting here for a while and there's nobody else in line, can you help one more customer?" Horrible, horrible,horrible. My mom had an injection that needed to be refrigerated. The tech couldn't find it so she was checking the shelves, I told her it should be in the fridge. She found it on the shelf and her reaction was priceless. It's a 6 thousand dollar medication. She checked with the pharmacist named Anna, most unethical and incompetent pharmacist and pharmacy staff ever. The tech was trying to ring up a refrigerated medication that was left on the shelf. When I confronted her, she said it's okay since I checked with the pharmacist. I said no! I won't take it! I quickly transferred my mom's medication to a different pharmacy. Shame on you! Shame! So this CVS started closing at 12AM which is fine however I was trying to go in 6 minutes before they close. Clearly the sign says they close at 12AM. I saw 3 people inside (workers) when I tried to knock on the door for them to open. I did this twice. They didn't even look my way. Frustrated, I left. I get it. You don't want me to come in but seriously I was only looking for one item. I would have been gone before you all closed. Seriously horrible service. CVS Covid Shots (What It's Like) I will tell you how it feels to get a Covid Shot! First, five stars to CVS for a professional environment. I went in and was poked right away within 10 minutes. This was my first shot. I am behind everyone because I was monitoring the news to see if anyone died or lost body parts. I waited for safety. The shot itself was nothing. I felt a pin prick and that was it. I left. Ok, so apparently this is not a shot to take lightly. I have had other vaccines before like tetanus that were nothing like this. I was injected at lunch time. I was fine all day, and then pain started to creep in. Very slowly my arm hurt. By the late evening I felt like I had been punched by Mike Tyson. I was screaming OWCH! and could not lift my arm. The pain was traveling downward to mid-arm. My arm was throbbing, hurting, and feeling kind of numb at the same time. I went to sleep. Slept about 4 hours and woke up with nightmares. Could not go back to sleep for hours. My head was spinning and I was sitting in bed moaning. I had nausea. Finally went to sleep and woke up late with a hang-over. I was wobbly on my legs and I have to bicycle to my workshop. I could barely do it. It's now 24 hours exactly writing this yelp. My arm still hurts but I am starting to feel a little better. I still need another shot. Oh shit. Well, a little misery is better than being piled with the other 600,000 who refuse the vaccine. The ONLY reason I still go here is they're the only one in walking distance and I don't drive, so they're basically holding me hostage I don't have another choice. This CVS pharmacy is sooooo slow. I've sat in the drive thru line for far too long. Not sure why it's so slow because they always have upwards of 6 people working. Why isn't someone designated to JUST doing drive thru pick ups/drop offs?? It's baffling. I have a chronic illness and have been using cvs to fufil my prescriptions for 20 years. I had a prescription written literally 30 minutes before coming into this CVS which was dated and obviously legitimate. The pharmacy tech instantly profiled me and said that the medication "wasn't in stock" I have filled that exact same prescription before, had my Insurance card and ID ready etc My doctor confirmed they lied to me and the medication was in stock. I know cvs has a right to refuse anyone they want but they were rude, judgmental and treated me like an addict. I won't be coming back. read more

Today I went to pick up my meds and they had put a shade on the window stating the drive-thru is closed and to go inside. I can't do that. Also they try to purposely change my prescription from brand name to generic. I had my doctor send them a notification that they aren't supposed to change that med to generic. Now suddenly my prescription for the brand name has completely been removed from their computer and they want to give me generic. This Pharmacy SUCKS... They are the WORST! I have almost 20 meds that bill app $18,000+ a month... and yet I get treated like CRAP. They send me these surveys asking how they did, I fill them out.. and then get a call from the Pharmacy manager SPANKING ME for being critical... Example... I'm waiting in a line with 8 people. ONE person is assisting customers while 7-8 other are behind the counter. USELESS.. There used to be a woman named Amelia/Emily worked in the pharmacy.. She had to leave since they were screwing her over. SHE was the ONLY one I would deal with, she took good care of me on a one on one basis.. and since she left, I have had nothing but problems there. I got there just as they were closing on Sunday night. I have a viral stomach infection. I needed 3 drugs that were phoned in ahead of time by my doctor. The blond Armenian woman working there told me they didn't fill them because the insurance was on hold. I would have paid with debit, I desperately needed them. She then told me she wouldn't help me because they were closing. I'm standing there with bandages on both arms in severe pain from stomach spasms and she tells me she will transfer them to the 24 hour pharmacy on Hollywood way. After 7 hours waiting for a diagnosis and prescription at ST Joseph's I had to then drive to the other side of town. When I get to the 24 hour cvs they have a line. After waiting 20 more mins in line I get to the pharmacist who tells me 1) it wasn't put in the system like the blond Armenian lady told me at alameda cvs and that 2) that would never happen because one of the pain relievers is a controlled substance. He informs me they can't fill the pain reliever because he prescription wasn't sent to them originally. They were kind enough to give me the 2 other ones I needed but as I'm standing here at 2:41am not able to sleep for the third day in a row because of crippling stomach spasms the entire experience wasn't helpful. This woman has no heart. She is in the wrong business. She treated me like an annoyance, like just a task that didn't matter because they were closing. I have to go get my pain medication tomorrow but I will be writing corporate and writing St Joseph's to tell them my experience and to suggest they just send all their prescriptions somewhere else. My cousin is a nurse there and I will ask her to spread the word as well. I will not ever do business there again. read more
