This Starbucks is kind of hard to find, as I needed to drive through residential areas and really did not see the Starbucks until I passed it. The parking lot is hard to access, unless you turn around and come in the back way. Once in, it appears rather small and limited. I would suggest more decor and things to talk about. Otherwise, my drink was perfectly made with no regrets here. read more

I don't know how busy this place gets in the weekends but the times I have been here, every one who is seated has ample space. I am a true Starbuckian..LOL I went to this location to gran a quick Mocha after visiting my Doctor. I walked in and stood in front of the cashier for a few min while he talked to his co-worker. Finally got to place my order, took a seat and waited, waited and waited while people who came in after me got their items. Ok, well whatever. As she is setting all the mobile orders out, I see nice wording on their cups, "have a nice day, yummy"..etc. After about 10 min mine is done, no nice works, no thanks you, no you're welcome after I said Than You..NOTHING. Awesome central location on Olive near Verdugo. Plenty of parking in the lot and on the street. The inside is spacious and they also have a large covered outdoor patio. The employees here are always so nice. The fact that they are nice keeps me coming back. The guy with the beanie is very prompt and positive and always tells us to have a nice day. Today he was there along with a nice girl with blonde braided pigtails. The service is fast and they always do a great job on the drinks. I plan to return again and again. I think this is a great Starbucks! I was here the first day it opened years ago and this place has been consistent when I have been there - which has been a lot. My drinks have always been made well and I have had great interactions with the baristas! You can rest easy knowing that they hold up to the Starbucks experience and deliver what you came for! They have always been a great Starbucks to come and do some work while you enjoy your coffee. They recently remodeled and the place is so much more inviting now. The seating is modern and the inside and outside feel much more open and welcoming. There is a decent amount of seating so it's a nice place to meet up with people or work. I always like to come in and work here for a couple hours while I sip some coffee and people watch. Would recommend! read more

Newly remodeled! I love it!!! More roomy inside, clean and longer counter space to pick up your drinks. The outdoor patio is still the same but with new furniture. They moved the restrooms to the side near the patio door. Also roomier! Had to wait a bit for our drinks even though there wasn't anyone ahead of us. (Hence the 4 stars) The barista who took our drink order was very friendly! I do like this location and really enjoy sitting outside. A bit cold inside for this yelper! Milgin, the supervisor is such an amazing employee for Starbucks. I had a big order about eight drinks and six items of food, and he took the order with such ease and calmed me down while making sure the order was completely accurate and there were no errors. He took the time to read it back to me and make sure I had everyone accounted for. The team made the drinks really fast and Logan even loaded them into my drink carrier. When walking to the parking lot I realized I forgot to grab all the food items and he came outside to bring it to me! read more

The baristas and cashiers here are great at what they do. I love the layout of this Starbucks, it has every kind of seat. Everything I've ever ordered has been what I wanted except for one time when I had cinnamon added in for no reason. Whipped cream is the best thing at this place, on any and every drink. For some reason, this is my comfort place. Whenever I'm upset or stressed out this place is where I go to get peace of mind or clarity. This place is pretty nice. There are a lot of places to sit. Most people who are here who aren't really eating or drinking a lot are probably free-loading off the internet or trying to lol. They probably should go to the library which has a stronger connect. It's only a few blocks away. I like the atmosphere here and the workers are super nice. If anything they thought my friend and I were weird when we were ordering off the secret menu. We got the Chocolate Frosty Frappuccino. Whats the recipe you say? The redesign of this Starbucks was lovely and modern. Unfortunately, for a long time now, it has become a place for folks living on the streets to hang out, nap, watch their own food and drink As soon as you enter, that section is primarily taken by homeless individuals. Last night, sitting on the other end by the restrooms, the group table had a very challenging odor that made it difficult to enjoy any of Starbucks' drinks and beverages. Spraying perfume didn't help to mask the strong odors. The sanitary conditions are of concern as the restrooms are used to clean up, etc by the homeless, and with only one stall and the front door not having a lock, that is also a concern for customers. Hopefully this can be remedied. read more

This Starbucks on the corner of Sparks and Olive in Burbank is hands-down my favorite Starbucks. I've lived in Burbank for about 12 years and I remember the service and love of the folks at Theresa's Diner that was here previously... and believe it or not the Staff at this Starbucks gives that same amazing hospitality and Service. Really, Starbucks?? Your coffee brewer has been down for almost a week and you - a multi-million, actually billion dollar company can't get it replaced or fixed???? Great location to study! It's your typical local Starbucks, but there's a lot of indoor and outdoor seating. It doesn't feel cramped inside at all and outlets are plentiful too. It can get quite loud, but if you bring your headphones, you'll be fine. Plus, there's a small parking lot in the back. read more

The atmosphere here is GREAT. There is a really sweet indoor/ outdoor seating area (outside but covered with a roof). This is also one of the largest Starbucks I have ever been to. So a great place to get some work done or meet up with a friend. Now the unpleasant part. The drinks were so clearly wrong and the barista was just not paying attention. I have a very specific drink order and I was watching him make it and made it incorrectly. When I asked to have pumps of sugar free vanilla added in (which I noticed he did not add in) they seemed agitated by the request. So customer service could definitely use some improvements. I was at the Burbank, CA location on Olive and a barista called me "girl", and said "don't come at me!", because she had my order wrong and I corrected her. As a black woman, being called "girl" is a microaggression filled with racist connotation. This barista was a young Caucasian woman. While the manager agreed the behavior was rude and not in line with your standards of customer service, that was as where the matter was dropped. Customer service, is customer focused and that type of overt racism and rudeness should be unacceptable in any of your employees. read more

This place always has the best service. Even when I go in and it seems like it's a long line, I still am able to get my drink in a decent amount of time. Today I went in and wanted to order a pumpkin cold brew but Monty let me know that they didn't have it in stock. Monty was able to suggest an alternative and it didn't disappoint. Thanks Monty!! I wanted a ride in my brothers new car and he wanted a coffee so I suggested us checking out this new location. The space is amazing! One of the nicest Starbucks I have ever been in. Service was as great as Starbucks can offer, and by that I mean excellent service. The tables and chairs are ample and comfortable for laptop or tablet use.
