California Omelet for Two
Winn H.

A friend of mine introduced me to Eat 'n Park, and it's a small restaurant that specializes in omelets. Parking felt a bit tight from maps, so I parked around the street without even trying. After a short, two-minute walk, I sat at the booth, annoyed only that I couldn't move those chairs. (They were bolted to the ground.) We shared the California Omelet (for Two), and it came with Toast and Hash Browns - house special salsa upon request. This omelet... was MASSIVE. And it did not disappoint. Since we sat at the booth, service was quick, and we were able to get in a few conversations with the staff, too. Each bite of omelet was tasty, and thankfully it was "only" so big. The California was loaded with a ton of veggies and topped with avocado, the perfect breakfast. The hash browns was barely seasoned and could be seasoned to taste - huge plus! Towards the end, the omelet did feel a tad watery, though that may be because of it sitting for 15 minutes. I have to admit the most fun part was the knife... it was large, and cutting it felt like an achievement in and of itself to begin brekkie. Will need to return sometime!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! This place makes you feel at home. The food was fresh and so good. My sister and I talked to the owner and his son for like 15 min after paying and they were so friendly and kind. I will definitely be coming back! The have been getting busier since they got social media exposure so I would recommend going early or on a weekday.

This place is EVERYTHING you want in a breakfast spot. So cozy, so homey, and we were seated so fast -- no long awkward waiting around while starving! The omelette was fluffy and perfectly seasoned, the steak and eggs were cooked exactly how we asked, and the potatoes? Unreal. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside... actually to die for. And I don't know what kind of butter they're using, but it deserves its own review. So rich and creamy. We'll be back!

Eat'N Park Diner Eat'N Park Diner brings that classic, no nonsense comfort you want from a neighborhood spot. The plates come out hot, hearty, and satisfying, with that old school diner charm that just feels right. Friendly service, cozy booths, and food that hits the spot without trying too hard. A solid stop when you're craving comfort and a laid back bite. Been serving breakfast since 1982 in the beautiful city of Burbank

This was my first time at this spot but it won't be my last. From the moment I stepped in I was greeted to warmly. The customer service is out of this world! This is the kind of place that feels like home. The nostalgic ambiance really made me thinking of community and that this was the kind of restaurant where everyone knows your name, like Cheers! I ended up having to leave abruptly, but everyone was so flexible and adjusted my order to go so fast and efficiently. When I was able to sit and enjoy my omelette it was delicious! I can't wait to go back, but not just by myself but also with friends and family. What an absolutely wonderful place! I truly look forward to coming back.

This is supposed to be a Nutella Strawberry Crepe but it's a thin pancake that tastes like a pancake.

Ordered breakfast from here this morning and wow... just wow. And I don't mean that as a compliment. Because I ordered delivery, I can't speak to the service or ambiance of this place, so I'll tell you about the food. I ordered a strawberry Nutella crepe, but I did not get an actual crepe. What I got... I'm guessing... is a thin pancake that was folded to resemble a crepe; it tasted exactly like a pancake, there was no type of filling, and the strawberries were light pink/almost white. I realize that strawberries are not in season right now, but as someone who's lived in CA my whole life, I'm used to being able to get fresh strawberries year-round. Very rarely have I seen ones that are lacking so much color and flavor. They were also very hard. The orange juice is definitely not freshly squeezed, but the price will fool you into thinking it is. But it's not. It tastes like the frozen condensed kind that comes in a can and you mix it with water. Ick. Also didn't receive any utensils or napkins with my order. Definitely not worth the price and I won't be ordering from here again.

The Wet Burrito (salsa on the side)

Stopped by for a late breakfast before running errands on a Sunday morning. While it was busy, there wasn't a wait to be seated and staff was attentive. And, the outdoor seating was a peaceful option on a crispy morning. The food was great! The wet burrito was delicious and filling. If you're so inclined, it's definitely a shareable size. And, I would highly recommend the green salsa. The strawberry crepe was the perfect sweet treat before heading out for a busy day. 10/10 will be back.

Trying to find a place with good food, great service and a vibe that welcomes kids is hard during brunch hours in a Saturday but this place met all the marks. We pulled into the parking lot and immediately greeted and offered indoor or outdoor seating. We decided outside since it was gorgeous out. The service is like family, we relaxed let the kids unwind and just enjoyed the day. Everyone was easy going and welcoming, I even noticed as regulars got out of cars they were welcomed by name. I love that about restaurants. I think the owner was even noticing when we were playing math word problems with the kids and secretly her was cheering them on when they would get the answer right. Ok the food! They have the good ol American classics like pancakes, waffles, omelets. We went with the huevos rancheros and chilesquilles. Omg the spice on the chiliesquilles was fiery. Good flavor and very filling. I added carne asada to mine. The eggs were perfect over east and comes with good amt of sour cream and avocado. The rancheros was good too. So yummy. Oh and the side of sauce she gave I could drink it! I would go back for the home cooking and the service. Oh and the patio area is nice for families

Great food, great service, and the old diner vibes were perfect. It felt like you were back in the 50s with a modern day twist to the food! The food portions are HUGE and everything we tried was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend saving room for dessert!

My daughter and I got corned beef hash and eggs to go today. It was delicious! The eggs were perfectly poached, which is a rare find these days.

If you're planning to go on weekends, I would suggest go early. It can get really busy after 10:30 am. I would give this place five stars for the service. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Staff are patients with customers and make suggestions to what to order. There is seating both inside and outside which is a plus. When weather is nice, I personally prefer sit outside and enjoy my breakfast. Food is good too. I really enjoyed my pancake, it was flavorful and fruits were fresh. My sister ordered omlet which she really liked. This location has a private parking lot which is a plus since sometimes it can be hard to find parking on Victory Blvd. I highly recommend dining in this location.

Good hearty meals, extensive menu, there is something for everyone. Lovely old school diner feel. Great for big or small groups. Nice outdoor patio. We were seated right away despite it being busy and were able to choose where to sit. Fast and friendly service, no notes! Established in the 80s and family owned. Come try it!

Just a respectable stack showing up to work. The turkey dinner was the hit. Savory. Comforting. Very much giving somebody's aunt still runs the kitchen and does not play about gravy. It had that old-school homestyle energy that makes you sit up a little straighter and start forgiving your week. Not flashy. Not trying to be cute. Just a plate built like it pays taxes and tells the truth. The chicken noodle soup was the sleeper and honestly maybe the smartest one in the room. So good. Rich broth. Deep flavor. The kind of soup that tastes like it could fix your mood, your sinuses, and at least one bad decision. It came in quiet and somehow left with the crown. Full dark horse behavior. Service was easy. Friendly. No extra theater. They kept things moving and let the food have its moment, which honestly was the correct leadership choice. The atmosphere is low-key diner charm. Unpretentious. Local. The kind of place you almost do not want to talk about too loudly because then suddenly everybody shows up and now you are waiting for soup behind people who just discovered it on a Saturday. it's giving... a small-town diner in a movie where the soup has a better reputation than half the cast.

I was full off of half my sandwich and took the rest to go, but they don't have single serve condiment packets which I thought was odd. The servers were very nice about this and provided me with a small sauce cup for me to fill instead. Though I enjoyed the food, I do have to say that the milkshake was lacking for a deli/diner expectation. It tasted like semi-thick but mostly thin chocolate milk and was not worth it for the price. Overall, I look forward to returning for more sandwiches and to try their breakfast! I also want to go to their bar!
