This is the first specialty donut truck in SoCal serving some of the best exclusive specialty donuts around LA. Since 2017 the Dave's Hot Chicken collaboration with the Donut Fried Chicken Sandwich has been available at the Hollywood location, and has been one of our favorite cheat day treats along w/ their selection of sweet delights. We love that Dream as a brand is always looking to work with brands based out of LA. They've worked with brands such as Cookies, KoKo Nuggz, Dave's Hot Chicken and that's just to name a few.

Love this truck! I get so excited coming to town hoping it'll be near by so I can go grab some donuts and chat it up with the owner (who's an awesome guy and LOVES HIS DONUTS!). They also cater events and the truck itself is the cutest size! Would be awesome to have them cater your next event! I'm a donut fiend so I love them allllll. But got to try the blueberry cake donut and the cookie crumb crunch Nutella cookie butter filled chaos today! Blueberry cake donut: this is everything I want my blueberry muffin to be but let's be real. A muffin will never replace a donut! Moist interior and crunchy exterior! Might be my new favorite Cookie crumb crunch Nutella cookie butter filled chaos: I don't even think I can describe this one better then by the name I gave it. It's seriously explosive! Can't wait to catch myself D.R.E.A.M.ing again soon!

Follow the truck on IG... create your own DAVES Dream donut meal of champs.. highly recommend!

The Dream Donut Truck always delivers when you need it! Fresh, tasty, high quality donuts, and always prompt. This is the perfect cheat meal truck you have been waiting for! Also this baby travels all around LA, such a dope addition to parties, and events. Tips: DO NOT overlook the blueberry glazed cake donut... absolute fire! Also one of the best apple fritters one can find in LA... I put money on that!! In addition, new donuts like the mind blowing biscoff cookies n cream t, pop up frequently! Every time it comes through, great assortment, and fresh! More so the man behind it is very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic to always keep the standard high! TIP: follow on Instagram to hear where it will be next! The best is when it ends up @ DAVES... few things are better than warm hot chicken... and donuts. Truuuust me

There are two kinds of real estate in Los Angeles: expensive and ridiculous. The problem is, unlike with so many other industries, it's a seller's market. Which explains why a 1500 square foot, two bedroom/one bath house sells for seven figures because it's in a trendy zip code. And why a 600 square foot studio apartment rents for three grand a month because it's "walking distance" to the beach. It's the premium we pay for living in one of America's premier coastal cities. Yet that steep rate of inflation has weeded its way into buyer's markets as well, resulting in exorbitant prices for everything from cocktails to clothing. I remember walking into Fred Segal and seeing an ordinary tee shirt retail for $100. When I asked a sales associate if it was made of some kind of futuristic cotton, he was overwhelmingly unamused. I understand it wasn't the quality of the item, but the allure and prestige attached to the brand that justified the price and the purchase. What I can't understand is why people would pay such similarly steep rates for a fried piece of dough from Dream Donut Truck. Smaller than most food trucks I've ever patronized and operated by its gracious and enthusiastic owner, the selection he offered was appealing. He sold them in two packs for eight dollars and four packs for fourteen. Surprised by the cost, I willingly paid it in hopes of being awed by their awesomeness. I got the Homer Simpson inspired D'oh donut, which was standard-shaped with pink frosting and sprinkles, in addition to a Fruity Pebbles bar, fashioned like a long John and topped with vanilla frosting and, of course, the ever popular cereal. While the former was slightly larger than your average donut, the latter was regularly sized. And both were as regular and average as I've ever tasted. There was nothing about either of them that screamed homemade or handcrafted. Nothing that set them apart. Nothing that justified paying four dollars per donut. Sure, they were all right. Yes, I'm well aware that four-dollar donuts are as common in Los Angeles as ten dollar pints of ice cream. It's a price I'm more than happy to pay. Not for the prestige or allure of the purveyor, but for a singular culinary delight. Dream donuts are good. However they are not singular culinary delights.

I recently booked the Dream Donut Truck for an event... Vahe was extremely professional! The donuts were freakin awesome! Definitely would book this truck again in the future! It was the perfect touch to my event! :)

So far the best donut I've had in years. Finally was able to get some today! Can't wait for my favorite truck to come back to Glendale again! Had the rosetachio, strawberry, chocolate peanut butter so far and all of them are amazing!
