I've been coming here for years and the people are always so nice. I've gotten my prescriptions filled in the drive through and inside the store. I've also gotten vaccines here and purchased medicine, wrist wraps and bandages. Every time I come in the people who help me do a great job. They have consistently had a positive attitude. The store is always clean. There is always plenty of parking in the parking lot since they share the lot with a number of other businesses. read more

The last three months I've had to call in to my CVS pharmacy to get the proper approval in place for Weagovy. Every time getting ahold of someone to handle the hoops related to Weagovy is a problem. Today I was placed on hold for three minutes and then hung up on (they picked up, I could hear talking and papers shuffling). I called back and after several rings the same thing happened. RUDE ... and they don't care ... use Walgreens if you can. read more

Came here when I was in the area and was surprised at how big it is! The aisles were very clear and well labeled and it was easy to find what I needed. I really liked how a lot of products weren't out of stock as many CVSes are. They have such a large assortment and variety of products and less items are locked up here (maybe less theft in the area?). The check out process was seamless and the employees here were friendly. Parking was very easy in their large lot, even during a busy time. read more

ZERO STARS CVS store #9692 in Burbank, CA--managed by John, Milly, and district manager Narek--is responsible for the disappearance of my UPS package containing over $500 worth of merchandise. It has now been more than a week, and despite multiple in-person visits and follow-up phone calls, not a single staff member has taken ownership or provided any meaningful resolution. The supervisor on duty flatly refused to accept any responsibility, and both store and district leadership have shown a complete disregard for customer accountability and basic professionalism. This is theft, plain and simple--and the way CVS has handled it is unacceptable. SHAME ON CVS for enabling this kind of behavior and failing to protect its customers. I've been coming to this CVS for 10 years. I prefer this one over the one on Hollywood Way as it's easier to get in and out of. I had to write a review because I've noticed the last few months a new team member, Andrew, really makes it more enjoyable to come here. He's always so cheerful and helpful! CVS is a great choice for us. It's within 5 minutes drive from us and they pretty much have everything we need. Their only downside is pharmacy opens at 10 and they are closed for 2 hours during lunch. read more

I unfortunately have to give some sort of rating. If you can avoid this location I absolutely would. The customer service given by Adrian was disgraceful. I went to go purchase a card and gift card for a Birthday. Since no one was at the register I went to self check out ( I have done self check out for a gift card at other places without a problem) and an error occurred with activation. Most cards won't activate until you purchase them. When Adrian came to help he condescendingly said and I quote " why would you do that it's common sense to not do that at a self check out" I said well I've never had an issue before and if you do you should put a sign, and again not so kindly stated that it's obvious to not do that. I have worked in a customer service job for over 13 years I would never speak to a customer the way he did. read more

The customer service here is horrendous. I was using the self-checkout and as I was scanning one of my items, the checkout didn't register that I have scanned the items already. So it made a loud announcement to everyone saying "Remember to always scan your items" and that help is on the way. At first, I was like whatever technology isn't perfect. However, after an employee helped me and told me to rescanned the item, the checkout still didn't register so once again it made the same announcement. This time; however, another employee came to help and saw that I only scan one item. He then started to roll his eyes saying why did you only scan one item IMPLYING THAT I WAS STEALING and after I told him what happened that I scanned all of the items but only one went through he still continued to roll his eyes. Management should really put him in his place. If your working in a customer service role, you should have the patient and understanding when it comes to helping customers. If he is gonna get all annoy at a customer and accused them of stealing based on no evidence, he shouldn't be in this role to begin with! For anyone who wants to shop at this location, I recommend other locations because this one won't respect and appreciate you! read more

This place is a disaster. The posted hours here show 7am opening yet I just showed up to the pharmacy at 9:30am and it's closed! The sign inside shows opening at 10am. Ridiculous. No wonder all retail is being replaced by robots and AI. Nobody works anymore. read more

A convenient "neighborhood" location that serves it'a purpose as while the selection may not be a large as the typical CVS stores, much easier to get in/out quickly with what you need and their "coupon" center actually works more often than not versus other stores where it is spotty at best. Be aware the pharmacy does have shorter hours, especially on weekends, so be sure to check those as they typical close the pharmacy at 6 on weekends. I've found the employees here are friendlier than other locations and more helpful when you need assistance. read more

I do not know where to begin with this particular CVS. This review concerns the store and not the pharmacy. The level of filth and dust in here is deplorable and unsanitary. Shelves appear not to be ever cleaned or dusted. As a result, products you reach for are often black with dust and dirt underneath. Shelves are often not restocked and many items not replenished. Items are often misplaced and not in the appropriate location. The carpet is literally gross it looks like it has never been professionally cleaned nor vacuumed. The self checkout is not tidy and the area where you have to place your purchased items looks unclean and unsanitary. Unfortunately, this CVS has an overall negative energy emanating from it. Parking lot is sketchy and not the safest. Please avoid this CVS it is horrific and truly not representative of the city of Burbank. Someone here or multiple employees/ managers are not doing their job. I have notified corporate and they were shocked by the level of uncleanliness that I reported. I truly hope they make necessary improvements soon. read more

It's been four years later, and I still love this CVS. I had to switch to Walgreens for awhile due to the Express Scripts debacle. UGH. I really feel for the Walgreens on Alameda and San Fernando, I know they are swamped (just like the CVS on the same corner), but I just had a lot of problems with poor communication (as well as accessibility - sharing a parking lot with Trader Joe's can be rough if you are trying to pick up your meds on a week night). I'm happily back at this pharmacy and the service is just as great as always! read more

Some of the most rudest people I've encountered in my life. I worked pharmacy, half hospital half retail, and if my manners and retail customer service had been what I see, I'd been fired. I've been to the pharmacy to dispose of a syringe that I found & upon arriving to the Rx counter I was not acknowledged by the pharmacist or technician. Unacceptable behavior. Then the pharmacist tells me she's not going to take and dispose of my use drugs even though I told her I found the syringe and was just looking for a sharps container. I ended up at my urgent care and they took care of it professionally & promptly. So today 3 people went in before me, one man literally cutting me off. As I walked in a gal with a push cart walked right in front of me blocking me from walking. Me, not the 3 people that went in before me. No excuse me or sorry, nothing ... just minimum wage behavior. I picked up my pre-ordered items and not a thank you from them either. Again, had I of exhibited this behavior I would've lost my job. read more

My complaint is that they only have their brand of allergy medicine on the shelves. I went in for Claritin - see the attached picture. All the rows of Claritin are completely empty.and the Claritin. So it looks like they don't carry it or it's been all bought out. In talking to the people that work there they said they're only allowed to put one box of Claritin on the shelf at a time. Which is ridiculous. They say that people steal them. My suggestion Cvs is if people are stealing from your location that you need to have a security guard. You should put the Claritin behind the cash register or put them in the sealed boxes and you take them upfront and pay for it otherwise if somebody grabs the sealed box and goes out with it an alarm would go off. It's been my experience that the CVS brand does not work as well. read more

Had to use this Pharmacy in an emergency situation where my friend had an unusually high fever. Since it was the closest Pharmacy to the urgent care we went to, we put the low Yelp rating aside because we needed three prescriptions filled - stat! It was a Tuesday night and the Pharmacy was empty so I was helped right away. The Pharmacist was very accommodating and also honored the coupons that urgent care sent along. Since my friend was SO ill and could barely stand, they also honored me bring his proxy - using his ID and credit card for Payment which we appreciated! To fill three prescriptions took about 20-25 mins. Everything went smoothly and I had the option of getting an explanation from the pharmacist how to and how often to safely use the medication. My friend and really appreciated the fast turnaround -- he was better and back to himself in a matter of days! read more

I love me a good CVS! This location is around the corner from my job, always has plenty of parking in their huge parking lot, and always fully stocked on what I come there to shop for. I can always score parking near the door regardless of the day and time I visit. That's always a plus because I'm lazy 90% of the time when it comes to walking into a store from the back of the parking lot like at Walmart or Target lol This stop was specifically for Shea Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner and maybe some Essentials Water bottles if the price is right. I normally get my water bottles elsewhere, but I will always give others the benefit of the doubt by having a good sale that day that I just happen to walk right into. I walked in and got a welcome from a smiling face from behind the counter that was ringing up a customer. I spoke back and looked up at the aisle cheater signs for shampoo. Boom three aisles from where I was standing held my shampoo. I can normally find a "50% more for free" bottle or they have that brand on sale a lot. This time it wasn't on sale, but I did score one bottle of my shampoo with a 50% more at $11.99 with a $2 off at register coupon. The water wasn't in the price range that I know I can get it for so I passed. I walked right up to the same smiling face that greeted me when I first walked in. She greeted me again and I showed her the coupon on the bottle. I was in and out in the matter of 5 mins. Love it! read more

My daughter stopped at cvs before practice, when in the store she needed to use the restroom and was rudely declined. She has used the bathroom at this location many times. A worker by the name of Song denied her from using the bathroom because she was in high school. This is violation of a basic human right to go to the bathroom. read more

This is my neighborhood pharmacy, and I hate them. When they first came into this location they had to appear before the planning board. The board requires that they upgrade the appearance of the property with various planting in exterior areas, including the walls on Parish side of the property and planters at store entrance. Fast forward several years and what do we find? The bougainvillea has all been chopped down, the entrance planters are gone. Add to this - the trash-ridden parking lot, the filthy walkway at the entrance. the filthy carpeting inside, the strange layout of product - and what have you got? A store that is akin to a rundown thrift store in a rundown part of town. When I have brought these complaints up to management at the store I am treated like a crazy person. One manager had the nerve to say that the carpeting is because that's what customers told them they prefer. LOL. Yea, we love looking at dirty carpet that looks like the carpet underlay. Not only is this CVS Pharmacy easy to navigate and a friendly neighborhood store, but this CVS's Optical is fantastic. I had a disability and used a walker in the store, and when I went by the optical aisle, the optical staff went out of their way to help me find items I needed in the store, even though they didn't have to do this, as they were in optical. They gave me some giveaways from the optical department and made sure I was comfortable in the store. They have heart and compassion, and based on that alone I would highly recommend them. read more

Terrible place, more that half the time medication is not in stock. They don't let you know ahead of time, so you come in wait in a long line for nothing just to have to come back again. I was told my medication would be ready by 2pm, I went in at 5:40pm and it was still was not ready. I need to find another pharmacy. read more

The pharmacists are rude. I've never met a more miserable bunch of people. They are totally incompetent, they have one job in the world and cannot even do it right. Why on earth they won't allow you to refill a prescription a few days in advance is beyond me. Instead you have to wait till the day of whether the medication is in stock or not. So now waiting for the out of stock item to be filled, missing doses. Any pharmacist that works inside a cvs is obviously a joke.
