Literally the best hidden gem in LA I've been coming here ever since this places opened and it hits everytime. The flavor, the smoothness, the ingredients -- these are hands down the best smoothies I ever had. I literally dream about this menu and come back everytime to try something new, each tasting fresh and amazing. Everything is organic which is a huge plus. I got the strength smoothie and it was so good! The banana was not over powering and I could still taste the almond butter. Stopped by Bone Juice in Burbank and had a great experience. I tried the Wolf and the Solo Greens. The Wolf was definitely my favorite, super tasty and well-balanced. The Solo Greens wasn't as flavorful (as expected for a greens juice), but you can tell it's packed with healthy ingredients and benefits. It feels like I walked into an apothecary and I love it. I don't see many smoothie spots with a creative concept or design that makes them stand out like this. Even the smell was different than the average smoothie shop, like fresh spices. Customer service was also good although most of my interaction was over the phone. I was surprised that I could call in for a smoothie, which is nice considering there isn't much street parking around so I can just jump out quickly for a smoothie. When I walked in the person behind the counter was super friendly and even offered me samples of their juice shots. It was tasty and I ended up ordering their "Tropics" smoothie. It has a bunch of fresh fruit and veggies in it, and was made on the spot. The flavor was sweet and enjoyable, masking any bitterness that would come from healthy ingredients. I love how much they care about their recipes and qualities of smoothies, without charging a whole mortgage for one. Their Strength Smoothie is probably my favorite so far. Wow this place is so cute! I'm so glad I stumbled upon it as I was walking on Magnolia. You enter in, and you see a spacious spot with lots of books and seating around, along with the juices that they have available! They have acai bowls and smoothies and juices and shots too. Healthy ones, lol! I thought the juice would be available upon order, but turns out they were all available only in bottles (in the case to the side!). No problem as there were samples and I was able to try them! The lady at the front helped me try the flavors and I landed on the pineapple, carrot, turmeric, orange juice - it was delicious! Another thing to note - only that juice was in a glass bottle but if you bring it back, they give you a dollar off your next drink. So it came out to around $13 ($12ish + tax). I really love this new juice place. It is so cool! I have never seen anything like it. It really fits the whole vibe of magnolia Park. I love the delicate hints of horror and mysticism while acclimating it to a healthy body full of thirsty bones. The truth is, it reminds me of one of my favorite chapters in the Bible, Ezekiel 37 where it talks about zombies. It brings my little tired bag of bones and gives me life and flesh just like a zombie too. When I had strep throat, I got their tea and it was so good and I like their honey. Everything is organic, great service, and yummy health shots. I really hope that this business does well. I'm so happy this place is finally open! There's definitely a need for a good healthy drink spot in the neighborhood. I got the Red Heart Smoothie and it was delicious. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Definitely a spot I would recommend to others to try. A couple of things... -They don't make juices to order. The juices they have are in the refrigerated section. Its a bit confusing because there's a juice menu on the wall. -A lot of their smoothies contain their "House Milk" which is a blend of a couple of things (cashew, coconut, and almond). Unfortunately a no go for me because I can't do nut milk. Kinda wish they just had alt milk options I could choose from. I would've then just ordered coconut milk. Luckily they do have a couple smoothies without milk and with a chia gel. -I love that they sell bone broth in their refrigerator section. I was amazed at the variety of ingredient offerings, especially stuff that isn't commonplace, like MCT, Gojiberry, Mushroom Blend, Saffron, Amla, etc. We tried the Silk Green Cold-Pressed Juice (Cucumber, Spinach, Pineapple, and Lemon) which is super smooth, refreshing, and everything you need and want from a cold press juice. Love that the ingredients are organic as well. We also tried the Anti shot (Amla, Ginger, and Salt) which was mostly salty but the ginger helped to add some spice and heat, and the Blood Sport shot (Grapefruit, Red Bell Pepper, Cucumber) which went down easy and has a really pleasant bell pepper taste. I'm so interested in trying the seasonal Apple Cider, very excited for February because that's when the in-house shots will start to be served up, and the to-go food options in the fridge, many of which are vegan, caught my attention (like Mediterranean Tomato Rice Salad and Grape Leaf Wraps/ Dolmas/ Dolmathes with Chips And Lebne Yogurt). Beyond the options for purchase, Bone Juice offers a really elevated atmosphere and a really unique place to spend time. The decor and space is gorgeous, inviting, and creates a whole experience that goes beyond a juice bar. And I'm obsessed with the logo! As a tiki bar fan, the skull was definitely a draw.
