It's also much cleaner and organized. No wonder Ellen De Generes filmed a segment of their show here with Michelle Obama. The biggest surprise was for me to be helped by two of their employees. First, I went to the kiosk to see if there's any coupons I can use but the machine didn't print anything. I found a guy in one of the registers who helped get my coupons printed. Then I proceeded to the pharmacy to look for an item but I didn't find any so I went to look for an associate who was on the next aisle. I told him what I was looking for and he actually walked in the right section.

They are so on top of your medications and refills, always calling before I'm out of something to check if I want it filled. Today I had an antibiotic called in late in the day from my PCP and they did the unimaginable - had it delivered to my house later in the evening so I could start right away. When you depend on a pharmacy for medication, you should be able to rely on them to have prescriptions ready when promised or at the very least be able to reach someone by phone to find out what is going on. Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times. I messaged CVS and the pharmacy technician who called back spent considerable time telling me how busy they were and that they would get back to me when they could, but it would be awhile WTF? I told him if they want to get their rating above 2 stars, perhaps he could just say, "I'll help you as soon as I can, knowing this is your asthma medicine." I got a second phone call from a manager saying, "We'll try, but we're not promising anything. I go to this pharmacy because it's convenient - that's about it. It's not even two stars.
