I don't want to share too much information about why I love Magnolia Pharmacy so that I don't point the wrong people towards their direction. But I will say that Magnolia Pharmacy is now my favorite. They're very by the book, adhering to local and state laws with no gray areas observed. That may not sound like a compliment to some or a way to promote this business. But for the meds I'm prescribed, this is a good thing to ensure they're available to me vs being on backorder like everywhere else. The pharmacists are not only knowledgeable and informative, but also incredibly transparent. They're also extremely savvy in shutting down loopholes that prescribing medical professionals sometimes try to exploit. I appreciate why they do what they do and fully understand where they're coming from. used to go to cvs because it was close by and open 24 hours but after the repeated headaches, long lines and impersonal experiences, i decided to forgo the conveniences for customer service. i do wish magnolia were open on sundays and had a more efficient online system to refill prescriptions, but overall a much better pharmacy. read more

*Magnolia's Flower Blooms* I don't live near Burbank and wouldn't of known about Magnolia Pharmacy had my Dr's Assistant, hadn't gone the extra-mile and contacted a dozen pharmacies on my behalf, in search of a hard to find item. Both of my previous pharmacies unfortunately closed down recently and it's presented a bit of a problem finding replacements within my area. I like & prefer to support local businesses whenever I can and think the customer service is better, so I was delighted to find out about Magnolia Pharmacy. However, they're all the way in Burbank and would be a 2hr roundtrip drive - which i wouldn't even consider. I was first contacted by Stephanie, who left a VM saying my prescription was ready for pickup. She had contacted me first thing in the morning, before my Dr's office had a chance to let me know they found a place, so I thought she dialed the wrong # because she didn't mention my name. I called back thinking I was doing a good deed (most people don't return wrong #'s) because I felt bad thinking that phone call was meant for someone else. After speaking to them twice, we figured out the call was indeed meant for me and was told I can come in to pick it up whenever I want. I informed them that was not an option due to the distance and asked why they can't mail/deliver it to me like some other pharmacies do & have done. She said she needs to ask if it'd be okay, was briefly put on hold, I was given the green light, and voila - 2 days later my package arrived. First impressions are often lasting, and I was very impressed with our initial interaction. After our phone calls I checked & read all their favorable & glowing reviews here on Yelp, and felt even better about my decision to start doing business with Magnolia Pharmacy. read more

Steven is fantastic. I had an issue with my insurance and was debating to pay out of pocket for the medication. Instead of just taking the money he encouraged me to wait a few more days for the approval so I wasn't paying such a high price. He worked with my doctor to make sure everything was done correctly so I could get the approval. Really great people here, and infinitely better than the Rite Aids and Walgreens pharmacies which are often stressful and frustrating to deal with. Magnolia Pharmacy I recently moved to Burbank. I needed to get some vaccinations. I didn't fell comfortable going to a Rite Aid or CVS to get vaccinations. I didn't want to wait in a long line. I wanted some privacy. I didn't want someone who just graduated to use me as practice :) I made a few calls , sent a few emails, and finally had the pleasure of talking to Kevin on the phone from Magnolia Pharmacy. I explained my situation and provided my information. Kevin was patient and knowledgeable. He called the insurance to see if I was covered for what I wanted and called to talk to my Doctor. Kevin took the initiative to help me so I could come in asap. Upon my in person visit, the pharmacy was clean and organized. The product on the shelves were filled and not dusty. You know at times you go to pharmacies and the product boxes and shelves have dust on them. Not Magonlia Pharmacy! The service was great. CDC Guidelines were being followed and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend Magnolia pharmacy! Tip- parking is free and across the street. read more
