    Salmon fillet

Third time dining here, this time it was not so pleasant. Pasta plate was disappointing with too much olive oil, 3 shrimps & little portion of angel hair pasta. Our server was nice though, we've enjoyed the drinks. Place was noisy too; loud music in the air, next table was too close so we could hear their conversation, instead of ours. Parking is still a struggle, get ready to walk if you prefer not to pay valet parking. Overall, I'd probably try another branch, other than studio city.

Came here for dinner and I was pleasantly surprised. I love the Tuscan decor here, it gives a place a very cozy vibe. There's lots of patio seating, making this place dog, friendly as well. There's parking out front but you do now have to pay, you can do it online and it's about $3.50 for 2 hours. I got the salmon fillet. It comes with cream corn, on a bed of mashed potatoes. I absolutely loved this! The salmon was cooked was cooked perfectly, nice and juicy and so tender. It was also perfectly seasoned with the lemon butter. The service was also great as well. Our waitress recommended a couple drinks and I decided to try the blackberry basil bramble. It was super refreshing and pretty strong! I'll definitely be returning to try some of there other items.

At the heart of downtown Burbank, Granville offers well-priced high quality food and good drinks. My favorite is the skirt steak with asparagus. We also had the Pokey salad which was very tasty. Service was excellent and our waiter always checked on us.

Heard so many good things about Granville so I was excited to try it out for myself last week for a family dinner. First, it was a perfect relaxed but upscale environment for a family dinner. There is a (free!) nearby parking garage. The drinks were fantastic. We tried the Negroni, Bees Knees cocktail, and the espresso martini. All were 10/10. The food menu is diverse so there is an option for everyone. Some of the dishes we tried included the Thai ginger salad, chicken plate, and steak plate. All were incredible. The main thing that stood out to me across both the drinks and the food was how fresh it was. After dinner we walked around the nearby shops as it is located right in the heart of downtown Burbank. Had a great time and will be back!

The decor is lovely. The wait staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The pork chop was flavorful, although it was a bit dry in the middle. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the creamed corn and mashed potatoes were good. I do wish the temperature had been hotter. It was pretty cool when it arrived at the table. The burger and steak sandwiches were superb. The women's restroom needed some attention as it was very dirty. But I understood that it was dinner time, so staff was busy serving customers. I recommend this restaurant.

I have been to Granville for dinner and drinks several times. I went there recently for brunch and I was surprised at how good the brunch experience was. I can say everything was perfect. I ordered the Breakfast Village. It was fulfilling, it came with bread, sausage, chicken, butter and raspberry jam. It was so yummy and I couldn't finish it all. Coffee was freshly brewed and good. Our server was refilling the coffee and making sure our mugs were full. For service, I would say our server went above and beyond in providing customer service. She kept checking on us and making sure everything was perfect. This restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating area. This time I preferred to sit outside and dine since weather was nice. For parking, there is both street parking and public parking. Also, it is located within walking distance of the Burbank mall, there is plenty of parking available.

They have a weekend brunch with lots of delicious cocktails. Everything we ate was delicious and staff was friendly. Service was prompt. It's a pretty big restaurant and I made reservations on Open Table so we were seated right away when at least 1/2 our party arrived. Parking is easy since there are two parking garages around the block which are free. There is paid metered parking right out of front but is very limited.

DineLA- spicy chicken with piri piri sauce

Food: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Food: 5/5 - we've been here at least 3 times now. This 3rd time was for DineLA. The food is consistently excellent. On this latest visit we got the spicy chicken plate and the spicy pasta as our lunch mains. Both were excellent, just enough spice to make you sweat and not completely ruin your taste buds. The pasta was very flavorful and had a good mix of ingredients thst made each bite taste complex with flavors. Our starter items were a beet salad which was good, a little gem Caesar, also good and my favorite item from the meal, the brussel sprouts. They are quite simply the best brussel sprouts ever. For me this is a must item. We also got dessert which was a cherry almond chip Gelato and a flour less chocolate cake. Good separate, excellent when paired together. Portions were excellent. We even had food to take home. Price: 5/5 - price has always been reasonable and a decent value. But with DineLA it was an excellent value. 3 appetizers, 2 mains, 2 desserts 2 sodas and 1 alcoholic drink for $85 before tip. Keep in mind these were prefix menu for DineLA. However their prices have always been reasonable. The same items on their regular menu would be larger and you'd likely have more food to take home. Service: 5/5 - we made reservations so getting a table wasn't a problem, as they are typically busy, especially on weekends. Host was friendly and got us seated quickly. Our server was excellent, she was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. You really couldn't ask for more in terms of service. Ambiance: 4/5 - decent vibes, busy not excessively loud. Decor and seating arrangements are modern, and doesn't feel of really crowded even when the place is full. Gave it a 4, only because nothing stood out, I didnt really hear music playing, and if there was it didnt add to the Ambiance. Still excellent though.

I've been to this Granville I think three times now and have been satisfied every time. Every dish tastes like quality and it's not too expensive. Very laid back atmosphere. This last time I went for DineLA. It's a pretty good deal, it's basically getting a free appetizer and dessert. We ordered brussels sprouts which is always good (not the crispiest but the sauce is flavorful), I got the poblano quinoa with a side of salmon, which was tasty but not my thing texture-wise, and my husband got a chicken club that he said was really good. The protein you have to add on the side for DineLA. My favorite thing were the grilled mushrooms!!! Perfectly grilled and seasoned, wow! I think the only thing I didn't really like was my Ginny Hendricks drink. It was really thick and syrupy, not very pleasant. Plus there was a bitter aftertaste because of the jalapeno. The berry lemonade is fantastic and you get REFILLS!!!! Free parking near the movie theaterl a few steps away. I would definitely come back again.

We stopped by for a quick drink and appetizer. We enjoyed it! The service is friendly and professional and prompt; the drinks were well made; the whole restaurant has a very classy (if a tiny bit dated) vibe; and the food was fresh and well made and tasty. Very solid spot!

We came here recently for lunch . We had been a previous time for brunch and remembered being really impressed so we gave it a shot The burger was very delicious and for the quality and size a good value . The brisket sandwich while being tasty was not as good a value for the price. I know brisket can be fatty, but the amount of fat on my sandwich was almost more than the meat - so I was disappointed The homage chips that are offered as a side were very good. Fries is an up charge of $3 and I was unclear if they were fresh fries or just frozen so just decided to skip it and not find out Service was prompt, friendly and attentive I would be more inclined to return for brunch because I feel the menu varies more

I really enjoy the location of where Granville is located in Burbank. There are so many venues within walking distance including a movie theatre, spa, and the mall! Our server was great and I really enjoyed the ease of having conversation with friends here. Their food and drinks are great!

The food, beverages, and atmosphere are excellent. The service was exceptional, and I would highly recommend this establishment.

We had two separate servers because one went home during the middle of our dinner and both were equally horrible. Not even exaggerating when I say we waited at least 15 minutes after we asked for the check and there were probably only 10 tables in the entire restaurant. And we had to call her back over to ask for a second time. SMH. The food although flavorful was so ridiculously priced it was not even funny. I got a "ribeye ". Was literally eight thin slices of steak, like 1" x 1" size for $42! No, I will not be coming back here for so many reasons. The view is great. Castaways is definitely not what it used to be in the way of quality but at least you get more and you get the view. But definitely not worth it going to this place. It was quite a frustrating evening. Also, if you do decide to go here, just bring a coat when it's a little bit cooler in the evenings cause it does get cold up here and getting the staff to manage the heaters correctly is a whole other frustration. Oh, and valet is your only option for parking up here. It's kind of crazy because a few years ago you could just go park in the lot or the garage that's available there but now they're charging you $11 and it's chaos. I will say that the view up here is great though so if you're willing to forgo all of that for a view for like a one time date or something like that, it might be worth it

Broken Compass Tiki is a pirate themed tiki bar in Burbank…read more They don't having a parking lot, but it was very easy to find street parking just around the corner on a Sunday afternoon. The front of the building is a little vaguely marked, and the entrance has speakeasy vibes, which was a surprise. Upon walking in the front door, there is some tiki décor and a small counter in the rear. I remember thinking to myself "what the heck, this is it?". I checked in at the host stand on the left, and was handed me a boarding pass. She then led us through a hidden door behind what looked like a shipping crate. We were now in the real Broken Compass. The interior is a good size. The two-sided bar seats around a dozen. There is a lounge side of the bar that has two large booths along the wall, and another area with comfortable looking couches and lounge chairs. The main dining room has some tiki hut booths, and two sections of tables with half booth and half chair. The décor is pretty extensive with a good mix of pirate, nautical, and tiki themes. There is a lot of bamboo, thatch, rope, cargo netting, skulls and skeletons, port holes, octopus tentacles, jellyfish, tiki lights, and more. The ceiling is dark with various nautical and pirate markings, and even tied up ship sails overhead. The tiki hut booths have the parrots from the enchanted tiki room above them. Even the two restrooms are nautical themed, with beach and marine sounds playing. There is a lot of great décor to look at. We arrived around 2pm on a Sunday, so it wasn't very busy yet. By the time we left a few hours later, it was starting to get busy. We decided to sit at the bar. We started out with the buffalo cauliflower ($14) for an afternoon snack. The serving size was generous, and the buffalo sauce had a good tang. It was served with some sauces, and was surprisingly filling. A nice feature of the cocktail menu is that each drink displays one to three compass stars to indicate the strength of the drink. Their cocktails use a great variety of liquors including ones you don't often see. Many of the ingredients are made in-house. I started out with Chupacabra's Vacation (Demerara Rum, Jamacian Rum, Pomegranate Reduction, Cinnamon, Lime Juice, Bitters, two-star boozy rank, $17). It is served with a flaming lime on top and a little fire show. It was balanced with a light booziness, some light pomegranate flavor, and a cinnamon sprinkle on top. She started out with the Bittersweet Paradise (Jamacian Rum, White Rum, Campari, Passionfruit Syrup, Lemon, Lime, Pineapple, two-star boozy rank, $18). It didn't drink boozy at all, and was passion fruit forward, with light bitterness. My second cocktail was the Bermuda Dune Buggy (Gin, Overproof Rum, Kumquat Liqueur, Cassis, Orange, Lime, Bitters, two-star boozy rank, $18). It had a very unique garnish of a Chartreuse infused gummy which was delicious. The drink was nicely balanced, and didn't really drink boozy even with overproof rum in it. They have a rotating monthly cocktail and she tried the Tropic Like It's Hot (Coconut Washed Lemongrass Infused Rum, Mango, Lemon, Coconut Water, Amaro, $17) which was created by one of our bartenders Daniel. It was served in a Spam can and was light and refreshing with a nice pop of fruit at the start, and a very nice coconut flavor. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and had great conversation with our bartenders Daniel and Monica. They also provided excellent service. Broken Compass supports payment with the InKind app which gives you 20% back (10% on Friday and Saturday) in InKind cash. We had a really great time here, and the drinks, food, décor, and atmosphere were excellent. I purchased a Hork (Horse-shaRK) mug for $50 to bring home as a souvenir. We would definitely return again when in the area.
