    Horchata cold brew

A little bit harder to find when you're not from the location but I was happy to try out a groundwork's coffee bar. The horchata cold brew was very smooth and the food was very good as well. All around I was happy with this location for a well respected coffee company on my books!

8 min walk from Holiday Inn. Located next to the train, right below The Chandler Opens at 6:30am. Coffee options are basic. I got a pour over and Vietnamese coffee Pour over: 3/5 Vietnamese coffee: 3/5, not a real Vietnamese coffee. Lots of seating.

This cafe was built into the NoHo historic train depot. Very cool atmosphere, plenty of seating, and as a plus for many people it's by the metro! The parking is street parking unless you're parking at the metro across the way! The service was fast and friendly. We ordered the horchata cold brew, hot vanilla latte, and the breakfast burrito. The horchata cold brew was DELICIOUS! You could taste the cinnamon and the flavors melted together making it a supreme drink! The hot vanilla latte was also amazing! It was creamy and you could taste the vanilla flavor! The breakfast burrito though....EXCELLENT-DELICIOUS-MARVELOUS! As you can see we scarfed it down before snapping a picture, but the burrito was pretty big! It had eggs, potatoes, cheese, avocado, peppers and onions. On the side, they served a salsa and a chipotle aioli sauce so you could try them both out with the burrito! This was an excellent place to stop and grab a bite and a coffee. If you're in NoHo definitely stop by!

Counter area, you enter through a door on the left.

Great neighborhood coffee shop right next to the Noho station. Very big location with plenty of seating distributed throughout the front, middle, and their large back patio. Great spot to catch up on some work or do some reading, while also being able to have a conversation with a friend. We ordered the Beehive matcha latte ($7.50) and the Horchata cold brew ($6.50), along with a breakfast burrito ($14.50). The burrito definitely caught me by surprise and got me curious for the rest of their menu. It was really good! Would definitely stop by again.

Everyone here is friendly and helpful. I was unsure about the Horchata Latte cold brew and they let me sample it. I'm so glad they did because it was too strong for me. I went with a Vanilla latte and it was perfect. A good balance of coffee and vanilla flavors. My sister got the Beehive Matcha and really liked it too. I also ordered the avocado toast without onion and it was delish on the sourdough. The location is spacious with plenty of seating and cute plants.

The train depot Groundwork NoHo location is a quaint, quiet spot to enjoy quality coffee and pastries. Both the indoor and outdoor areas have enough space to provide a peaceful work area or intimate setting for chatting with your companions, and the vintage aesthetic is a welcome change from personality-free, cookie-cutter Starbucks. There's free parking a couple blocks past the metered streets around the post office. They're open till 4pm on weekdays only. We arrived about half an hour before 4 on a Tuesday and were pleasantly surprised with the offer of free pastries, as they needed to clear the trays before closing. They have Groundwork products available for sale as well, to stock up for yourself or secure a nice local gift for an out-of-towner.

Dropped by today for the first time! Haven't heard of this place till now. We had brunch down the street over at Bruxie's and I needed my coffee fix but wanted to try a coffee spot I haven't tried yet and this peaked my interest! We walked on over since parking out here is horrendous. Wasn't a bad walk, maybe like 2 blocks down. It's like an old railroad station converted into this coffee shop which is really neat! I went for a small Vietnamese iced coffee and it came almost immediately! There was one person ahead of us in line with the cutest and sweetest dog that we got to pet while waiting to order. They only have paper straws so I passed and just drank from the spout lid which is very convenient. Wish more spots had these lids! The sweetness and strongness of the coffee was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Definitely on the stronger side but that's how a Vietnamese iced coffee should be and what they are known for! It also uses condensed milk which is typical for this drink. It's one of my favorites and glad they made it perfect! Looking forward to coming back! IG: @ammysalamii

The bakery is the best. You will love their cakes and pastries. It is all just so great and never stale. I love any of their chocolate cakes. Their food is to die for. The only thing I did not love was their eggs because I did not like the bread it came with. I bet I could have changed it, but it was good. They have wonderful soft tacos and their salads are great. They even have burgers, but I have not tried them. They have a French toast that you can add whatever you want to and it is served so you put what you want on it. We love their benedicts. I am recovering from a leg injury, and really wanted the great kale quinoa salad. Since walking is quite difficult at the moment, I decided to place a delivery order. It took a while, but the salad was finally delivered, but when I opened the package I was surprised by the look of the salad. It seemed to have a topping of bread crumbs, but upon inspection I saw that it was a small little dump of quinoa. Hmmm, usually there are lovely shavings of Parmesan, but nope. There was a smidge of Parmesan, not the usual amount. But the real failure was the missing sunflower seeds! Whaaaat???!!! I paid $27 for a bunch of kale and lettuce with a couple tbs of quinoa and a few Parmesan shavings?! I called just to see how they would handle the situation. First I was hung up on, before speaking. Then I was put through to catering though I pushed #6, the general number choice. I was then transferred to someone else (not sure which dept) and I explained about the missing sunflower seeds. After checking with the kitchen he confirmed that yep, they ran out of sunflower seeds. He said I could get $.50 refund, and he would transfer me to another number. The phone rang for several minutes but no one picked up. My painkiller turned me into a total "Karen", because I expected so much more from a favorite place. Oh, well, there are other places. Though that kale quinoa salad is really good when it works. Just don't trust their delivery.
