Ladies, stay away! There are reasons the reviews are 3.5. Lived in Burbank since 1991 so I have tried all the 7-11s and this one is a lemon. Weird service (unfriendly/basic/lifeless), many staple items always out of stock (cookies, donuts) the place looks gross, unclean, see photographs. Homeless are always lingering (call the cops, it's trespassing plus aggressive begging is illegal and I do not want to cope with meth addicts and drunks both of which seem to be there all the time). The fountain is messy and gross missing items. read more

Stopped here to fetch a cup of large coffee and a Match for burning candles and incense. Didn't think they keep matches at the register area as well. Any ways, this is located in a convenient corner in the 'City of Burbank,' CA. I would return again if I need another dose of caffeine. They provide various types of creamer flavors here including Hazelnut!!!! Parking was free right inside the plaza, so totally convenient to stop by here for any last minute needs. I already used public restroom elsewhere so didn't need to look for that here this time. I'd stop by here again. read more

This is the cleanest 711 I have ever been to. i was very appreciative of the help from the 2 guys working. it's a very large store, and there are a lot of unique items which is really cool. the sodas are always fresh, the food is very good here. they obviously care about the quality of their food because every time i've bought something premaid , it's always been fresh. The service is excellent. I'm glad this is my closest seven eleven. Keep up the great work! read more

More often than not, the service I receive at 7-Eleven stores is not very good. Happy to say that this was not the case at this particular branch. The gentleman at the register was very cordial and friendly to everyone. A genuine smile and greeting go a long ways to making folks feel welcomed. The store itself was mostly clean. Just a bit cluttered because they were stocking their grocery and beer delivery. Would be a regular at this 7-Eleven store. Good job! read more

So happy to see a neighborhood convenience store embracing smaller, niche health brands. Parking lot is rarely packed, and lines move quickly. Fingers crossed they add even more healthy options and vegan goodies. read more

The 7-Eleven bottled water has been App advertised as Buy 1 Get 1 Free for more than a month. There's even store in-store advertising on it. I've bought it in Florida and Burbank at 2 for $1.99... That's it. Except for this location. Here today, 6 7-Eleven 1-Liter Waters cost $9.54 plus $0.60 plastic fee. I was given a discount of $3.54 on 3 bottles. I checked the receipt with the employee but he swore to me that was half of cost. However, I counted the total as $5.97 instead of $6.60. I paid $0.63 more at this location on Burbank Blvd & Buena Vista. A smile and an Indian accent only goes so far... But how did my Rewards App actually give me coffee cake? Not sure what is going on with this store..it's one of the few that wasnt open 24 hours until recently, and when you walk in now it looks very run down. And then I noticed the prices.. or rather, the lack of them. Entire aisles have been stripped of their price labels. Many of the corporate promotional items on sale at other stores are absent here. The items I purchased were much more expensive than I expected. And since there are so many more 7-Elevens in the area, why not go to a different one? I know I will! read more

They have workers who are unable to do simple math. Clerk charged me 5.44 for 2 slices of pizza and 3 - 8.4 oz redbulls. Redbull on sale 3 for 6 bucks and pizza is a buck for each slice. I asked her to ring up the difference she wanted to charge me for the entire thing again. Do not go to this location especially if there is anyone in line, you will end up with an angry mob behind you every single time. read more

Pretty much your standard below average 7-Eleven. For those that know the difference, Burbank is MUCH nicer than NoHo. Except this 7-Eleven is a little slice of NoHo right here in Beautiful Burbank. Lots of drunk homeless beggars who are hoping you have spare change, or will buy them booze since the store tries not to sell to them. I got coughed on by a guy in a wheelchair holding his urine-bag in his lap who was crying because the clerk wouldn't sell him any beer. Feel bad for the dude. But when it comes to 7-Eleven's, there is one closer, and much much much cleaner, nicer, better, so that's the one I have committed to using. Also this one shares a parking lot with AutoZone, so you get a lot of mechanics who are working on cars and offering to fix yours for you. So there's that. read more

The reason I will only buy package food at these locations. The employee in front of everyone at the counter grabs his crotch and adjusted himself then proceeded to reach for counter items to ring people up. I don't want to attack the Employee but his uniform is filthy; the store is a mess (cooler shelves empty, coffee bar a mess) . You need more coverage in the morning and hygiene & health code procedures for your employees. Unacceptable read more
