They did give me a good price but my girlfriend and I have had some very troubling problems here. First off we were lead to believe that the car had the kick sensor for the hatch back. After buying the car they then explained that "hands free" means the button on the key fab. The reason we believed it had this kick feature was because in order for them to put the hitch on the car they said we needed to buy a special and very expensive hitch so the sensor wouldn't be blocked. While doing the car deal they purposely lied to us about interest rates available trying to get us to go with Chase bank over Desert Financial. They told us that Desert Financial had denied to give us an offer and the best they could do was 7%. When we called Desert Financial they said they had given the dealership an offer of 4.7% and we were approved. WHAT ?? I can't believe they would lie to us to get a kick back from the bank. Finally after we had received the car it had come with a dead battery and we had to go back to the dealer once again to get a new one. My final words are DON'T GO TO THIS SLIMY CAR DEALERSHIP. I just dont understand why car dealerships even exist. No other product in the world is sold like this. read more

On 4/28:20 I called Showcase Honda service dept and scheduled service for a oil change on 5/1/20 at 12 noon Mine you I've purchase 2 cars from them So, later on that day I received at call from (Julia G.) "Senior" of Sales & Leasing Pre-Sales Dept and she asked if I was interested in upgrading from my 2015 Honda Accord and I stated no, unless you have a Audi on your lot and she said let me check my inventory, so she called back and said they have a 2017 Audi which I was told had been on the lot for "70 days'. I was pursued by this dept up up until the date I arrive on 5/1:20. So once, I arrive to met about 12:15ish with Julia G., and I was told she was busy with another customer and another sales person began to tell me the car was just SOLD, I was upset bcaz I had spoken to Julia G earlier that morning. So, my Service Advisor Allan H., was told by Greg S., the Pre-Owner Sales Mgr in Julia G., dept that I was upset and Allan H., spoke with the General Mgr Jerry G., how I felt Julia G., conduct was very unprofessional thru out my experience that day. And, long story short is that ALL she was trying to do was make another SALE by the end of the months quota. I never received a call or apology from Julia G. Showcase Honda you have lost a true customer. read more

1st let me tell you Jessica Agiluar is a awesome sales person, very understanding and one of the most detail oriented car sales people I have ever met...she knew the car by simple description...she showed me the car by having all the doors, trunk, hood ect and was incredibly detailed in describing it...even going as far as describing the matching carpet mats and in the trunk describing how the removable cargo cover helped cover and conceal anything in the trunk...now the reality and the point for my bad review! The financing department is completely out of wack, discombobulated and seems almost like they are just there to get your dollar, long waits, very little teamwork, and constant callbacks abound! The final deal after signing the 2nd contract went down by a couple of dollars as well as lowering the percentage rate and yes this is good but they blamed the financing company for requiring an extra warranty that cost over 2 grand adding to the price of the car to be able to get me financed at all .....also I asked about missing items that were removed from my car upon further inspection the day I took it home and was told I had to talk about that with my sales person. Well after leaving several voice mails on what I was told was Jessica's voice mail, leaving the same info on the review they send in the email and stoping back by a couple of times it seems they could care less about the removed items of my floor mats and my cargo cover. I have never received even an email to rectify the situation...post follow up....I was contacted back almost the next day after this review and the situation with missing items was rectified to a degree of more than I expected......Sorry it came to this....so yes I would recommend them if just for the sales and problem resolution team.. Thank you again. A read more

My worst experience was at Showcase Honda. They will lie to you very unprofessional. we bought a car there after we took it off the lot they called us and said the payments were a lot more interest was a lot higher we took the damn car back warning don't buy a car there. read more

We traded in an 08 truck which we paid $10,600 for brand new. Honda gave us $9,300 for the trade. Not bad, however a week later we saw our truck in their lot for a sticker price of $15,700. The change they made to the vehicle was to put a pin stripe on the side & change the wheels. Those wheels must be made of GOLD! A salesman came over to us while we were commenting about the price and he said the vehicle came in that way. An untruthful car salesman, imagine that! Although we are very happy about the car we purchased from Showcase, this subsequent experience would keep me from ever buying a car there again. read more

Showcase Honda has been rude or unresponsive in every dealing thus far. I purchased my car from this dealership less than two months ago - I was told this car under went Honda's inspection policy, everything runs perfect on it there should be no problem. I was told by the Salesmen if any issue exist bring it back and it will be fixed - Show Case Honda stands behind their vehicles. The Sales Manager worked to persuade me on the purchase and in order to be financed I had to get the warranty which in his words "covered everything that could go wrong with the vehicle." The Car's brakes squeak loudly, the rear passenger window does not work, the AC is intermittent, and the front bumper began to fall off. We took the vehicle in and showcase refused to fix any of these issues and stated "nothing was covered." My wife explained to the Service Manager what we were told and he laughed in her face and stated "nothing will get fixed for free." After further debating they agreed to fix the bumper - that was all. Now after fixing the bumper the car is UN-drivable! At speeds greater than 40 MPH the vehicle suffers from EXTREME shaking/vibrations and pulls hard to the right. To even drive down the road the steering wheel must to be turned to the left to even drive straight. This issue did not exist prior to the bumper being fixed. I can't drive this new car now.. I have attempted to contact the General Sales Manager Todd Long, however, he will not respond. I was lied to multiple times at the dealership just to make the sale, have multiple issues with the car, and now can't even drive it due to danger risk. This car was bought because we needed a new, safe vehicle for my wife and two small children - now we're out of a car and out of a lot of money because the dealership refuses to stand behind all the promises they made to make the sale and their management has zero accountability. This is highway robbery. read more

Oh my gosh. I should have read all comments posted here before heading down. If I could give negative stars, I would do so without any hesitations. I pretty much experienced the same situation as million people on here did. Used the same strategy and baits. ..Offer the price online and confirmed over the phone; yet, when I got there, the person I've been dealing with had gone home despite the fact that I just talked to him a few hours ago confirming the appointment. To cut the matter short, the offered price was not honored. The new price is about $10 thousand dollars more. Who would pay $30K plus to purchase a basic 4cyl LX honda accord that absolutely has no feature added, not even an electrical-power seat. Wasted my 3 hours for nothing but nonsense. Still could not understand how their business could survive till this date. read more

Same old dealership crap. They advertise a 'true price' but then forget to mention that they automatically add on about $1,500 for junk you don't want or need. When pressed they admitted that part of these stupid adds are optional. After clearing up the optional stupid adds, I was foolish enough to think that perhaps we might be able to work out a deal. The salesperson presented the numbers and several monthly payments based on different down payment amounts. I told her which one I wanted, and then she goes to have a chat with the sales manager. She returns and tells me they are going to "give" me a $500 rebate. I look at the numbers again and find that the purchase price has been raised by the amount of the rebate. When I told her that they were not "giving" me anything if they also raised the price, she responded that the monthly payment was dependent upon my accepting the new, higher figures. This, of course, is nonsense. My review is basically the same as all the other one-star experiences that other Yelpers have noted here. I knew that there were many bad reviews online for Showcase, and I mentioned it when I made my initial phone call to inquire about a car. They guy I spoke to in their "Star Center" (whatever the heck that is) claimed that they had totally changed their selling experience and that there were no more games. I figured it was too good to be true, and I was right. I won't be buying from Showcase. read more

Sleazy would be kind! These bozos made a deal over the phone on a vehicle. I live in Tucson and informed the salesperson that I would be up in the next two days. They actually ran the deposit on my debit card. Then the sales mgr. called me the next night telling me not to come up from Tucson as they had sold the car-regardless of the cash deposit. (I had already bought the shuttle ride up to Phx.) The "sales manager" (king sleazeball) said they thought I would have been there by then and that I didn't want to complete the transaction. Then became belligerent when I called him on doing what they actually did which was sell it to a prospective customer who offered more money. Plenty of places to buy a Honda. This place has no integrity. read more

In addition to what happened on Saturday, my son and I sat across from two sales people discussing what ploys to use and what to say to get them to bite the bait. It was disgusting! BAIT AND SWITCH After spending several hours working thru the process of selecting a car, negotiating price and trade-in value, loan application, etc, Nate and his sales manager come to tell me that " Oh, we've been quoting you the wrong price. The price for the car you want is $2500 more. Sorry!" Classic technique of bait and switch. Shameful too. I was ready to finalize the sale, and they knew it, but I got up and walked out. read more

Has previously purchased my car at Honda Showcase. Very poor experience. The salesman would NOT tell me the price of the car with taxes etc. Kept trying to ask me how much I could afford in monthly pmts. Next day I looked at all paperwork again. Sure they gave me $2k for my trade in and then tacked on $1k extra to the price. Unreal. The finance guy/punk was rude. Kept calling me "darlin". The whole thing was horrible and I have no respect for them or their ethics. YOU must be the one that is alert. Don't trust them on anything I do like the car-Honda Accord. Sooo, then my young friend at my work needed a car immediately as hers was shot. She asked me for help. My friend, her mom and my nephew and I went to Honda Showcase. We all agreed that one unethical action, pressure or anything from any of the staff or if anyone of us that didn't like the service during shopping, it would result in us leaving immediately and going to another dealership like Toyota. Another staff member at my work said her nephew worked at Honda Showcase and appreciated if I would use him. ...ok. We arrived. Asked for Michael. The staff told me that they needed my phone number or wait, my email to locate Michael. NO. Pretty soon Michael Bettencourt arrived. He was great. Not pushy. Let us look at as many as we chose, unlike the first time I was there. Michael was good to us. If we asked a question that he did not know answer, he would find the staff or the answer. Michael Bettencourt-remember the last name as there are other Michaels, was so thoughtful with us that if I went back for another purchase and found that he went to another dealership, I'd probably follow him. Michael Bettencourt represented Honda well. Michael had boss that assisted us with questions, Richard. Richard was polite and appeared to be upfront. There was another manager of equal rank as Richard, had a mustache, he was very rude. I was again ready to leave. He did not make Honda look good at all. There was a Shawnton, who is the manager of Richard and the rude guy. I liked Shawnton. He was very straight forward. I regret that he does not actually sell cars. I would have chose him. All went well because of Michael and then we were to see the finance guy. This finance portion should take no more than 15 minutes. The additional 45 minutes you'll spend with him, "JOE", is him selling you. His sales technique was so condescending. My gosh! He kept asking my young friend stupid questions like she wasn't very smart. I finally asked him to stop. Joe said "NO!, I'm doing this for HER". I said I speak for HER and I don't want to hear this. If my young friend would have been alone, she would have been sucked in. My young friend is pretty, young, soft spoken, and polite. Oh my... Joe put away his flip chart thing that he was going to take us through... page by page. Joe also put away the blank page where he asks you a question and writes down the answer.... really? My friend purchased 2014 Honda Civic at a great price that we did not haggle with. My young friend also purchased the extended warranty. I had it on mine and did like it. That ztak or whatever the car finish maintenance program is was not purchased. We all decided that we love Michael Bettencourt and would have probably left if it were not for him. Do not let them keep asking you of pmts. Get the total price and have them remove the extras that you do not see tacked on. The rude manager told us that we had to pay for the tinted window. He was so rude about it. When you get in with the finance guy, leave after 15 minutes or know that he is playing you. The paperwork is all more understandable than when I purchased. Read it. Don't rush and you might want to consider calling a head to make sure Michael Bettencourt is available. He made the purchase very good. read more

UPDATE: When we purchased our used Prius there initially we weren't told that it only had one FOB ("smartkey") until after the deal was done and we were leaving. Went to Showcase to lease a new civic. Everything was great during the process, however, after all was said and done, it was discovered that they mis calculated my monthly payment based on my downpayment and credit score. After trying to contact the sales person several times, I was informed that I would be receiving a refund check within a week. It has been a month and I have not received the check. In addition, all of my emails/calls have gone unanswered. Be prepared for the fact that once you sign all the paperwork, you are dead to them. Customer service only matters up until signing. Once they "got" you... there is no need to provide service. I would go to Bell Honda where they seem more professional and care about keeping customers. read more

Showcase Honda doesn't even deserve a half of a star.. I, as a first time consumer had faith that even though I am young (20) I wouldn't get the ball dropped on me. Wrong! I had just gotten into a car accident and wanted a safer, newer car and was only looking for a 4-6 thousand dollar car to finance. When I found one on their website I liked and was in my price range I called and asked if it was still there. They said yes, of course. Come take a look! So me and my mom drove down there not even 20 minutes later and it had been "sold" already. You mean to tell me you sold that car in the 20 minutes it took me to hop on the freeway and drive down there? So that set my mood for the rest of the day. The salesmen assured me he could get me the same if not better deal so we looked around. The manager for the used cars then came over and explained that with my credit I won't get financed for a 4,000 dollar car because the banks look at cars with risk factors. It needs to be new and have low miles which I remember being true working for a bank so I stumbled across a 2013 Ford Fiesta. The window price was 10,000 but when we sat down and did the numbers BOOM it was suddenly a 15,000 car. The manager was not pleasant to me or my mom. So bad to the point my mother walked out of the dealership and had to excuse herself from the process. When we test drove the fiesta it wasn't driving very smoothly. It felt as if it were a manual and it was missing gears or hesitating. (Never owned a manual before, yet I diagnosed the problem before they could) so I asked if it could be fixed and they assured me they would take care of it. After being there for 9 hours! Yes, 9! We finally wrapped up and I drove home my new car. (New to me) I took it in a week later and found they had to replace the entire clutch! I then had valid concerns as to wether or not this was going to be a problem in the future so I asked if I could look at some different cars for the same price and I got no help or no answers. 3 weeks into having my car the latch on my passenger door breaks so I am unable to close my door! And yes normally this would be fords problem BUT these two problems are two recalls that ford has right on the website! One of which showcase Honda knew about and failed to disclose that with me before I purchased the car. I didn't go into detail about how pressured I felt into buying that car and how horrible the customer service part of it was. As this being my first time financing a car I'd say it was a complete nightmare. I dread having to call because no one can answer your questions. The person you need is always "in a meeting". I was going to trade my car in for a Honda in a few years but am now skeptical to do business with Honda in the future. If i recommended a dealership it will be camelback ford across the street as they have taken care of me properly and treated me with respect which is more than I can say for showcase Honda. Highly dissatisfied customer. read more

This review is for slaes dept. I walked in for a new CRV. I'm delighted at the customer service and how they went about. Alan was exceptional and I strongly recommend to ask for him if you need someone to show you the cars and explain you about the options available. He just not only knows about Honda cars, their features in and out but also knows tons of things about various other cars. The managers just like most dealership managers don't smile as much but are polite, sincere and open. They don't hold anything against you if you don't buy and try their best in the most polite way to win the business. During my search for new car I went to bunch of other dealerships but this is the best and greatest experience I have so far. I would strongly recommend this dealership if you are planning to buy a Honda read more

By far the worst Honda dealership i have ever seen. They delivered my certified car without proper inspection and claim it's a certified car. After delivery of my car late in the night inspected the next morning to see the car had a tire chip and wheel chip (which is a safety issue , only god knows how they did certification), contacted them for fix only to be treated miserably. Pre-owned Department - They are good in passing the ball , bullying around and no proper response. Three times i have visited the dealer yet to be fixed. Worst experience EVER at this dealership. I'd been car shopping for weeks and this was by far the most terrible dealership that I came across in the valley. Our salesman, JIMMY ROBLES, was a slimy creep who "failed to mention" a lot of hidden fees and tried to rush us through the process in order to get more money. He wouldn't listen when we asked questions and he was nonstop interrupting and contradicting himself. And we only saw the car for a moment before beginning the buying process and when we asked to see it again we were told (over the course of 2.5 hours) that they were bringing the car around "right now". We had to walk from the whole deal over a ridiculous $400 fee for a wax spray that we weren't told about until the very end. It was a complete nightmare. **Update 7/31/2016 So I came to Showcase as requested by Nique to redo the contract by end of month. It's Sunday and I told the receptionist that I was told by Nicque, that the general manager of Showcase Honda wants me to come in and redo the contract, and that everything on the contract will be the same, except for the 2 Mechanical Protection Plans (Platinum Plus/Club Plus and the Mechanical Service Agreement=$3,705.00). I calculated the readjusted total cost withOUT the 2 plans at 0.90% APR: $26,984.55 - $3,705.00 = $23,729.55. I met Brad, the Finance director instead. He said that he would need to contact American Honda Finance tomorrow, Monday, in order for a new contract to be created since my current old contract is locked in. He said that since I bought the car during July 4th sales week, the APR rates were based on June's APR. Monday will be August 1, 2016, so the new APR rates would change, depending on my credit score (which relates to how much I spend and pay back). He asked if my spending habits has changed and I replied no. He said that if my credit is 760 or higher, then I should still get the same APR. After leaving Brad, I called Nique, and she apologized to me, and then LIED saying that she could not contact me yesterday (Saturday July 30,2016) to notify of what Brad told me due to wrong number. Funny... on Friday, she and Brian were able to talk to me multiple times and she verified my email for Monica to contact me. So, I confirmed with Nique just to make sure that there's no discrepancies in different ways to solve my full refund problem. Anyway, Monica stated in the email in quotes, "Good evening, It was brought to my attention that he have some concerns about the cancelation time frame of the 2 warranties that were purchased. I asked Nique to follow up with you immediately as, when we spoke I was not aware that by calling you on Monday put it so close to the 30 day mark since we had not discuss that part. I wanted to send you an email so that you would have documentation of our conversation and and also know that if the agreement was to cancel those to contract for a full refund, that we would honor that. I will be be following up in the morning to discuss your concerns with my General Manager. Please be assured that we will address the issue at hand. If you have any additional questions please feel free to contact me on my cell **took out cell for privacy** Or by replying to my email. Thank you for your time, Monica" The current situation shows that Showcase Honda is more concerned about making profit out of me by an increase in APR with the contract redone, instead of honoring their word & giving me the full refund!! DESPITE that Brian and Nique said Friday night that if MPP would not give the full refund, then Showcase Honda would pay me the difference or the full refund out of the dealership's money. **Update 7/29/2016 Purchased a car from them the beginning of this month. Had to deal with coming back TWICE after the final sales to make sure the finance manager Tom to correct the information on my cancellation of 2 Mechanical Protection Plan Platinum Plus and Club Plus. He said that he would get it done, but I had found out that he had not. I found that out from speaking to Monica when Melissa was busy with another client. Monica gave me the info that Melissa wanted to tell me. This was when I had discovered that the 2 Mechanical Protection Plan (MPP) had not been cancelled by Tom. Monica stated monthly payment amounts that still included those 2 plans (worth $3,705. 00). Monica assured that she would figure out and let me know by Monday of next week... But guess what? Next Monday is just a day before the 30 days, which the MPP contract states that the 2 extended plans needs to be cancelled WITHIN 30 days in order for me to get a FULL refund. Knowing how Showcase Honda works.... I don't think this will be the last problem from Showcase. SIDE NOTE: The company MPP also have horrible customer service; I had a feeling Tom wouldn't do his job correctly, so I submitted a copy of the cancelled document of those two plans 4 weeks ago and still nothing has changed, no representative contacted me to confirm that the 2 plans are permanently cancelled. read more

I want to start by saying I hate car shopping. So much so that when my car was totaled I had my father from GA fly out and help me. I had a budget in mind and did not want to exceed it. I had been to about two different dealerships all trying to exceed my budget and telling me " how easy it will be to pay it off" So when I walk in I am upset at this point and just ready to be done.I have an appointment with a salesman by the name of Kevin Good. He is honest with me and tells me what I am asking for is probably not doable but he will do his best... And he does! I am able to get a safe and sleek car within my budget! However the story does not stop there... I am about to sign papers saying I will purchase this vehicle and then a finance guy comes and long story short he tells me that that an extra $900 has been added. Well my father and I are upset and of course walk out. Just as we are getting to our car to leave the manager comes out and apologizes and then calls his boss! Fast forward and the $900 is waived and I now own a 2013 Honda Civic! But the Story continues... So the next day I am driving on the 17 and i hit something in the road just right that there is this loud noise and now my brakes are being weird ( I am not a car person) well it makes me nervous to drive it so I end up calling Kevin Good , who told me before I left to call him if I needed anything. Turns out it was sooner rather than later. He gets my car taken car of the next day. He is in contact with me the whole time. So to summarize: While I hope to never have to shop for a car for a long long time the first place I would go would be Showcase Honda. Everyone that I had any interaction, from the salesman to the mechanics with was respectful and helpful and I would recommend them to anyone! While I am sure all the salesmen are very good I highly recommend Kevin Good. He did everything he could to get me into my dream car, while at the same time being honest and respectful through this process. Needless to say I am very pleased :) read more

Quick easy and simple. We purchased our car at showcase honda with Deneen Smeraldo. Such a smooth deal. She was awesome!!

Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! They follow the old school car sales model of trying to screw the customer at every point of the process. I should have left when the advertised price of the car was not the real price of the car. But, I needed a car. At the very last minute (after days of negotiating price and an hour of signing papers in the finance office), I was sold a must-have alarm system for my new car. It cost $340. Two weeks later, the alarm goes off randomly (a certain sequence of using the Honda clicker and door locks, that I have yet to figure out). So, I took it in to have the alarm turned off. But, they can't give me a refund - it is in the contract and written in "stone." - exact words. What a bunch of crap. I think I'll report this to the Attorney General. read more

Showcase Honda is full of crooks. I tried to buy a Used Civic after being contacted by Atul Sharma. Atul contacted me through email but was always to busy to communicate by phone. I requested a better salesman or one that had time to talk but Sharma would just have random people call me. I would wait well over a day to hear back and when I would call, I would be told, Sharma will call you back soon. Every different salesman that called me for Sharma told me a different set of lies. I was still interested in buying the car but was told I could not see it yet and they would not accept a deposit on it or start a contract on it. The price they were asking was almost $2k more than the advertised price. One of the salesman told me, Showcase Honda does things differently. He actually told me that other dealers are honest up front on the price but Showcase advertises low prices but then adds in the extras after you call them. Sharma told me they would not accept out of state financing which is a lie because he was forcing me to finance through them. The extra $2k they tried to charge me was for paint protection, mud flaps, tint, door edge guards. They would not budge on those although one of the other salesman admitted to me that all those options had been installed when the car was new and they were trying to get paid for them again. I was contacted by someone named PJ Arnal who wanted to make sure I had a great experience. I responded back to him that the experience has been terrible but of course he never cared enough to respond back. By far the worst dealership I have seen. read more

So about a week ago I was car shopping so I stopped into showcase Honda,I should of turned around and drove away. I was approached by a salesmen who was new so he just being told what to say and do by others who have been doing this for a while. He was polite and showed me a couple cars. I explained how much I wanted to put down and where I wanted my payments at.. As usual they answer " yea no problem " or when you are mid statement drop that famous disrespectful line "SURE". So as I am looking at different cars I guess he didn't listen to anything I said. I looked at an e class just looking to see the price and he states " what if I get you 400 a month on that one" After I clearly told this high speed I wanted a low payment. O well people don't listen. So I was looking at a accord they had listed for 18k for a 2017...We went on a test drive and this salesmen buddy calls him. While in their convo about the car we are test driving he says to his buddy " he may want to look at a civic". His buddy went on to say " Yea man push that on him you will make more money" Like seriously that not professorial at all but then again it is a dealership who only cares about money.. We went inside " an at this point I wanted to leave I just went along to be polite.." After looking at KBB an the trade in value and sale price was in good condition on high 15K the sales manger came over an told me that was wrong.... So KBB is wrong and your price is right? I rather take the light rail downtown then buy a car from this sham of a dealership. read more

Had a bad experience here. I was interested in a slightly used or new Honda CRV, Did an inquiry and a very nice salesperson named Gary responded. I told him I was in no hurry as I was looking for a perfect vehicle. He kept in contact over the course of several weeks. I was finally ready to buy and met with Gary on Wednesday As we were discussing vehicles the finance manager walks by and makes and obscene comment to Gary. Gary responded to this guy that I had heard him and the finance manager laughed it off. There were also a bunch of young kid (salespeople) standing around laughing and joking. And the two young girls were so inappropriately dressed. The whole unprofessional atmosphere made me uncomfortable to say the least. Gary graciously showed me around the lot and looked up the vehicle I wanted. We did a test drive and I liked the vehicle but was a little concerned about my husband and his comfort behind the wheel. Gary also showed me an accord which I also liked. Decided I would bring my husband in the following morning. The next morning I called Gary and left a message that I wanted to see the two vehicles I looked at the previous day and that I wanted them pulled and ready as my husband in not a "waiter". I also called the dealer before taking the 40 minute drive and was told that Gary was on his way. We proceeded to the dealer and asked for Gary and were told he had an emergency and would not be making it in. The young kid said he had all the info and would pull the cars, As he went to the computer someone who said they were the sales manager jumped in and said he would help us. He then proceeded to tell us that the CRV was not on the lot. I was getting frustrated with his I don't care attitude and the way he took over. We walked out to the lot to look at the other vehicle I was interested and he shows us something not even close to what I was interested in. My hubby told me to go with the one I wanted so I picked the CRV. We proceeded back into the sales office and the "sales manager" start to do a quote. All the while saying he was being transparent. The quote came back at $600 below MSRP. Which also had about $2500 worth of worthless add ons. I expressed my frustrations and this was not even close to the price that had been discussed and this sales manager was very arrogant and rude. He said he could not go lower. I looked at my husband and we both got up to leave. Then the sales manager said he would check with someone else about a decrease. At this point I was already pissed so we said "no thanks" and left. I felt bad for Gary because he just lost a cash sale. After wasting my time with games and attitude, I got home and decided to go to Autonation Honda. Was treated with respect from the get go. Such a totally different atmosphere from the morning. Found the vehicle I wanted and my sales guy Richard stayed with me the entire time until I met with finance to finish up the paperwork. Felt good! I do feel sorry Gary had to take the loss. But I will never recommend Showcase Honda to anyone. read more
