There is always a long line for drive through; therefore, I try to avoid it. Ordering in person is quicker and easier. I noticed they have added a kiosk inside for ordering which makes the ordering process more efficient. There is plenty of seating area inside to order and enjoy coffee and donuts. This location has a lot of delivery orders which makes the wait time longer since some of those people can be demanding. I have tried several kinds of donuts at this location. I happened to be in the area and realized I hadn't had Krispy Kreme in many years, so I decided to stop by for a treat. The drive-thru line was very long, so I parked and went inside to order instead. I was surprised at how much the prices have gone up since my last visit. They had a great variety of donuts to choose from, which made it hard to decide. I ended up getting the Cinnamon Apple Filled, Lemon Bar, and, of course, the famous Original Glazed. I purchased a total of seven donuts, and the total came to a little over $20--more than $2 per donut. Although I thought the prices were a bit high, the donuts were absolutely delicious. They were fresh, soft, and practically melted in my mouth. I'm not usually a donut person, but Krispy Kreme is definitely an exception. I got home around midnight, and by the next morning, they were all gone! That says a lot about how good they were. The quality and taste reminded me why Krispy Kreme is so popular. This place is AWESOME! Probably the best stand alone Krispy Kreme there is. Donuts are made super fresh. You can watch them on the conveyor line. The employees are pretty friendly and the ambiance is clean and safe! DRIVE THROUGH IS OPEN 24 HOURS!! I STRONGLY recommend the kreme filled original glaze. I came here in person following an online order placement for a custom dozen doughnuts. I did not know this place was open 24/7 so this is perfect for night shift workers!! There is plenty of plaza parking and a lot of indoor seating available. I ended up arriving 15 minutes early for my order pickup and they were still able to make my dozen on the spot with warm, fresh doughnuts and also gave me a free glazed doughnut sample! For Harry Potter fans like my child whose read all the books and is a Hogwartsian, check out the Krispy Kreme House of Hogwarts Harry Potter special edition. They are available only for a few days. We stopped by and picked up a the special edition. The one dozen specialty doughnuts come in the 4 Houses of Hogwarts. They are, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw. Not only are they so pretty and designed perfectly, they are also delicious. The 4 Houses of Hogwarts, Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw come in 4 yummy flavors. Slytherin is chocolate buttercream flavored swirl. Hufflepuff is filled with brown butter toffee flavored custard. Gryffindor is filled with cookie butter flavored kreme while Ravenclaw is blueberry flavored icing with sprinkles. The one dozen collection comes with 2 of each Slytherin, Hufflepuff, Gryffyndor and Ravenclaw and 4 original glazed. We hope to get another dozen this weekend before this magical collaboration and special edition ends. The store was clean but very disorganized. No info telling you how to line up to order. It was a cluster. I took way too long to pick up a box of all glazed. One of the staff we interacted with acted as if she didn't care. Lots of employees standing around and appeared around apparently doing nothing. I used to really like the glazed donuts but they are so over the top in sweetness. I went to a concert at Hollywood bowl and was able to make some new friends by giving away 8 of the 12. The Krispy Kreme in the Emire Center isnt just another donut shop, this one is one of their factories, which means not only can you watch donuts being made right before your eyes, but you can get them hot and fresh off the line. I stopped by on September 29, 2025 (National Coffee Day) and it was my first visit since the remodel. Honestly, it didn't look drastically different, but something about the space felt more open--maybe they cleared out a few things. What really stood out though was the team. I've always thought Kristy Kreme donuts were just okay. The last time we visited the spot the drive through like was insane so we went inside. Their service is a bit quicker in there and you can see their selections of donut. An assorted dozen is about $23 and there's only select donuts you can choose. No smile , and when I was paying with cash she said there is no money for change without even checking her register. She didn't even try to ask her manager first if there is money for change. Been to this location a few times as it is the closest to me since the Woodland Hills location became an In N Out a few years back. This store is inside a very busy shopping plaza so beware when it comes to traffic and parking but the bright side is they have a drive thru so you don't have to park if that's an issue. Waited in line at the drive thru to find a problem occur with not just our car, but many cars behind us. They turned off the order screen next to the drive-thru speaker, leaving us and other cars to get confused and pass by. We then got to the drive thru window, to which we were asked about our orders there. We felt bad because of it as we initially thought it was our fault but everyone in the group agreed that the screen was off. And after we left the line, we saw other cars doing the same mistake and a staff finally ran outside (the inside dining room was already closed) to fix it!!! We were confused on why it's off because this spot is apparently supposed to be open 24/7. Anyways, they were quick in handing the donuts and unfortunately they all were alright and cold. Another thing to remember with Krispy Kreme is to check out if they turned on the neon signs that say 'Hot and Fresh'. Eating the donuts cold really makes the experience feel subpar unfortunately. I remember the Krispy Kreme craze when it first came to Los Angeles. Lines were insane! Just as insane as In n Out's. The hot and fresh glazed donuts are the best when the sign is lit. Disappointing Experience with Promotion and Customer Service I visited this location on 11/30/25 to purchase 4 dozen donuts for the nursing staff at the psych hospital where I was completing my final clinical rotation. I had seen the promotion for $12/dozen (valid 11/28-11/30) and expected to pay around $48 plus tax. After ordering and paying, I received my receipt and noticed I was charged $91. When I asked Ian at the counter about the discrepancy, he explained the promotion was coupon and app-only. He said he couldn't adjust the price even though I just picked up my order and haven't left, as the transaction was already processed. I understand promotions have terms and conditions, but the amount due wasn't posted. What was most disappointing was the lack of problem-solving or customer service. A simple "let me see what I can do" or offering to process a new order would have made all the difference, especially given the circumstances and the fact that I was still in the drive thru with no other customers behind me. The donuts themselves are always excellent (5/5), but this experience highlighted a gap in customer service training and flexibility.
