I purchased medication that require required an ID. The entire time, the woman at the full service checkout was conversing with a customer chatting about food and other things. My thing started buzzing that I needed an attendant to help. It probably said 10 times help is on the way. She finally came and then said oh go ahead and put your date of birth in, and she walks away. No one else is around. No apology, did not check my ID, no other acknowledgments.. I stopped coming to the pharmacy a long time ago, but the store is slow and unfriendly many times. There was a younger gentleman who used to work here. He was great. The lack of good workers here also is reflected with literally everything being locked up in the facial care section. You can't even re-labels anymore because you have to wait 15 minutes for somebody to come and open the door.

Another pharmacy wanted $1200 for the same medication I get here for $79. Unfortunately my dog was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease before I had a chance to buy her pet insurance so I have to pay out of pocket. Pharmacist was a little confused when the prescription said "beef flavored" and asked if I still wanted to get that flavor for my daughter. We all had a laugh when I explained it was actually for my dog, not my daughter. It's a 20 minute drive from where I live but it's definitely worth it.

So in searching for a new pharmacy, I came across this one. There is parking structure parking here and they do honor 15 minutes of parking for free, so best believe I high tail it as soon as I park. Make sure you take your ticket with you so you can get your exit ticket at the kiosk before you get back to your car. I've never had to wait in line for my prescriptions, it's always been in and out in less than 5 minutes. The pharmacist and the techs there are all so nice and are very helpful, they're also pleasant on the phone. They make a courtesy call, which is a recording, when your prescriptions are ready to either be picked up or delivered to you, which I also found convenient. They also offer free delivery, which I finally used twice, and I have to say the service is top tier. Their delivery driver is very kind and courteous. This pharmacy is truly top notch!

I continued shopping, but eventually had to step out briefly to use the restroom at Ralph's. When I returned, all of my items had been removed, and I had to start my shopping over from scratch.
