The variety is pretty amazing, parking was easy, service was fantastic, but when I bit into the first donut from our ~$30 dozen, it was overly sweet and the oil flavor was overwhelming and bad. I cut up 4 more of the donuts to try and see if it was just my luck to have the bad one, but they were all overly sweet and had the week old oil flavor. My least unpleasant of the bunch was the maple bacon bar, because the salty bacon almost balanced the ridiculous sweetness of the donut/glaze and the frying oil flavor. I know this is a new store so they are probably working the kinks out, but I've never before experienced a donut that was too sweet until I tried this Randy's. read more

This Randy's donuts opened just a few weeks ago just north of the Burbank airport. It is in a brand new industrial mall. Easy access from Hollywood Way with tons of free parking. As of 6/11/22 no other business is open in this new mall. The service was friendly and quick. The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is casual and modern. The donuts are a bit more expensive than the mom and pop places around here. They have some interesting flavors, like butter crunch raised. The guy said they make the crunch at the store and it is like a butter pecan flavor. We enjoyed a huge apple fritter it was fresh tasting, crispy outside and soft center with generous apple pieces. 1 Star is too gracious, I would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I visited Randy's Donuts today in Burbank and unfortunately had a negative experience with Jessica G. and her service was quite poor. I was looking for a specific donut I had inquired about the day before, but she seemed rushed and dismissive when I clarified my order. Later, when I requested the donuts be warmed, she THREW me the box abruptly with a mean and condescending "thanks bye." This lack of attentiveness and unprofessionalism was disappointing. I understand that working in food service can be challenging, but it's important to treat customers with respect, regardless of the circumstances. Made a visit to Randy's new Burbank location. It's on the corner of Hollywood Way right of San Fernando in the Avion Corporate Office Park. Plenty of parking, several doughnuts on display upon entering. I ordered some traditional doughnuts and some I've never tried before, total price was $14, not bad. The donuts are what you'd expect from a chain. The best of our lot was probably the apple fritter. The old fashion had old fryer oil taste. The TX size donut probably wasn't cooked long enough; it was dense instead of light and fluffy. The blueberry was gummy; probably overworked the dough. read more

Went here with my daughter and waited patiently in line. Another customer walked in after us, and the staff immediately began preparing his drink and assisting with his order. I understand wanting to help regulars quickly, but it's disappointing to feel overlooked. It's important to consider how it makes other customers feel when they're skipped. Randy's is heeeeere and yes it is just as good as all the other Randy's. Apparently there is an extra cost to ordering online? I didn't look but people were complaining about the prices which were normal when we went to buy them in store. They are pillowy soft, they are the perfect gooey texture, they are so sweet and they have a lot of options. Run, don't walk here and get some. Welcome these guys to town!!! I was tasked with picking up 2 dozen donuts to celebrate August birthdays at work this week. Since we have a lot of people who live in West LA, they asked for donuts from the new Randy's Donuts in Burbank, I happily volunteered since I live close by. For starters, lemme tell you, donuts are no longer $5 a dozen! I guess it's been a while since I've had to buy an entire dozen (or two) of donuts. It's all good because Randy's Donuts are exceptionally good and well worth the price. This place was hard to find because I had not been down this way in quite some time.! I had NO IDEA that there was an entire Amazon campus on Hollywood Way so when I drove past Randy's, I was a little perplexed since I thought maybe my GPS led me to the actual bakery or something. Anyways, I finally found it and had a good laugh (at myself) and mumbled to myself that I must get out more! The donuts were a hit and I managed to grab one for myself. I hope additional signage of a giant donut is in the works so that this place is easier to see from the road. Even if not, it's all good and I'm happy to have Randy's Donuts in my neighborhood (that I need to explore more of)! read more

This is a walking distance place from my job and we love the ham and cheese croissants, the employees here are honestly like part of our little family they are super funny and welcoming I love this place! I've lived in LA for over 40 years and this is my first visit to a Randy's Donuts. I've always passed the OG off the 405 on Manchester, but it's always heading to the airport or something else. So I was happy to find one in Burbank close to the airport. Drove here during my lunch break to pick up half a dozen. It's located right across the Amazon distribution center right by the Burbank Airport. The area is mostly office buildings with one Randy's and Jersey Mike's as the only dining options. The shop is only 1 year old and looks like it. Parking was not an issue at all. Decided to get half a dozen and it came out to $19. $3 per donut is kind of pricey tbh. I ordered the creme filled chocolate bar, maple with churro, ube, red velvet, chocolate bar & crumb. For the most part, the donuts was a little bigger than normal but as far as taste, it really didn't distinguish itself a part from other shops. The maple with churro was too sweet for me and the churro was stale and hard. The crumb donut wasn't that great and the crumb pretty much fell all over the place. I would recommend you eat this one outside or on a plate. The cream filled was not bad, but again, it was really sweet. The dark chocolate kind of counterbalanced the sweetness, but I still thought it was sweet. Haven't tried the other 3 yet as I cannot eat 6 donuts in one sitting. I will definitely give this place another try as it's legendary, so I think it deserves another try. I wonder if the OG on Manchester is better and worth the drive. read more

Got to love Randy's right by the Burbank airport. I stopped here while waiting to for my parents to land. It was the end of the day but there was a decent selection of donuts left and I was able to grab a much needed coffee while I waited. This Randy's is tucked away in a small shopping center. So it came on the news that Randy's was opening up in Burbank and I took the first opportunity I could to go. It's conveniently close to the airport which is a nice welcome to LA treat. The overall location looks really new and with other stores waiting for their grand openings. There was plenty of parking. You walk in there wasn't a big line which is nice because the other locations especially the original one line can be wrapped around the building. I think it's just a lot of people aren't aware that it's open now. The reason I'm giving it three stars is because some of the donut flavors that we really wanted, they were already out of and we went in the middle of the days like 12 noon . So it's kind of annoying that they were already running out of donut selections. Also there were a mixture of fresh tasting do us and stale ones. But the store was clean and has friendly staff. Not gonna front Randy's has really boosted up their donut game since I've had the original some years back. I don't know about the specialty donuts but the classic style set is boooomb! My personal favorite is the chocolate rise and taste just like it looks :D Soft,fluffy,airy and perfectly sweet. This was my second time in a week picking some up. I've been to this one and the one in Costa Mesa; donuts from both locations were consistent--fresh and fluffy. Randys Donuts offer a pretty good donut. Although it's not the Inglewood location, I definitely feel like I had the experience everybody talks about here in Los Angeles. I loved the Nutella topped donut the best and the apple pie filled one next to that. Blueberry was pretty good too. This location is close to the Burbank airport and there's nothing really around it except a Jersey Mike's, so there's ample parking. We came late in the evening and were the only people there. The donut supply was low which is probably good news meaning a lot of people have eaten through most of the donuts are in the course of that day. I'm knocking off a star as they had no hot drinks available, and when eating a donut, I would prefer to drink some coffee with it. Especially on a chilly night like the night I came. Dropped in around 630pm and was a bit worried the selection would be lackluster. Surprisingly, they had a good variety of donuts available. We were greeted by the staff and Jordan provided swift and friendly service. There's plenty of parking at this new location and several counter top style tables that line the inside walls if you wanted to stand and 'dine in'. The plaza itself offers a few tables and seats outside and Randy's also has a bathroom for patrons. This Randy's is located in a new shopping complex near the new Amazon headquarters - just past the Burbank airport. Service was friendly and although many of the donuts were understandably sold out at the time I went in the early evening it was still worthwhile to see the new location and try my first donut from iconic Randy's - known for their famous location by LAX (that I've never been to). My bear claw was large and a reasonable $2.50, came in a sturdy orange box, and was very fresh and soft. There is indoor and outdoor seating, and parking was easy since the shopping complex is brand new so only a Jimmy John's (to be opened) is currently there. So good! We normally go to Donut Hut on magnolia but thought we would try a new place and we were soooo impressed! We stopped by on a saturday at 10am, everything we got was super fresh and omg the Krondy's!!!! Mouth watering heaven in your mouth! I got the cinnamon toast crunch cereal topped fancy donut just for fun but it ended up being one of my favorites love the crunch texture with the donut. We will absolutely be back! read more
