My friend invited me here since he loves it. The atmosphere is chill, with a laid back cinematic decor. He got a chili bowl and I got the french dip ( came with fries and coleslaw). It was really good. The service was very attentive. I took a raspberry pie to go. Highly recommended

Back at it again, Coral Cafe is one of my go to spots for a good steak and eggs. To each their own on how they satisfy their craving, to me coral cafe is delicious and the service is awesome. Love coming here.

For over 30 years, this restaurant has been my go-to spot, and it continues to earn that place every single time I visit. The food has never once disappointed it's always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. Their portions are generous, the kind that leave you satisfied without ever feeling shortchanged. The service is truly top tier. Whether it's a busy weekend morning or a quiet weekday, the staff always treats you with genuine warmth and attentiveness, making every visit feel welcoming. Their breakfast is hands down the best around, and with such a long, varied menu, there's something to satisfy any craving. After decades of dining here, I can confidently say this place remains a true gem, and I'll keep coming back for years to come. The ambiance is casual and intimate but perfect for families, couples or a night out with friends.

Service is quick and attentive, this is a local Burbank staple. There is nothing flash about this place but it's consistently good food with generous portions and decent prices. The flavors aren't always the most exciting but they have some really good dishes and great specials

Finding this place was a happy accident and I'm so glad we did because this is what diners are supposed to be! With their big menu, generous portions, refillable coffee, amazing staff and super chill atmosphere, this restaurant checks all the boxes. We ordered their big breakfast (I think that's what it was called lol) which came with eggs, bacon, ham and pancakes!! It was big enough to share! We also ordered biscuits with gravy and everything was super yummy! Definitely coming back here. They also have parking which is great! Happy eating!

We were driving around jn the area waiting for my car to be fixed and found this spot. It's pretty big inside with that old school diner feel. There were pictures on the wall of Marilyn Monroe, 3 stooges, the old times. It was about 10:30am on a Wednesday and the place was full with families, friends, and some single diners as well. I went with my husband and I ordered the french toast combo while he had the pancakes combo with hash browns and coffee. The food came out fast! The portions were huge and delicious. I loved my french toast the most. The sausage was a bit too salty for me and sunny side egg could use more seasoning but still good. My husband didn't care for the coffee he felt it was watered down and he didn't like the butter. We were Satisfied for the most part and had left overs. Their menu is huge and I would definitely like to come back and try some other things next time I'm in the area. All the staff were really friendly as well and seemed to know all of the patrons. Our waiter Ari was very nice too. This is a cool spot to check out for sure.

A simple long running diner in Burbank offering a dictionary of comfort menu items to appeal to all taste buds. There was zero shortage on choices. From breakfast, sandwiches, wraps, burgers, dinners, salads, and things in between. Most items are $18-$22. Thankfully they have coke products. Thats a big hit. We ordered a Philly Cheesesteak with fries. As well as a BBW chicken breast with sides. It was a massive amount. Food was okay. Next time I will opt in to try their summer menu with chicken kebabs. Service was very friendly. Dinner for 2 with dessert cost a bit over $60.00.

Absolutely love love love this Burbank hole in the wall place. Their breakfast food is to die for. I love getting their chicken fried steak. It comes with your choice of eggs, toast and hash browns. The service is pretty good too and you get your food fast. The dining area can get pretty packed since this place is popular but highly recommend coming here for breakfast or brunch.

My spouse and I decided to have lunch at Coral Cafe since we were nearby anyway. We chose to sit in the back patio, and we were lucky that there was still one available table. The restaurant was quite busy. After ordering something to drink, after being asked by the busboy, this absolutely wonderful and lovely waitress gave us the pleasure of helping us with our order. My spouse had a tuna melt with fries, and I had a crispy chicken B.L.T.A. with fries that was so delicious. Also, my spouse was quite happy with his sandwich. Their fries are one of the best you can find. The portion sizes of the meals, enormous for the price. Their menu itself- so much to offer. When we were ready to ask for our check, I did ask that wonderful waitress for her name, but I feel so bad, I forgot, and the bill she wrote down the gentleman at the register kept it. After we, ready to pay, we had to go to the front entrance to pay, and there was a gentleman behind a counter with a cash register. I think he might've been the owner. There were also some women sitting behind some other smaller counter. There I paid the bill for both of us. My spouse already looked at the cakes and pies. We weren't sure if we wanted something sweet to take home or not. But as soon as I paid, that gentleman was on his phone and sat somewhere else and talked to someone on the phone ( we felt uncomfortable going to him and interrupting him) and that lady on the other counter didn't even look at us, so we had some questions about what cake was what. We stood there for a while, like waiting for the Metro bus. Looked at each other and decided to. No big deal. But after having an interaction with such a lovely waitress, that was a bit of a downer.

The Service: Always excellent & super attentive! Coffee refills many times without we asked for it. The Food: Efficient service & large portion. Never disappointed. That's how they are one of the landmark in Burbank, many loyal local customers. The Parking: private lot & street parking

We missed dinner tonight, but we were still hungry... Luckily Coral was open! Forgot about this spot. It's still got the same ole charm, nothings changed. Service was fast and great. We got our food quick too. I was in a grilled cheese and soup mood. It did not disappoint. Chris went with a soup and salad. He said "I was not expecting this much food." It hit the spot! Blanca was very sweet and took good care of us!

Really enjoyed my chicken pesto panini. Subbed small salads stead of fries. And they have Martino's tea cakes here.

Would this be a late night study option/location (of course with being a customer)?

I've seen people studying or having business meetings there. As long as it wasn't during peak rush (like 6/7pm), I bet they'd let you sit as long as you like.

I was really happy when I went in than the restaurant because of the size didn't have a super over powering greasy food smell. There was only one other person inside so the service was fast and food was very fresh. I took the food to go and had about a 25 min ride home. When I finally got to eat the sandwich was still hot which was great. However by the time I ate it. I'm T was a little soggy too. I ordered a chicken Philly sandwich. It was good with a lot of chicken and cheese. I got it with onions peppers no mushrooms. Cause that's how I like my cheesesteaks. You have two options for size. A six or nine inch. I went with the nine inch. I'm not sure if I was just done but 6" with all of the meat would have been plenty. It ended up being a little on the salty side. The chicken was in chunks which made it a little unpleasant versus having the chicken in thin strips. At the end I enjoyed it but definitely think I would do the traditional Philly if I make it back. I would give 3.5 stars if possible but giving this place the benefit of the doubt based on other reviews and my choice of sandwich.

We grabbed two breakfast sandwiches, one with bacon and one without, and both were standout in their own way. The first thing you notice? These sandwiches come out piping hot, wrapped tight and ready to go. Crack them open and you're hit with perfectly cooked eggs and an almost ridiculous amount of gooey, melted cheese. Not skimpy, not balanced, loaded in the best possible way. The Kaiser roll deserves its own shoutout: lightly toasted with just enough crunch on the outside while staying soft and pillowy inside. It holds everything together without getting soggy, even with all that cheese. * The meat version had crispy, flavorful bacon layered just right, salty, smoky, and not overdone. * The meatless one didn't feel like a compromise at all, still rich, filling, and honestly just as indulgent thanks to the cheese and eggs. No frills, no gimmicks, just classic deli breakfast sandwiches executed really well. Bottom line: If you want a hot, cheesy, perfectly toasted breakfast sandwich that actually hits the spot, Paulie's is a win. I can't wait to go back for lunch!

One week night I came by with my sis. I've been craving a good burger. It didn't have to be fancy or had anything specific or special about it. Just a plain good ol cheeseburger. Although they did have the Stand Burger I changed it up just a tad and went for the ABC. Got adventurous and added an extra patty. Sis asked me if my craving for the burger has been killed. I told her that I am happy about having a burger but I messed up adding the extra patty and the craving is still on. Adding the extra patty made the burger feel dry and it was just too much. It wasn't you, it was me. The other night I was with my nieces and suggested to go to The Stand. I wanted redemption for my mistake. Thought what was missing last time was probably a slice of cheese accompanying that extra patty. This visit, I ordered the Havarti Shroom Burger: added extra patty, added cheese. I asked the cashier if its possible to have the cheese on top of the extra patty and explained it just like "cheese, patty, cheese, patty, medium cooked". They looked confused but seemed to have made it happen? Order arrived and it the burger came cheese, cheese, patty, patty, well done. I didn't want to bother trying to correct the order and just went with it. One of the niece was smart enough to tell me to flip the bottom patty so now its patty, cheese, cheese, patty.
