We played about 3 or 4 games? And each one had all the pieces, amazingly! This just goes to show you that the people that visit this establishment respect and care for the games, which is a reflection on the clientele itself. This is truly a nerd bar and I am so here for it! The service was fantastic and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We sat at the bar and the overall vibe was very relaxed and welcoming. I've now been here twice, first time was on a recommendation from someone I had met that same day who we then ran into when we eventually checked it out. Back then, the specials were Star Wars themed. This time, the specials were Dungeon Crawler Carl themed which my partner absolutely loved. We didn't end up spending enough time to play games (except two of our party played a game of chess) as we realized we needed to head home cuz some of us are responsible adults with jobs (it had been a long day in Burbank and we live an hour away) but I hope we come back at an earlier time so we can enjoy the game library they offer. It was cool seeing the Pokemon TCG Tournament livestream on the tvs, I remember last time I was there it was a MTG Tournament, I think. I got the Chareau-Dinger's Cat cocktail which was very fresh and delicious as well as a side of fries and their brussel sprouts. Everything tastes great especially the sprouts. The inside is on the smaller side so if it's winter being outside can get a little chilly if you don't get next to a space heater. Only thing keeping this from a full 5 stars would be how small the cocktails are for the price point, not really a fan of that. Pretty much everyone who was there is there for the games so I wouldn't go there if you wanted to have a table to yourself to enjoy a nice meal.
