Overall this place has great service, the workers are always very attentive and responsive but the food can be 50/50. I'm a fan of a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and they always provide, but the sandwich is nothing to write home about. It's almost always what I ordered, but it can be pretty bland and dry. It's no fault to the employees, but the recipe is just made for efficiency. Side note, never had their donuts, I guess that's what it's really know for, and the donuts look pretty good, but that's my two cents read more

For a time I was going here often before work. I took a break for a few months and then came back the other day but pretty much will never really go back again. The staff is fine However, I could see the man in the back cooking and he was filthy. He was wearing a VERY dirty apron And the place was not too clean over there. I watched him do a chocolate bar. without using gloves-he got some chocolate on his bare fingers and licked it off and started on the next ones... so I'm good. I don't need to go back, sorry. This place is a cool place to have however Yum Yum Donuts do not make their Donuts properly with me ordering a glazed twist there was no glazed on my donut as it looked like a piece of bread like were i to order a bagel. which I got no knife to put cream chesse on my bagel myself. Other Donut shops I believe do a better job maybe their having a bad day but I don't think the effort is acceptable in todays work environment. I've Witness so many health code violations there. At 2 am my friends and I stopped there to get some donuts and it wasn't after we got our food that I noticed that the guy that work in there Is making donut without any glove on, then proceed to handle money at Register and goes back to making donut. Yum Yum Donuts can actually be called a favorite place. I like the fresh squeezed juices and giant croissants the best. The meal deal for lunch is great: bagel sandwich of choice with chips or donut and fountain drink. I have catered (donuts, bagels, muffins, coffee) there for group breakfasts at film shoots. Fresh donuts 24 hours a day!! I live just a few blocks away and absolutely love I have a place to go anytime of the day. They serve a lot more then donuts! I personally liked there fresh squeezed juice in the mornings, try the carrot. Sandwiches served on a toasted bagel, oatmeal, and the usual coffee pairings. Although the selection may be limited at times, the donuts are always fresh and good. My boyfriend went to buy me the veggie bagel sandwich. Instead I got an egg sandwich. I've been vegan for about 6 years. There's no way that my boyfriend of 12 years would order me a bagel with egg. I called and the language barrier was terrible. Took a quick break from work to take the sandwich back to them and have them make the one that is literally posted on the side of their building with no dairy and the guy attempted to charge me a dollar more for less. How does it make sense to remove the egg, cheese and cream cheese but onions tomatoes lettuce and avocado cost more? I'm tired of places attempting to do this. Eggs and dairy products and meat are more expensive but they up charge customers who are literally asking them to remove ingredients. Not to mention the language barrier where the guy attempted to argue with me about what I know my boyfriend would never order me. I super love this Yum Yum donuts. They are always so nice and when it's late at night and you are dying from hunger and have very few options - there they are, with their delicious breakfast burritos or breakfast bagel sammich. And yeah, the donuts are pretty good - not fantastic, unless they are still fresh and warm. But if you are dying for a donut, they are decent. Sadly, their coffee is very watered down. Pass on the coffee. You can generally find parking in the parking lot, service and food is very consistent regardless of time of day. This used to be my favorite donut shop in Burbank, but it has gone seriously downhill. It looks like this shop no longer makes the products onsite (they used to operate the fryer which looks like it's bolted shut). They often look low on stock and the croissant I purchased this morning was so dry and hard I could have used it to scrub dishes. I tried to soften it up by microwaving it and that helped slightly, but the outside was still hard and dry. There's a different between "flaky" and "dry as a bone". I will have to find a new donut shop. read more
