I'm in and out and the quality is great. I like their croissant donuts the best. This is my first time trying their latte and I'm very happy. I am pleased with their alternative milk options and sugar free sweetener. As someone who is lactose intolerant, carrying alt milk is very important to me. The establishment is always very clean. I wanted to see what the hype was all about especially since they are opening locations in San Diego so when I had to drop a friend at the Burbank airport, I figured why not stop by. They certainly know how to pick locations. Giving it 4 stars because the donuts were good and they were big but $18 for 6 donuts is pricy. I went in the morning so they were fresh and fluffy. I wanted the cruellers but they didn't have them. Their chocolate glazed donuts def had more chocolatey taste than other donut shops. The raspberry and strawberry filling were also good. It had chunks of real fruit in the jelly filling. The Nutella raised wasn't impressive. It's literally a normal donut with Nutella on top. Service at this location - great. Was in and out of there quickly. Even brought my dog with me and they were nice about it. There's some tables outside if you wanted to sit and eat. Randy's just opened for business today and they are giving out one free glazed donut as a little treat to celebrate. The world renowned Randy's is now in Burbank, located close to the Hollywood airport and local businesses. Great location that I already know will get a large amount of business once people find out and people from the airport will want to try Randy's. I never knew this area existed as there is a Jersey Mike's next door. It's a shared commercial parking lot. We ended up getting more donuts than what we had planned. Donuts were all delicious! The new Randy's donut location is in a newly developed business area where, as of right now, Jersey Mike's and Randy's Donuts are located at the moment. The maple and chocolate raised donuts were made very well and were very delicious... It's what they are known for. I would've been extremely disappointed if they didn't live up to their known standard. Their blueberry donut was more cakey, pretty good, not too dry so that's good. What I'm REALLY disgusted with was their iced coffee. Yes, I know, it's a donut shop. But the majority of donut shops have good (iced) coffee. You know what it tasted like? Imagine watered down coffee, but with an essence of caramel syrup flavor, and the coffee flavor kinda hanging on by a thread. I've been to this location twice and had good experiences both times. They have a wide variety of donuts and their coffees are pretty decent. Parking is easy and convenient with a lot right there but I do wonder if it will fill up once the other businesses nearby open. We will see. Staff are very friendly. I will say, the donuts were sweeter than expected (almost too much) and there is a bit of a lard texture but I think if you go with the more basic ones you'll enjoy them a lot. read more

Randy's donuts in Burbank is now open! :D Omg I can't believe it's here and it's real! I've heard about Randy's before but never had the opportunity to try it until now! Thank goodness for the GM Alfonso who helped me decide which donuts to select.... It was a hard choice, but after minutes of pondering I went with a couple of classic glazed donuts, red velvet , butter cookie crumb, buttermilk and Nutella raised. I also had to try their black coffee which was subtle, not too strong or too bland. There's ample parking and electric charging stations available which was a major plus for me. I bit into the classic glazed and now know why they're infamous. It was so soft, sweet and tasty. The texture is unlike any other donut I've had. The Nutella was bomblicious and can't wait to try to rest at home. :D read more

My friend and I stopped by Randy Donut tonight after grabbing pizza nearby. We saw this place when we drove by it after exiting the freeway and my friend wanted to try it since he saw it on Ironman 2. The plaza that this place is in is also new so we were able to check it out. I found parking fine and when we came they were not busy. There was only 1 other guest in the store so we had time to look at the donut selection. I was going to get the chocolate gaze donut but then I saw the m&m raised chocolate gazed donut so went with that. My friend got the maple long john donut since he loves maple. The employees are very nice and I asked them how long they been here, they said about a year. They also said that they are planning to open a new location on Lankershim soon. We ate out donut inside the store and we both enjoyed our donut. They have some tables outside but since it was raining and there wasn't any tents or roof. read more

I've always heard about Randy's but never went out my way to get any just because I'm not a big donut fan. However our Airbnb host was super sweet enough to grab some for us to try during our stay. Some of the ones we tried out were: S'more Raised, Red Velvet Cake, Chocolate Crondy, M&M Raise and Matcha Tea Raised. I was absolutely shocked at how amazing all of them tasted... My favorite HAD to be my favorite, definitely tasted the matcha and super creamy, airy and fluffy! Also never had a crondy before but to me it's like if a croissant and a donut had a baby, and if that's what it's supposed to be then they hit that one perfectly. The other donuts were all just as tasty, I think my least favorite must be the red velvet cake just because it's a little on the dry and denser side. Looking over the menu now and tasting a few of them, I just know I must stop by in person soon! We had them maybe a day later from when I host got it for us since we were busy but it was still so tasty the next day. Can't imagine how much better it must have tasted fresh. read more

I used to go to the original Randy's in Inglewood, and when I heard we were going to get one out here in Burbank, I was literally excited, but also praying it tasted just like it, and it actually did It's located on N. Hollywood Way in Burbank CA in a nice and new center with some other business in the plaza, the structure is actually beautiful. Randy's is a towards the back, but you will be able to see it. Super nice and clean, and the employees are super nice (huge plus for me). I first went about two weeks ago with my sister. She ordered a mix of varieties, and I ordered just the classics. Her box of donuts looked so good with all the different kinds, and even my classics were very appealing. These donuts are super super fresh and soft, like literally melts in your mouth type of donuts, so good I ordered some yesterday 11/27/22 a mixed dozen through doordash and nothing changed at all, still fresh and soft.. Now that we have one out here, I will order or drive there just for the donuts. That's how good this place is in my very own opinion. Prices are reasonable and also plenty of parking. read more

Randy's Donuts shops are popping up all over Southern California. I always looked forward to visiting their shop in Inglewood with the giant donut on top. It was and still is an iconic landmark destination in the Los Angeles area. So when I spotted this new Randy's Donuts shop in Burbank, I immediately pulled into the strip mall parking lot. The place was hopping with many hungry customers that morning. The staff was polite and kept the line moving at a good pace. I bought two of the Butter Crumb Raised donuts. It is my absolute favorite donut from Randy's!! Probably one of my top 5 favorite donuts of all-time from any shop. I've tried many of their other flavors from other Randy's locations, but I don't find them nearly as satisfying as this one flavor. Their Butter Crumb Raised donut tasted just as delicious as the ones I get from the original iconic location. It is very messy to eat, but so worth every bite!! I enjoyed this treat at one of their tables outside the shop. Chances of me returning whenever I'm in the area are very good. read more

1 Star is too gracious, I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I visited Randy's Donuts today in Burbank and unfortunately had a negative experience with Jessica G. and her service was quite poor. I was looking for a specific donut I had inquired about the day before, but she seemed rushed and dismissive when I clarified my order. Later, when I requested the donuts be warmed, she THREW me the box abruptly with a mean and condescending "thanks bye." This lack of attentiveness and unprofessionalism was disappointing. I understand that working in food service can be challenging, but it's important to treat customers with respect, regardless of the circumstances. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the customer experience at Randy's Donuts. read more

The donuts here are decent, but not mind blowing let alone amazing. However, the big 2-star ding comes from their astronomical prices for what you get compared to other donut shops nearby. When I entered the building around 6:45 AM, I was greeted by a lukewarm staff member. Not friendly, but not rude. Just a demeanor that lingered somewhere right in the middle. It was my first time visiting Randy's, so I was unfamiliar with their offerings. They had a decent, but not overwhelming variety broken up into 4 pricing tiers which depended on the complexity of the donut. Decorative donuts were their most expensive tier. I opted to buy a comparable dozen of a mixed variety to what I usually get at places like Donut Hut and Krispy Kreme. At Randy's, this included donuts from all 4 of their pricing tiers. Now, I'm accustomed to paying somewhere just above or below $20 for a dozen donuts + a coffee with tax in this economy as of late. Which is a lot on its own. Randy's came out to just under $50 after tax for the same thing. I was pretty shocked at the total. But I had the money, so I paid it vs backing out from the sticker shock. When I got home with them, the donuts were good. But no one was really 'wowed' by them. They tasted and felt like your average donut. But at pretty much double the price. I will say their jelly filled donuts were generously packed with a lot of fruity goodness. But again, an extra spoonful of jelly in their donuts isn't enough to justify double the price of their local competitors. So this will likely be my last visit to a Randy's as I cannot economically justify the cost of their goods. Maybe if they were a little more expensive than their competition, I could make sense of it. But they're just not double the goodness to double the price. So I wish them well within the community. But donuts are a frivolous expense. And if I can save coin by choosing a shop with palatable prices over Randy's, I'd rather do just that. Oh, lastly, I did figure that maybe they generously pay their employees really well with their high prices. But at the end of the transaction, their register will prompt you to tap a gratuity button for 15%, 18%, 20% or "other" for them to clerk out some donuts. So maybe not. read more
