On our first visit, one friend ordered her "go-to" meal - Stacked Turkey Club, which looked exactly like the menu photo. Our other friend had the Kurobuta Pork Burger and said it was delicious after removing the bacon because she prefers it extra crispy. We happily ate it for her, and it was delicious! She got the Blueberry Ketchup on the side and it was so good! I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich and loved it. I especially appreciated that the coleslaw was vinegar-based instead of mayonnaise-based (not a mayo fan!), The second time, I ordered the Hand-Battered Chicken Tenders tossed in buffalo sauce with blue cheese for dipping. Both friends ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheddar Burger. The bacon still wasn't crispy enough for our friend, but we gladly ate it again! Overall, the food is good, but the service was surprisingly slow. Both times, our servers greeted us quickly and took our drink orders, but lunch lasted about an hour and a half despite the restaurant having only two or three occupied tables. I came here for happy hour before heading to a comedy show. We ordered several dishes from the happy hour menu, and the ahi tuna was definitely the highlight--it was pretty good specially for the price ! The nachos were also good, but the rest of the food was pretty mediocre. The cauliflower was too greasy and not very flavorful, and the calamari was just okay. The drinks were decent as well. I came here Saturday night with my sister, and I want to be clear that the reason this location is getting 3 stars (no more, no less) is because the food quality was really my only complaint. The customer service & drinks however were solid. The staff was excellent. They asked how long we had waited and apologized when I told them it had only been about 5 minutes, which honestly wasn't bad at all. I appreciated that they acknowledged the wait since most restaurants don't even bother to ask. Our server was also lovely sweet, warm, and quick with our orders. For drinks, I ordered the Orange Yardsicle and the Lavender Drop. Both were tasty, but I personally thought the Lavender Drop was the better of the two. For food, my sister ordered pasta with chicken while I ordered the poke dish. I finished my plate because I didn't want to waste food, but the dish itself was pretty underwhelming. Honestly, the soy sauce is what saved my taste buds. My sister didn't really enjoy her pasta either. She said it tasted bland, and the chicken portion was quite small. We probably wouldn't come back for the food, but maybe for drinks and dessert or appetizers. Saturday night, yard house, basketball, you can't beat that combo! Came in to watch some playoff basketball and have some dinner! I'm not a fan of sitting at the bar so I requested a table. The staff was super friendly and helped get me seated within 10 minutes. Which is quick for a Saturday night! I ordered the Korean bbq cheese steak and was not so impressed. I will not get that again. The flavors were off, felt very artificial like they were trying to get that Korean flavor to pop. The cheese curds hit the spot as always and the beers kept coming! One of my favorite things to get here is the garlic shiitake noodles--they are so good and I wish they made this in an entree size with chicken! Being told there's a waitlist when there are only two other people waiting - and a nearly empty dining room - is confusing and honestly feels like poor management. What made it worse is that I was there with my four-year-old child, having to sit and wait in the front area while staring at empty tables. It's not a great customer experience, and it doesn't reflect well on how the restaurant is run. My son and I were treated to dinner here last week when were visiting LA. The location is very easy to get to and has plenty of seating inside. The ambiance is very pleasant with TV screens everywhere and dim lighting. We didn't have a very long wait for our table, thankfully. I enjoyed a three street taco dish with a fruity beverage. The food was absolutley delicious and the drink was refreshing. All of the staff we met were very polite and they were impressed by my son's magic. He was performing down the street the following night and shared some of his card tricks with them. We had a great time and left with full bellies. Had a great lunch on a Sunday afternoon at the Yardhouse in Burbank. We started off with chips and guacamole, and had a beef bowl, cheese pizza and a Cobb Salad with grilled chicken for our main courses. I came by this place on Yelp by accident and the photo of the lobster with pasta caught my attention. I went on their website site and there were photos of all their menu items. We got there on a Wednesday at 1:15pm and we practically had the whole place to ourselves. The hostess took us to a booth with a window facing the plaza. Shortly after, Jacob introduced himself and asked if we were celebrating something because we had a big Porto's bag. He offered to put it in the refrigerator. Had an impromptu date night at yard house and we were seated in the cutest booth. It had such a lovely view to Burbank and it was perfect as the sun was starting to set. For dinner we got the kurobuta pork burger, classic wings and a bacon cheeseburger. The blueberry sauce in the kurobuta burger is such a nice addition it balances out the meal and adds a nice touch of sweetness. The fries here are always good, they provide so many in the basket! The wings were okay, nothing too crazy. The server was very helpful when it came to taking our order. However, throughout dinner the service was just ehhh. We ordered the boneless wings , fried cheese curds, fried calamari and pepperoni pizza which was also 1/2 off. The calamari was fries perfectly. The wings were so tender. It's consistently on point, well-prepared, and I've honestly never had any real issues... until this visit. This was my first time at the Burbank location. The ambiance was great -- the usual dim lighting, big centered bar, and this one actually feels much larger than Pasadena and Northridge. Atmosphere-wise? No complaints. Unfortunately, the service dropped the ball. Our waiter took our order, brought the food, and basically vanished. No check-ins, no refills, nothing -- until we were completely finished and had to ask for the bill. It's tough when the food is great but the service makes you feel forgotten. Now for the good stuff. I ordered my usual go-to: the poke nachos. Normally, I'd rate them a 4.9/5 at my regular location -- they're that good. But this time? It just wasn't the same. There was noticeably less tuna, barely any truffle sauce, and it lacked that bold umami punch I'm used to. I'd give this version a 3.5/5. Still decent, just not the usual magic. To mix things up, we also tried the 4 cheese spinach dip -- and WOW. Not sure if it's new or I've just been blind all these years, but it was incredible. The blend of feta, jack, parmesan, and cream cheese with spinach was perfectly balanced. The sharpness from the feta and parmesan with the slight kick from the jack made it seriously addictive. And finally... pizza time. We ordered the loaded pepperoni, and that crust had the kind of crunch you can actually hear on the first bite. The pepperoni tasted high quality -- not overly greasy, not basic -- just solid. It pains me to say it, but the appetizer and pizza outshined my beloved poke nachos this round. My mother and I wanted to have a bite to eat last night. The Yard House in Burbank on Friday night was busier than ever. We waited to be seat it for 20 minutes as the hostess promise. The hostess had told us service at the bar is usually faster, guess she wasn't kidding. As I said, they weren't super busy, I would say 1/2 the tables were empty, so it seemed a bit crazy that it all took so long. The other thing that was shocking besides how long our small order took, was the prices of the apps. We ordered the poke nachos, which had maybe 10 chips spread out on the plate with a couple of poke thrown on each one - it was $18 - seemed very overpriced for an app and for what you get. We also ordered the four cheese spinach dip - also $18. Both things had great flavor, but just felt super overpriced for what you get. For dessert we got the smores brownie melt down, the graham cracker toffee was a bit hard to breakdown, but all the flavors went really well together. read more

When we first went there , we were told that they're closed, but they were closing at 12:00AM! we went out and came back , they were sitting nee customers that cane after us! i told them what's going on? you just told us you're closed and now you're sitting new customers, so is this some kind of biasing or discrimination? There was a woman, named Kristyn, she was the one telling they're closed when we first went in, now seeing us returning she slept away. Long story short, we were sited , but the experience was unpleasant! The service is okay. It does get busy since it's next to the mall so you can look at a little bit of a wait during weekends/holidays. I do enjoy their food, the poke nachos are my favorite for sure. Came In yesterday on August 7th around 5pm. The service was friendly and quick. We had an app and two mains. It was a hot day and we were happy to be in the AC inside. The only issue I had was the salad I picked. The fish in the poke salad was off and I immediately knew it. I did not eat my food nor did I return it because I didn't want to cause a problem and I had lost my appetite.
