Who gives a five star rating to a car dealership? I never thought I would but my experience at Showcase Honda was exceptional. From the moment we pulled and even after leaving the lot. Ashley our sales associate was friendly and informative without being pushy or overbearing. The managers and finance worked together to get us into the car we wanted and at payments we needed to be at. read more

Service was GREAT!!! I was worried about taking my car to the "dreaded dealership" for service, but this place is great!! I was greeted within one minute of pulling onto the service department, I sort of already knew what I needed but asked them to check out the entire vehicle. They talked to me straight up and I was very pleased. I know their prices would be a bit higher than "Mr No Name repair shop" but is was about the same price. I will go back for ALL my service needs. Thank you Showcase Honda Service!!!!!! read more

Not sure about all the low ratings on Yelp. This dealer has an A+ BBB rating. I purchased a 2013 Honda and was satisfied with the transaction. It was handled quickly and professionally. They certainly press for additional add ons and maintenance packages but in return they also offer the best prices in the Valley. Our salesperson was very relaxed and low pressure. He took a lot of time to explain the details about our new car, sync our phones with the bluetooth. The salesperson was everything I could have wanted - informed, educated and gave us the information to make informed decisions. The final closer and doc signer was more pressure and kept begging for a five star review - which I am not a fan of. Just do your job well and earn the review instead of begging. I cannot praise the Service Dept enough. They met me in the parking lot and quickly added the agreed upgrade and had me on way, quickly. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would return to Showcase to purchase another vehicle or use their Service Center. read more

I tried to purchase a CRV from here. I was trading in a car and was going to be upside down on it by 10,000. I wanted to get rid of that car because of a key ignition recall it had that Chevy did not take care of for us and I didn't feel safe. I didn't like what my payment was going to be, it was going to be astronamical so I kindly said I couldn't make that payment. Then my seven year old says, "mom why aren't we getting it" then the really rude sales manager says, "because your mom doesn't want to make that payment" then gets up and leaves. I ended up trading my car at ABC Nissan. They were really nice there and my son got to hit the Gong. They have one there too. P.S. my next car will be a Honda but not from this dealership read more

I am completely and thoroughly impressed with the service department at Showcase Honda. Every person I dealt with - from the girl at the desk to the service guy - was very friendly and courteous, knowlegeable and competent. My car was given excellent service and I was treated well. The wait time was less than expected as well. I've had my vehicle serviced at other dealerships and had come to expect a long wait. I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken care of promptly. I will use them again and recommend them to family and friends. read more

i recently went to showcase to purchase my first car. i had an overwhelming experience with this dealership. i was working with salesman sam and he is by far the best person i have ever met. he is absolutely amazing. car buying can be a hassle and he made everything easy for me. i would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. the reason i'm giving showcase three stars is because of their terrible financing department. when i went in, i said that i could only put this amount of money down and no more and that i would be okay with a high payment. i got into a car and was on my way. three days later i get a phone call saying i was approved for a lower rate and to come in and sign papers. i went in and was basically told that they needed more money out of me for a down payment or they will be taking my car. long story short, i returned my car and was put into a brand new 2018 car. perfect. a month later, i'm back at honda with them saying " you're approved for a lower rate ". i'm now waiting for details about that at honda. long story short, SAM SANDOVAL IS THE BEST!! read more

Customer Service is Much Improved. This service call they had corrected the spelling of my name in their computer system. Since my car was exactly one year old, I had the full service done. Now some three months later, my mileage minder (a feature of the 2010 Honda Accord) indicates that I still have 50% of my oil and fluids life left. This is truly outstanding and is a direct result of the good service I received at Showcase Honda. read more

As used car buying experiences go, this was by far the best. We went to Showcase Honda on a whim just to check out the mid-sized sedan inventory and ended up talking with Candé. We had an appointment and had to leave after about an hour, and he was very cool about it; no pressure at all. That evening we called him to say that we were really impressed with him and would like to continue working with him if he finds anything in our price range and styles. That night he texted us pics and details on a car that we ended up buying the next day. We never felt like we had to haggle about prices or add ons and we never even met his manager, and still managed to get a great car under KBB price. The transaction was so laid back and pleasant that we highly recommend this salesman to anyone in the market for a used car. read more

I have to say that the sales guy that I worked with was fabulous he was very nice and really wanted to help me to get the right car. He tried working with me the best he could. I forgot his name because it was long time ago and now I decided to write a review but he is from portugal. However I couldnt buy a car there because I just came from germany and I couldnt get a loan. After 1 or 2 month they were following up with me and checking if I still wanted to buy a car. It was a little annoying after I told them that I was not interested anymore that their system didnt register that so they kept on calling me... read more

Matt V. Took very good care of me for my recall on my Honda I was very pleased. He allowed me to watch the tech as he worked on my car they even washed my car for me. No other dealership would that. :) I will definitely be coming back. read more

First I admit I,was late to my appointment due to a delay at a doc appt. I just needed the car fluids and tires and to look at the rubber gasket falling off the driver side door. The service person does not know how to,deal with frustrated customers. I've been getting out of the car the same way for 43 years and never did the gasket come off the door. I was frustrated and I wanted to leave. Never was there an attempt to de-escalate, I said I wanted to leave and he said, "go ahead leave"! I also said that I purchased several cars from Showcase but he continued to walk away! Wow, I,wasn't an easy customer but to just walk away? Ok, now it's my turn to just 'walk away'. I read several other reviews with few stars and I see that the dealership has a problem and the problem and lack of training is the issue. I needed to be told at the time of appointment that there was no leeway with time because it was very busy. But, I just needed someone to check the fluids and tire pressure because of a trip that had to,be last minute scheduled. Ok, you lost a customer bottom line. My partner bought his car at ABC Nissan and I work with their customer service all the time, sometimes I am frustrated with the cost but there is never an attitude and never in my 40+ years in customer service positions, the last one a VP of contracting with a major healthcare provider in CA, did anyone walk away from a customer! Very poor! Good luck! Eventually it will catch up! You have two stars out of 5 now, not a good track record for a dealership! I am updating my review because I wanted to finish the day saying that Showcase Honda has redeemed itself and I've given them 5 Stars! Without going into every detail I will point out that under Tim Bothwells management Showcase Honda will earn 5 stars from every customer! 1-Tim returned my phone call. 2-He personally followed up with my request and went above and beyond by offering to pick my car up, provide the service and additional service checkpoints. 3. He and his service advisor, Daniel Estrella, brought my car back to me and assured me that my initial experience will never happen again. 4. He promised that there would be training and under his leadership the business will make customer service #1. I must say that I have been overwhelmed by this experience and Tims desire to keep a customer and make me a loyal customer as well! I want to thank Tim and Daniel and I will be following up with Honda corporation and , without every detail, let them know that a General Mgr and a Service Advisor exemplified what customer service is and how to keep and maintain a loyal customer! Bravo Tim! Let's hope that all reviews will be 4 and 5 Stars and that you will not see the up and down reviews but see consistent excellent customer feedback. read more

Literally if your looking for a Honda to buy ,this is the place to go to. Before we went to Showcase Honda, the day before we spent all day at Arrowhead Honda and Bell Honda and it was horrible, not so much at Arrowhead, but at Bell Honda I would never ever go back their it was a horrible experience. Called Showcase and we spoke to Brandon Reyes over the phone, we explained our situation and he said to come in and promised he would take care of us. I was already skeptical due to the day before what we experienced but we got their, and we ended up buying a Honda Accord literally in under 2 hours could not believe it. There was no hassle, no game playing, no low balling, they gave us full amount for our Toyota Camry trade in and gave us a great price on the Accord. I have never ever in my life have bought a new car and had the paperwork all done in 2 hours, that including test drive, trade in inspection, work out deal and then to finance. I will always recommend anyone that asks me to go to Showcase no matter were you live because it will be worth the drive. Our Salesman again was outstanding, professional, mature, non aggressive, knowledgeable of the process and even held over three hours past his off time to wait for us to come buy the Accord late at night around 7pm. read more

I brought my Honda in because my A/C wasn't working right. After a long look at it, they told me my main cooling fan was broken. After they fixed the motor stopped working. They ended up fixing two parts of the motor for free. Of course this was after I forked over $600 bucks for the cooling fan, which are expensive. Tom was who my service technician was and he was awesome! read more

If you own a Honda and are looking for a very poor service and repair experience, than I highly recommend Showcase Honda. They are masters of selling you service you don't need, but are incompetent when it comes to inspecting your vehicle and finding actual needed repairs. I recently had my Honda in for a safety check at another shop. It was determined that the lower control arms, ball joints, and compliance bushings were very worn and causing horrific tire wear. A week after that diagnosis I took the car to Showcase for an oil change and the complimentary multi-point inspection. Not one word was mentioned about the horribly worn front end components even though the tech was working within inches of them while changing the oil. I then to took the car to a third shop and was told the very same thing the first shop had told me. Clearly, Showcase Honda either employs incompetent techs or they just don't give a rat's tookus about their customers' well being. The example cited above is only one of many such experiences I have had at Showcase Honda's service dept. But the good news is yesterday I used the remaining credit balance I had on my account with Showcase and I will never have to return there again. 155,000 miles of poor service is enough for this caballero and I will not be honoring Showcase Honda with my service needs or new car purchase needs again. read more

James was great, very attentive. Thanks James! Only annoying thing was I had an appointment and still had to wait little over an hour and a half for an oil change. Had a coupon , please send more ! :) read more

Salesman David Sanchez did an excellent job helping my girlfriend Angel buy a new 2016 CRV Touring SUV. She loves her SUV and we were very happy with the buying experience at Showcase Honda. Sales Manager helped get us a great deal. Also, Finance Manager Paul Casilio was very professional and explained process and payment plans to us. Finally, Nique Canales Customer Service Coordinator was very helpful with post sale issues we had in registering the car in California. We would buy another car from Showcase Honda!! Everyone one in the service center was pleasant and helpful except for the gentleman at the front desk named Dan. Ask for Aaron McDonald! I went in with three cars in mind, 2 Hondas and one not a Honda. Aaron listened to my concerns and helped me narrow it down. I left with the car I wanted at a price I wanted. Today Showcase Honda service department showed me the in my opinion the worst customer service. I was sent a flyer for a free basic oil change as long as I scheduled it online. I arrived for my appointment and since there was not any cars in line in the waiting area I asked how long will it be? hopefully to hear less time than I was expecting since no one was in the car waiting spaces. Bo, the check in rep said an 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Surprised to hear but, it probably meant there was another waiting space for cars I couldn't see. Bo, ask if I had to be any where soon? Well since he asked I told he I have to pick my kids up by 3pm. Bo, immediately went in to panic mode and said we won't have the car done by then. I looked at him and said are there that many ahead of me, he said no we can get started right now but I know it won't be done by 3. I said ok that's fine, but if they take my car back now I will be ok with it getting the oil change today. Well, I have to tell you having casual conversation is the worst thing a customer can do at this dealership. I decided to look at the used car lot while I was waiting, 15 minutes have already passed when I heard a man yelling my name. I turned and looked at him and he introduced himself as Scott. He said he had been looking for me to tell me he could not have my basic oil change completed within an hour. It may be more like up to 2 hours. I asked him why he felt like he had a restriction on time and he said Bo told him I said they needed to be done by 3. Annoyed that he has wasted 15 minutes of oil change time looking for me to tell me they couldn't do my oil change today. When I told Scott I did not tell Bo that, And it is upsetting to know you spend more time trying to tell me you can't do the oil change than getting the oil change done! I told Scott the same thing I told Bo, just do the oil change I will worry about my personal business you just focus on the oil change. I told Scott, Bo explained clearly that he could not have the oil change done by 3 pm and I clearly told Bo ok, go ahead and get started on the oil change. I cannot understand why Scott felt the need to waste time to reiterate that could not be done by 3pm. I did not ask anyone for any favors! I feel like maybe because I was using the free oil change flyer they did not want to honor it and was trying to get me to leave. I did not feel valued at all. I didn't want to look over the lot anymore. I just want my oil change so I can leave. I did speak to Sean Hoops the service director only because Scott was so admitted about not doing my oil change. I felt like someone should talk to Bo and Scott about communication with customers. And don't make assumptions when talking with the customer. All I wanted was good service not rushed service. Sean said he can now have the the oil change in 15 20 minutes, I told him I don't need it to be rushed just do your standard oil change like you would do anyone else's. We'll my fear continued. Yes, Scott called my name by 3:15 and said I was done. I ask why they did not wash my car and he said "time". He was still focused on getting me out of there by 3pm which meant I did not get the same treatment or car focus like I should have. I was basically treated like I was a bum trying to get something free. When in all fairness they sent me the flyer for a free oil change. I guess they don't really want people to use it. The sad thing is that I was hoping to upgrade my van with them and that's why I was walking the lot. But, after this insulting experience I wouldn't purchase from them because I know my warranty would have to be used with this service repair site. And I don't want to come back there again. read more

I purchase my 2nd Honda at this dealership and it will be my LAST. My 1st purchase in 2002 was a very good experience but my most recent one in August of 2011 has been nothing but one big disappointment. They are scam artists and can't be trusted at all. Your only saving grace is to go over their heads and to Honda Corporate to get anything done. STAY AWAY!!!! read more

The quality of service was going downhill, is getting to the bottom My experience with Showcase Honda service department has not been positive throughout the years, the only reason I have been back is because of the warranty contracts and the distance to my house. Other than that the service advisors are always confrontational, disrespectful and with total disregard to your needs, they do not check if an item like brakes are really in need of repairs, I say that because it has been a year since they have been telling me that I need new brakes, and I took the car somewhere else and the second opinion mechanic, advised me that I still had enough brake pad thickness and they did not need replacement. They are installing and selling Honda brand batteries that only last a little over 18 months and the warranty they provide is only 36 months with one replacement. My last experience on Saturday June 15 2013, was extremely disappointing, I felt threatened by their Service advisor Luis, when they indicated that the battery needed to be replaced, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the length of battery life (18 months), he replied that it had to be replaced and that was what the test indicated, and if I did not believe that then "look at it"; shoving the paper in my face to the point where I had to take a step back, to prevent physical contact, furthermore, the time to replace the battery was four and a half hours. After four hours waiting, I had wasted my day and had no choice but to buy the battery with Honda. As I told the person that helped us instead of Luis (Hector) that $100 will not make me richer or drive me broke, it is high quality of service that I look for when my vehicle gets worked on.. read more

I've bought 3 cars from Showcase. My experiences with the service department have always been great. Two of the three car buying experiences were also good. I guess it depends on the salesperson you get. The one bad time was late at night and the salesman was using high pressure tactics to close the deal and turn my wife against me, I think we paid a little too much for the car that time, but was not a terrible deal, and I was tired of negotiating so decided to be done with it. The service department and the two other buying experiences will have me going back to see if we can work a deal on the next one. read more

I don't understand why this place only has a three star review. The staff is great, and if you happen to be Aaron's client, you are very lucky. He is very knowledgeable about leases. Fortunately, we could make it work that even at the age of 19, with an okay credit score,he could give me a affordable monthly rate for a 2015 Honda Civic coupe that he picked out for me...and i fell in love first sight. The only problem for me was the skyrocketing insurance rate quotes I received from companies. Well, it didn't mean a problem to Aaron. He kept calling the insurance company brokers until we finally got my quote down to half of what I was offered in the beginning. The awesome thing is that Aaron and whoever I got in contact with, I could text them or call them any time and they are here to help me. Aaron always checks up on me if the car is still okay and how i am liking it...well I love it. They are even towing my old BMW that doesn't start up because of mechanic issues. In a nutshell, this is my first lease at the age of nineteen but it is definitely a memorable one thanks to an awesome employee, called Aaron McDonald. I would definitely recommend this place to everybody who wants to lease or buy. (: read more

This dealer is unbelievable crappy. Save your time and stay away at all cost. I saw a used car advertising on their website. Email them about the car. They email back and told me the car is sold. That is all fine. Except a few weeks later I saw the same car is still advertising on their website and the price drop. I called and talked to Luis. He told me the car is available and ask when I can come in. I said if the price is right, I will come in the first thing next morning. We negotiated the price on the phone and he said he would have to ask his boss and call me back. No call no nothing. The next day this car disappeared on their web. They don't even know what inventory they have when they talk to you. And they won't own up their mistake. I think what happened is Luis went back to check on this car and found out it has been sold long time ago. He did not bother to call and apologize wasting my time to negotiate on the phone. Judging all the bad reviews in here. Stay away and go somewhere else. As a long time honda owner, I feel shame to have a bad honda dealership like that. read more

These people are rip offs!!! If you happen to find the car you want and take your chances buying from them PLEASE check your numbers before signing if you are dealing with Jason Zakaras!! I had to buy a car for my daughter, it was a 2012 honda civic... priced at $9k after the wheeling and dealing and having to come back at a later date I was to exhausted to go over the numbers (stupid on my account, I trust people.. always been a downfall) so JASON ZAKARAS skimmed lightly over the papers (Now, this was the second set of papers I signed so guess I just trusted they didn't jack the sales price) 2 months later I get the paperwork from the credit union... that 2012 honda for $9k is now mine for $16k!!!!! yes, folks... almost doubled what the sales price was. I have left messages for JASON ZAKARAS as well as the manager.. funny thing, they dont get to you as fast as when they need you to come back and sign the papers. So... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE... despite how tired you are from car buying... read the numbers.. these are some shady people over there... guess that's why they have the slimy rep. And my next step is going to be to go down there to warn others, and id still like someone to explain a $9k car being sold at $16k so will be talking to you somehow Jason Zakaras. read more
