Yes, Randy's donuts are amazing! I love that we have had this location in Burbank for several years now. What makes Burbank so special is the top level customer service. I haven't met a worker who hasn't had a smile on their face - and I most often come in early before 7am! They are helpful - patient -- you know when you have already selected 10 donuts but can't decided on that every critical final two and just cheerful! So many options to select from, my only wish a raised chocolate rainbow sprinkle! Love walking in to the store with the fresh smell of donuts! They have a large variety of donuts to choose from, that it was hard to decide but I selected the Nutella doughnut. It was one of the best donuts that I've ever tried with Nutella on it & not too overpowering. The donut was fried perfectly & not greasy. The dough tasted great, was fresh as if it was just out the fryer, Really soft and was perfect with the Nutella & graham cracker crumble on top. So good I didn't want it to end as I was eating it. Randy's donuts was a first time experience for me. The donuts are a little bit pricey, but if you read all the signage very carefully, there are some good deals there. I can't remember exactly the price, but they did have a deal for donuts and coffee. That's always a win-win. I loved how soft the donuts were and how not too sweet. They were but the one thing that I do miss is the donuts having a little bit of crispiness to them. The chocolate iced twist that I had had no crunchy edges. It was soft throughout. It almost felt like it was slightly undercooked. Regardless, the taste was good. The pricing was a bit much. I may try it again one day but not anytime real soon. God I wish this place was open when I lived in Burbank. We would go to Krispy Kreme's which is really special when the donuts are fresh(others feel the same because the line would be nuts), but a Randy's Donut kicks Krispy to the Kurb. The donuts are MASSIVE and provide an escape from the hectic morning with each nibble. They are light in bite but filling in flavor. The famous location in LA is the OG that everyone should visit at least once(Iron Man did), but this spot will do if you don't want to brave the nightmare traffic heading to the airport. i stopped by to try Randy's Donuts this morning because i saw that they make matcha donuts. it's my first time at this location and i really like that it is located in a plaza with lots of parking to choose from. it's convenient which is nice. i like the option of having outdoor seating or indoor seating. To continue, as a matcha girly, i was extremely intrigued to see how their matcha donut tasted like. Randy's Donuts has a variety of donuts to choose from even some creative ones. i got myself the fruity pebble donut and obviously the matcha one too. i took a bite of the matcha donut before getting home and I'd have to say it was not my favorite. i was so disappointed. it has the strangest taste to it when taking a bite and the toppings on top is absolutely bizarre to my palette. i would not recommend. however, i liked the fruity pebbles but, it was a bit stale in my opinion. i wasn't getting that crunch you get from the cereal. i feel like the donut wasn't all that fresh. i rate the FP donut a 5/10. i think it's important to always have fresh donuts made each morning and don't keep the overnight donuts for next day customers. just my opinion. i also got myself their caramel macchiato and it was pretty mid/average. didn't really taste the caramel as much. the service was fine. the ladies who helped me were nice. read more

This location is very convenient to the Burbank airport, so you can stop in and buy some to-go or chill here while waiting for an arrival. There is plenty of parking, and some electric vehicle charging spots, too. I like how their donuts taste fresh even when you come close towards closing time. I really wanted to support and like this Randys. We used them as the dessert at our wedding in 2022 and they were very easy to deal with and I heard that the doughnuts were good! So I can recommend their catering. I don't know if I would recommend going there to just pick up a doughnut though. It seems whenever we go and I get the plain buttermilk it is undercooked. At first they were really bad (picture below is from a while ago) but even now I get some that are a little undercooked inside. Also, I was surprised that their Matcha flavor (which is priced at a higher than the classics) had absolutely no filling...and the icing barely tasted of matcha! I don't know if that was a mistake or normal? Im also not crazy about the service here. Sometimes it's just okay and sometimes...not? It seems like it depends on who is working that day. Got to try Randy's Donuts near BUR one morning. It's open in the newly built Avion Burbank center. They are one of few businesses already up and running with food spots next door like Jersey Mike's & Dog Haus about to open. I got 6 donuts. My usual classics like glazed old fashioned, glazed buttermilk bar, sugar raised, maple raised, glazed twist and coconut raised. I'm bummed to say that the donuts were just ok. My go-to is a glazed old fashioned. It's really what I judge a donut shop by. It's a true classic. Their version was imperfect, not enough glazed edges and mine had chocolate sauce accidentally drizzled on it. Mannn.... It could have and should have been way better. I had that soon after purchasing the donuts so it wasnt a freshness issue. I was bummed. The next am, I had the buttermilk bar and it was the same thing. Very little glazed crumb edges so it was more like a plain, too cakey buttermilk bar. The raised donuts were a little better. Service was ok. It was a little slow being that it wasnt busy at all and my cousin and I were just standing there waiting for the lady to help us. She saw us for sure cause she looked over but just went back to checking things off on her clipboard. It was odd. The manager (i assume) was conducting a job interview in the dining area at the time. Wish I could rate it higher but that wouldnt be accurate. Hope it will be better on the next trip cause we for sure want to give them another try. The team is excellent here. The donuts are fresh, epic, and the classic taste of Randy's Inglewood. This Burbank location is the modern version of that. This Randy's Donuts is a fun place to stop by. Randy's is pretty legendary in LA, and so this isn't necessarily the same experience as you would get in Inglewood for example. However the donuts are just plain tasty. They don't blow me away or anything compared to other places but boy are they reliable. Also, lowkey the drinks here are tasty. Worth trying. I'm in and out and the quality is great. I like their croissant donuts the best. This is my first time trying their latte and I'm very happy. They certainly know how to pick locations. Giving it 4 stars because the donuts were good and they were big but $18 for 6 donuts is pricy. I went in the morning so they were fresh and fluffy. I wanted the cruellers but they didn't have them. Their chocolate glazed donuts def had more chocolatey taste than other donut shops. The raspberry and strawberry filling were also good. It had chunks of real fruit in the jelly filling. The Nutella raised wasn't impressive. It's literally a normal donut with Nutella on top. Service at this location - great. Was in and out of there quickly. Even brought my dog with me and they were nice about it. There's some tables outside if you wanted to sit and eat.
