But the real standout for me was the avocado toast--it was honestly the best avocado toast I've ever had! The sourdough was perfectly toasted but didn't have that super hard, scratchy texture that can scrape the roof of your mouth. I also tried the Immunity Boost smoothie, which was exactly what I needed and tasted great. The customer service was super sweet and welcoming, and the interior is so fun and colorful. For lunch, I ordered the Loaded Chilaquiles. As a guy, the portion size of this was massive for me! Two people can honestly share this dish. These weren't the best chilaquiles I've had, but the portion size relative to the price made up for it. The chips were relatively crispy and there was a generous amount of asada meat (you can choose your choice of meat). I got this with the green sauce and it was a good amount of spice heat for me. Overall, this was a solid dish. I also ordered the banana bread slice which was also large. The slice wasn't dry and was pretty good and comforting. There's both indoor and outdoor seating and tables. No bathroom unfortunately. The staff here were super nice. Also, I saw a lot of reviews mentioning this place has parking behind the restaurant. However, I spoke with the staff and you can't park there as it's reserved for a nearby bank. You can either park in front of the restaurant or its street parking.

Our juice arrived with 3 yummy, mini cornbread muffins drizzled with honey I got biscuits and gravy with 2 scrambled eggs and a side of hash browns. Located…read moreinside the Burbank Hotel, it has a beautiful, spacious open layout with plenty of seating, including tables by the windows overlooking the street. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. The food was very good. The avocado toast was beautifully presented and delicious. The chilaquiles were well seasoned with just the right amount of spice, not too spicy at all, but I think they would be even better with a protein option. The breakfast burrito was also solid and flavorful enough that it didn't even need any sauce. Next time, I'd love to try it with bacon. The coffee was okay. My cold brew tasted a bit watered down, although they do offer a good selection of flavored syrups. I would also love to see them add cold foam and sweet cream as options for their drinks, as that would really elevate the coffee menu. The servers were friendly and attentive, and the wait time was reasonable. The only downside was the coffee counter staff, who seemed a bit unenthusiastic when greeting customers. A little more energy would go a long way, especially during the breakfast rush. Overall, it's a great breakfast spot with a welcoming atmosphere. I didn't get a chance to visit the bar this time, but it looked inviting, and I'll definitely be back to check it out.
