The long lines at the drive-through where Word salad order combinations sound incredibly hard to comprehend anywhere else, but make all the sense when you're ordering. The way your fry cook slams the fry slicer above the deep fryer. Your delicious pink lemonade. How I would take an order food to go and sneak it in my hoodie into the nearby Burbank theater. The elation of having your number read out on loudspeaker and the anticipation of walking up to the counter to retrieve your delicious meal served on a red tray. I miss you with all my heart. The majority of charbroiled burger establishments in LA do not charge more for that unless onions don't already come on the burger, so to charge people more just for simply grilling them is ridiculous, and just a way for them to charge you more money, and like many of you, I am sick and tired of price gouging. I then asked if I could use the restroom to which I was told "there is no public restroom". Interesting, considering it's a PUBLIC establishment where you are encouraged to dine in. At that point, I almost said "You know what, that's not going to work then because I need to use the restroom quite badly", but by then I had already put in my order, unfortunately. Maybe they simply don't want people to dine in? Like, what burger joint doesn't provide their patrons with a PUBLIC restroom?! It was a first for me, anyway.
