The staff is always friendly and readily available to assist you. One staff is taken off due to parking issues and the cost. Being just across Porto's, finding a place to park is always a struggle. Ordering online was convenient and easy. When ordering, you can text when you are close to the shop and then they will prepare and box it fresh. Staff is nice and friendly. We usually order the regular size but opted for the minis this time. Was disappointed with the ratio of size to cost (6 palm size cookies for $17). 6 larger cookies is $24.99 and felt like a better deal. Cookies were delish though. Coconut cream was good, chocolate milkshake was meh and the brookie was fantastic. Storefront is small and parking is hard to come by on a busy weekend. There are 2 EV charging stations on Hollywood way 1/2 block away across from target (that may more convenient). Interested to see how long it lasts at this location given steep competition from Porto's across the street. read more

The IYKYK pink Crumbl box will get you into the pickiest homes if you don't want to arrive empty-handed. The cookies themselves are super rich, super big and super good. Crumbl even sells a Crumbl-cookie-cutter ($5) which cuts your cookie in four pie-shaped pieces. There's a four-pack box, a six-pack box, and something even more jumbo. Staff is super nice and super patient as you figure out just much a cheat-meal it's going to be. Worth it though. They make the cookies right there! We came for the grand opening in Burbank and heard about it from Facebook. We bought a 4- Pack of the Semi Chocolate Chip flavored cookies and got our Free Chocolate Chip cookie to celebrate the Grand Opening! Super happy the location is in Burbank and it is finally open! They did forget our free cookies and we didn't bother to check until we got home so we had to make the trip back to receive the cookies which was a bit annoying but we understand it is their first day. I don't get the hype. Was in there for the first time this week. I had three people in front of me in line when I got there. I stood there at least 15 to 20 minutes before I was even able to order. The three ladies who were working or so nice, and working hard, but I imagine the turnover here is ridiculous. I don't see how this business model is efficient at all. Also I ordered 6 dozen of the Minis. They were able to fulfill four dozen. I get that they have limited stock. And they were very nice about it. they let me know that it needs to go through catering. When I asked do I just call the day before catering for an order of six dozen minis, and they told me there is a three day notice!! 3 days ??! Again not an efficient business model. I mean the cookies were good but 1k calories per regular cookie??! I'll pass. read more

Firstly, the cookies are all 10/10 in taste, presentation, and looks exactly how it was promoted. The bakers kitchen are very nice and professional. Inside is also a very nice atmosphere while you are waiting on your cookies. Tip: Download the app, it's so much easier. I came in today for the free cookies and they said it would be a 10 minute wait. WE waited way more than 10 minutes. Each few minutes a customer came and the cashier kept saying 10 mins. In the back, all the cookies were there , literally all they needed to do was put it in the bag. This is my second time coming to this location, and the customer service is always great. We tried the mini cookies, loved the banana split and sea salt chocolate. The oreo flavor wasn't that great. The store isn't up to standard cleanliness. The doors were both opened leading you to the staff preparing the dough. I wish there was a glass barrier for the staff preparing the cookie dough. All of us wandering in today as Crumbl finally opened in Burbank seem to have enjoyed the same experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful despite the self-order right next to us. We got the peanut butter cookie, and it had good flavor and was thicker than most cookies. As a matter of preference, I prefer my cookies cooked longer (more crispy than cake-like) so know before you go if that's how you like your cookies. (That was my biggest lament) It'll be interesting to see how Crumbl, at $5 a cookie, will fare vs. Porto's across the street. Perhaps people will consider the long line there and think "for a few dollars more, I won't have to stand in line." Despite my cookie cook time preferences, I will likely return just to try the new flavors. Welcome to the neighborhood! read more

I visited the Burbank store yesterday and was in line for about 15-20 minutes. All the (5-7) workers were clustered in the back (kitchen) area and there was no communication to the customers in line, as what the process was. I decided to order from my phone yet the "place order" bar was greyed out and I could not finalize the order, after entering my information. I walked to the counter for help with the website and was stared down by the employees, as if not to disturb them. She did not know what was wrong with the website. I asked why is there a line, why are you not taking orders? She said because they are waiting for the cookies. I asked if she could start taking peoples orders and she said it wouldn't matter because it would be a line anyway. To have people standing around with no communication as of what's going on or at least taking peoples order and telling them an approximate wait time is really unprofessional. If you have a store front then you need to have customer service and basic communication. Luckily there's a Porto's across the street where I was able to grab some desserts. And I have emailed my complaint as well, since that seems to be the response from management. read more

I absolutely love coming to this store specifically because the team there always does an excellent job. I was particularly impressed on Wednesday 4/9 with how the girls all handled a very rude customer at around 6:30. The girls were very professional and handled the situation well. I wish there were more I could do to make sure they know how well they are doing. I find it astonishing how such a successful company can be so careless with their customers along with their staff.
