7/11/2024-Candy aisles full of $1 candy deal stickers. It clearly said $1. There was no restriction clause. I asked clerk, 'is this a dollar?' He said 'no, it's buy one and get one for $1' I said 'sticker says it's a dollar' He said 'no it's after you buy one' From previous experiences, I knew it was a lie and didn't want to deal with it and left. different 7/11 near by sold them for $1 each. Terrible service, dirty store, flies and food looks old and stale. Came here twice today and the lady behind the counter. is so rude. She is always on her phone and totally ignores the customers. This evening I walked into the store and there was no other customers in the store. The lady that works there, don't know her name and she does not have a name badge but she was no where to be seen, I shouted hollo then I seen her on the shop floor and she was having a conversation on the phone and totally ignored me. Three other customers came into the store and almost six minutes later she decides to go behind the counter and server the customers with her usual rude attitude. Felt compelled to leave a review because of the haters. The parking lot is a nightmare around noon but the cashiers are nice and I've never had an issue with the hot food. I stopped by tonight and they have a sign near the bottled sodas that say 2 for $4 the chocolate section also had a sign that said buy one king size and get another for $1.00....when the older gentleman rang me up it was more than expected, I asked him about the sale on the chocolate and he just shrugged. I looked back at the sign and explained to him and he just stared at me, something with the sodas. I told him I'd skip on the chocolate and over paid for my two drinks and took off, the time before this some guy working the counter tried to enter his own phone number to claim the points, when I brought it up to him he said he had no idea what I was talking about. If you could give zero star, this place would deserves it. Disgusting VILE behavior from a man behind the counter. Yelled and snapped at a lady for looking and moving newspapers around. If it wasn't such a mess and organized she wouldn't have been looking for soo long. He left in the middle of ringing up a customer another woman, he came around the counter yelling like a raging psycho I really thought he was going hit her the way he went around to snap at her. He got right in her face and snatched the paper from her hands to look to see which ones (was Glendale press & LA times which are FREE) still yelling telling her this isn't storage (insane) & not to come back. I came to 7-Eleven to claim my free pizza. I ordered the pizza, waited 5-minutes and got a pepperoni. I don't if everybody eats pepperoni. I eat cheese. I ordered cheese. They don't sell plenty pizza slices in the evenings. Now I have to pick pepperonis off my pizza. I shouldn't complain it was free. Well, 2k in points. Also, I ordered mozzarella sticks with a SuperGulp. This 7-Eleven location ran out of marinara dressing and buttermilk dressing. Sad night. read more

I Ordered a 7-11 Pepperoni and cheese Pizza Last Friday, I usually add toppings to make the pizza better than just plain pepperoni. I added the Pico de gallo they had, nacho cheese, onions etc. Later on Sunday i started having severe abdominal cramps accompanied by Diarrhea, I went to urgent care and long story short. I get a call from my doctor which they said I had a bacterial infection due to the food and it was named E-Coli. I strongly suggest not eating food from there unless you want to deal with the pain and torment I have had to deal with for the past week in the restroom. Hope this Helps. read more

I was at this location on 12/23/22 @ 2:30 pm. The gentleman working at the counter was very rude and incompetent. He not only double charged us for multiple items and then refunded them (which causes confusion when reading the recipe), but he charged us for a bag when we clearly said no bag and no bag was given to us. We told him he also overcharged us for the Mocha, which was 20 cents cheaper then it was scanned. At first he refused to give us a refund, and said it's only 15 cents. After much argument, he gave us the money back for the bag and the difference of the Mocha. He told us we have to speak to the Manger. I then proceeded to asked him for his manager's information, which he refused to provide. This is a continuous problem here. My boyfriend has stated that they will also have false advertising and not acknowledge the price listed, and will charge more for items. This is a horrible 711, as they take advantage of their customers. This leads me to speculate that they most likely pocket the extra cash they are overcharging. read more

Convenient location but yipes! A customer was harassing a friend trying to shop inside the store: followed her all the way out to the parking lot and the employees and manager did nothing! I guess they knew the guy and didn't care?!? They also don't enforce mask-wearing rules during Covid!!! Talk about making customers feel unsafe! They didn't have one item that we ordered on DoorDash and they after our dasher called us, the store owner basically said we have to cancel our order and completely restart. Then 10 minutes later, after a huge struggle to figure out how to fix this, our dasher calls back and tells me they don't have any of the items on our order... Literally the least convenient convenience store. Could have told our dasher in the beginning, or taken the items off your digital stock so we wouldn't have placed the order in the first place. Our poor dasher, she was so great, and tried so hard to fix it for us. Never ordering from here again. read more

There's a female employee that works here that is way over her head during the rush hour of people. Last time I went she straight up went to serve someone behind me before me until he pointed it out. I will not be back to this store again because it's the last straw. Every time you go in and she's working she will continue stocking or doing whatever she's doing before asking anyone what they need or ringing people up even if there's a line. Let me point out that I worked at 711 when I was young and I worked graveyard. I don't care who she is to the owner or even if she is the owner herself. She's a horrible worker and should do something else. This is not the job for her. Wish I could say I'm surprised but really I'm not. encountered a female employee today who managed to go out if her way to greet and say hello to everyone (white) in line as she helped them. I walked up she said nothing didn't even look up. as she was doing my transaction she said hello to the white man behind me. I did call her out mentioning she managed to say hello to everyone except me and I saw her racism. Brown people hating brown people as if we don't have enough to worry about.
