We stopped here with a party of 11 on our way to Long Beach for our Carnival Cruise and this Starbucks was already super busy. There was literally a huge line for the restroom so we had to wait. They have 3 restrooms, but all were occupied and the line literally had about 15 people already lined up. I honestly don't know if there was something going on that day, but everyone that visited Starbucks had to go to the restroom. Staff was great, they were pushing out orders pretty quick and they seem to have a good flow. When you watch their employees everyone is working and everyone looks happy to be there. This Starbucks is a good size where they have quite a bit of tables and there's room for groups. Parking is also not an issue, it's near several establishments but there's tons of space for parking. This area seems like a nice side of town. If you need a little pick me up then you should definitely grab a brown sugar oatmilk cortado! I highly recommend that small little drink, it definitely packs some energy! read more

Last Sunday I was driving from San Diego back home to the Bay Area. I was so exhausted that I think I ordered two different drinks in one. But I think his name was Omar or Joel (im sorry I was so foggy brained) worked with me and said it was ok when I apologized. He asked where home was when I told him I was driving home. I told him and he's like don't worry we got you. I ended up getting an energy drink. Super yummy by the way. I assume he told the girl who was making my drink that I was driving because she wrote Drive Safe on my cup ( I forgot to take a picture) but when she handed it to me she told me to have a safe drive home. He was apologizing to people for delay in making drinks which is rare nowadays. There are plenty of seats for people to seat and enjoy their drinks. There is seating outside too. I stopped by to use the restroom and ended up craving one of my favorite drinks, the Pokemon Go Frappuccino (on the secret menu for a short time period) that was a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino with added raspberry syrup and scoop of mixed berries. Sadly, they didn't have raspberry syrup or mixed berries but the very kind and friendly baristas offered to whip up something very creative using peach, strawberry puree, and dragon fruit instead and it tasted delicious! It was the perfect amount of sweetness and lots of mouthwatering flavor. Lots of seating inside and people studying at the seats outside with plenty of available parking. One of the worst Starbucks in the Los Angeles area! The only reason I ever go to this store is because it's within walking distance. I much prefer the one by the airport and one of my favorites is the drive through at Verdugo and Hollywood Way. Today once again I walked the dog to Keeler and Glenoaks got two Venti Medicine Balls(Citrus Honey Mint Tea) and they didn't taste the same. Went home and opened them up to add more honey and they only put one of each teabag in each one. This is what is in the Grande size. I guess the water in that neighborhood is more expensive than the other places in town. They make a Grande into a Venti by just adding more water, I can do that at home and save money. Sounds quite petty but this is one of many bad experiences I've experienced at this location. read more

I came into this particular Starbucks, because I wanted to buy and try out that new tye-dye rainbow frappe! The first thing I did was ask if there was any coconut in it (I'm highly allergic to coconut), phew no coconut. Then I had asked Omar, well what's in it? Banana flavored powder (yikes!), I'm allergic to bananas too! Omar and Shelby went out of their way to make sure that the ingredients in the powder were truly banana flavored. Shelby, offered to have another drink made for me Vanilla Bean with the rainbow powder! They were so friendly, funny and exceptional in their efforts to make sure I was going to get my rainbow tie-dye frappe no matter what!! Kudos to you both, Omar & Shelby!! read more

GRRRR!!! i will not EVER go to this location, again! i ordered a Caramel Mocha Frap- after 20 minutes (in store) - i got an iced coffee with whipped cream...then, he gave me a cup with a top that didn't close, just telling me to "be careful, the top won't close- idk" it spilled ALL over the passenger seat and carpet and when i placed it on my trunk to close the trunk- into my trunk. i ordered an egg and cheese (because i'm vegetarian) and got a turkey bacon sandwich. this was seriously THE worst experience i've ever had at Starbucks. i have a Coffee Bean & Tea Lead nearby, also- now i'm more than willing to make the drive. read more

The wait to order and pickup from the Starbucks Baristas was longer than normal for a Saturday afternoon. The new iced strawberry green tea was amazing. So I slurped every last drop of it and ate the ice cubes. The prepackaged rice krispy knockoff was terrible, but I ate it. This Starbucks Burbank location was its normal way. This is the worst Starbucks that I've ever visited. How can someone be standing in line, be totally ignored, but when he walks away from the line, the two girls behind get immediately helped. Yes I am a dude. I am over 6 feet tall It is not like they couldn't see me. But the cashier and the coffee maker (manager) were having a good time. Not into that really. It's not cool to laugh about your customers right in front them. So I'm a Starbucks regular, and I'll admit that I'm hooked on racking up those gold stars. My brother and I were driving back up north and we were both thirsty / we had run out of water. He NEVER goes to Starbucks, but I figured I'd use my app and we wouldn't have to use any more cash. Being a super hot day, we ordered 1 venti black tea lemonade, 1 cup of ice, and 1 cup of water while standing in line. Slightly quirky, but this is Starbucks and I'm certain they've had orders 100x crazier. When I reach the register, I'm asked to verify that I got 4 drinks. What? No. The young man taking the orders clarifies that I have a drink (he looks at me bc he forgets what it is maybe????) and 2 ice waters. I clarify that it is 1 cup of ice, and 1 cup of water. 4 drinks? No. Somehow, someone else's drink got thrown onto my tab/order/whatever. This was easy enough to clear up, and I go wait for my drink. Eventually, my tea shows up. We wait around to get someone's attention for the ice & water, and they had cancelled it because they thought we didn't want it. How did this many confusions occur within such a tiny area?? So the guy asks again if we want two ice water and we clarify, yet again. I've come here a lot over the years, this being the closest Starbucks to where I lived. We stopped by again today for a Peach Black Tea Lemonade and Pink Drink. Staff were new and seemed much friendlier than the previous baristas. The Tea was more flavorful than I've gotten at other locations (less watered down), and they put plenty of coconut milk in the Pink Drink. Parking lot in back usually has spots available even on the most crowded of days. Restrooms also available without code. read more

I called right away and Zane the manager offered to remake my drinks. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back that night but Zane took my name down and said he would leave a note that I could get 2 drinks whenever I have time to stop by.
