This was my first time going to this Jack in the Box location. I had a great experience and ordering process was easy. Eli helped me with my ordering, he was very nice and friendly. My order was ready timely. I didn't have to wait for a long time to get it. Food was amazing. I ordered shake, it was so good and yummy. It certainly hit the spot. I was surprised to see that they added matcha to their choices of shakes. Tacos and chicken sandwich were so good. I enjoyed my fries too. Overall, I was very satisfied with my food. This location is very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of seating area. The surrounding area is not one of best areas in the city. This location has a private parking lot. I stopped by this Jack in the Box this morning to get some French fries. I was in the area and wanted French fries. This was the closest place that was open and also serving fries so I came here. Since I came in the early morning, they were not busy at all. The street around this place wasn't busy as well since it's at a intersection. I used the drive thru, be aware that there are some potholes. Ordering the fries was easily and it didn't take long for them to make it. I asked for extra ketchup and the lady working give me some. Food was surprisingly amazing this morning, the breakfast sandwich was warm and fresh, the hash brown was perfect, and the iced vanilla latte tasted perfect and not watered down . The worker lady was an ANGEL. She was so fun, and really lit up the place, I wish I got her name so I could call her out here. This location is a bit of an anomaly because there's definitely an 'outside element' to the area that this place seems to have a pretty symbiotic relationship with and they keep good control of it inside and out, but occasionally you'll get hit up while waiting in the drive-thru, but never had any aggressive interactions. With costs across the world rising, this ain't the value it used to be, but all still have plenty of options to flex with your budgets. The food is always hot and fresh and well prepared and packaged. The service and food is amazing but have any of you noticed how much homeless loitering there is in the parking lot and surrounding areas. I was ordering in the drive thru and about 2 homeless men came up to my window asking for money. I've been meaning to write a review. Honestly it's the best jack in the box I've been to. I say that because when I order a burger and it comes with lettuce, the lettuce is always fresh and crunchy. They have never disappointed me. Not much of an ambiance. Just your normal jack in the box dining room. The workers here are very customer service oriented. Yuck .. I ordered food here on Friday and there was no one in the drive thru so it went fast and I wondered how they could prepare all the food I ordered in such little time. Well I got the answer when I got home and opened the old stale food. All of it was old and nasty. The fries were stale and sogggy. The spicy popcorn chicken was so old it was dark and the two sourdough jacks I ordered were rock hard and the beef was nearly black. Waste of time and money and absolutely disgusting. This place is horrible. I always get cold French fries No matter what time of day I eat here. Another time I received warm flat soda for my drink which was so gross. I also order a munchies meal about two nights ago and it had so much cheese on it with no sauce... it's like they ran out of sauce for the sandwich so they just added more cheese... yuck. Cop something on my way home from work, after class or when I need a snack to tie me over when I know I'm gonna be stuck on the 5 FWY. Their service & food is consistent. If only there was an option to put "zero". I normally don't get fast food, as it's no good for your health, but sometimes you look up from working on something, and you're too tired (aka lazy) to cook something, or it's too late to go anywhere else (aka nothing is open too late). This place is *literally* up the street from my studio, and unfortunately, the closest place by a good distance, so it usually my default for the munchie hours. Every time this happens, and I find myself ordering at their drive-through at zero-dark-thirty, they have - religiously and without fail - managed to fuck my order up in some grand fashion. I mean, we're talking the wrong damn meat, at times! The last few times I have known better to check my order before driving away, and every time that I call them on a mistake, the person at the window has gotten an attitude with me, and this has been the experience every time, regardless of the different people operating the drive through window. We're talking about a magnitude of rudeness that a blind man could sense. Normally, that would not be enough to warrant this, but the other night I ordered a buttery jack, and they gave me a side of COCKROACH, so...yeah. That happened.
