Service is so slow here and for whatever reason they always have a new barista at the register or one who's constantly striking conversation with customers when there's a line wrapped around the impulse merch. There's children crying and/or running around and as a child-free woman it's the last thing I want to listen to before (and after) getting my iced coffee. My experiences here at this location of Starbucks has been great! Located inside the Target of the Empire Center, I come to run my errands at Target and leave with a nice refreshing cold brew. The service is prompt, friendly and professional. Majority of my visits have been a quick in and out but even at the times where there is a queue I am still pretty much in and out. Don't order from Uber eats here. They never have bags, get your order wrong, and half-ass making the drinks. If you guys don't have something, you really should notify the customer. I know that there's a screen on the Uber Eats POS where you can notify the customer if you're out of something. Instead my Uber Driver was the one who had to show up empty handed because they didn't have what I wanted. There's also a button on the POS where you can turn off any items that you guys don't have - I really suggest updating that in the morning so customers know what choices that they have. read more

The only reason this place doesn't get five stars from me is because two times that I've been here they have forgotten one item from my order and by the time I find out I'm at home already and too lazy to drive back. The service was great, but I was disappointed for the sake of my boyfriend since he wanted to try their new vanilla cold brew, but they were out of the cold brew for the day. Then he tried going for his regular drink, which was a caramel frapp, but they were out of the caramel drizzle. So he ended up getting the mango and cream frapp and luckily they had the ingredients for that while I just stuck with the biggest size they got of the white tea sweetened. My drink was awesome, but his was soooo sweet cause of the mango puree. I love sweet, but that was way too much for my liking. We tried mixing the drink and letting it melt so the flavor could be tamed a bit. But to no avail. For sure just going to stick with their teas next time. read more

I have been to Starbucks locations that were in grocery stores and found that they weren't quite at the same level as the individual businesses.... but... I will have to say this is not the case here. I was pleasantly surprised to see the baristas were on top of their Starbucks game and I got my delicious holiday coffee drink and it was perfect. This Starbucks is clean and since they remodeled, the seating seems more comfortable and spaceous. I have yet to be disappointed by the quality control of their baristas. Parking, however can be a nightmare for anything closer than 50 feet at times. The Empire Center is generally overcrowded overall. read more

What a great Starbucks. Such nice people -- especially that older guy who humors people in line every morning. (I forgot his name.) But there is one big problem, and that's why my rating is reduced. First, let me say -- as someone who has been homeless -- I understand what it's like. And it's great that Starbucks lets some homeless people hang out. But there is one particular guy who always wears a blue sweatshirt and a dark baseball cap (in his 40s, scruffy beard). He obviously doesn't shower or wash up. And he emulates a far-reaching smell that is a mix between ass, underarms, and foot fungus. He sits in the corner by the door almost every morning around 10 AM. And he causes a lot of people, including myself, to get up and leave. In other words, you are losing business because of him. I would be glad to provide further information. I went into Starbucks at around 3:00 pm and order a veinte dark roast coffee. The fellow at the counter said they don't have any dark roast on tap. I then asked for a pour over and am willing to pay and wait. He said NO with a smile! We don't do any pour over after 12:00 pm. Really ! I have requested pour over at other Starbucks locations in the evening outside California state and never had an issue! Why is a company whose primary function is to make and sell coffee, can't make me a plain dark roast coffee I want! So I just left and took my business elsewhere! I asked for a tall in a grande cup and the girl at the register acted like she had never heard that before. She said "For the little space left do you want ice or what?"... And I proceeded to tell her how I sometimes spill it in the car while driving, which is why I want it in a bigger cup. Her face was priceless, actually emotionless but that's a different story. This is absolutely the best Starbucks I have ever been to and by far the best one in Burbank. The atmosphere is very inviting and I enjoy drinking my iced coffee here on a hot day while browsing through my iPad. All the staff is very friendly and especially Nicole she always make sure my drink is made properly. I come weekly and will be sure to come even more often. For those of never been I would recommend parking next to Hometown buffet. I would give this place 10 out of 10 when it comes to quality of coffee and quality of service. read more

Coffee can be better, inconsistent taste. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew and the fat separated and came up to the top in curds, taste was awful. When I brought the mistake they messed up my order and gave me a vanilla coffee afterwards... i always order the same beverage and honestly it tastes different every time and not in a good way. I think I'm gonna stick to buying it from the market and making it at home where I'll be safe from food poisoning. Wish I took a picture but I was so disgusted with it I threw it away. I spoke to the leader who chose to gaslight me and deny the awful taste. He offered no apologies for the inconvenience. I see new faces every time I'm here so It's sad to see that they're not getting the proper training even on the most simplest orders. After speaking with the leader it's no surprise they're not staying. No one wants rude sassy little comments after you bring a mistake to their attention, but if you love to watch drama unfold stay long enough in line and you'll see them gossip about every customer. The girl taking my order made a mistake on the previous order as well and blamed it on the customer. That's why I made sure that she heard my order, I swear they talk like they get paid for it... I enjoy this Starbucks. The cashiers are friendly upon taking your order and the best part is that the baristas actually make my drink right here.
