Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and car wash the other day. I was told the service would take around an hour and a half and it was done faster than expected. The representative I worked with was friendly and broke everything down for me when the appointment was over! Great service! read more

Been here several times. Their parts guys are amazing and efficient all the while keeping a cheerful attitude. Yes the parts cost more than Autozone, but the premium is well spent on factory Original Equipment!! I like repairing something right the first time. Keep up the great work! read more

What a great dealership! We purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot from their used car department. Sharma was our car salesman. He was extremely pleasant, helpful, and informative. We didn't feel pressured to buy the car, which is a welcome relief from the usual car salesman experience. The car was competitively priced and we got the car for $3000 under KBB. They are a "no haggle" dealership now, and we loved it! We were given water bottles while we waited and they were having a memorial day celebration where they donated $100 towards veterans and were grilling up burgers, chicken, and hot dogs for all the guests! It was such a great experience! We highly recommend Sharma as your next car salesman! We couldn't be happier with our beautiful Pilot! We also had to deal with the service department as there were minor things that Showcase said they would fix on the car. I made an appointment and the repairs were perfect and went smoothly! They fixed the scratches on the headlights (they look brand new now), they fixed a light that wasn't working inside, and fixed the auxilary powerport. Mike was the service advisor who helped us and he was great as well! So courteous and helpful! While I was driving my vehicle, the D (for drive) on the dashboard started blinking. I called Showcase Honda immediately. They scheduled me for an appointment to come in the next morning. They figured out what the problem was and fixed it immediately. I didn't even pay for the repairs! Mike was our service advisor for this transaction and he really took care of us! We were so pleased! We also love all the yummy goodies that they provide in their comfortable waiting area! We were greatly pleased with Showcase Honda, from their sales department to their service department. We will definitely be servicing our Honda Pilot at Showcase Honda! read more

They place their bets on other dealerships being dishonest to earn customers. Slamming down the competition by listing all the nasty things they do, nice! :) I like the good read but you also have to try. read more

Thanks for the new car Manny Carrillo! He was so amazing in helping me find exactly what I wanted. Information was clear and concise, but the best part is that Manny loves what he does. Made the stressful procedure of buying a new car into a great first time buyer experience! read more

I have had a terrible time with this dealership since April when I bout my 18 civic. They act very nice and caring but do not show it at the end of the day. My tire gauge has been constantly kicking on and I took it to get inspected. Not their fault I found a nail, so I decide to buy a new one there. When I go to leave the tire is trashed, and looks nothing like a new tire (June 2018). I say something and they clean it no big deal. My light constantly kicks on with no indication of damage to the tire. Between then and not. Friday night my replacement tire pops in a weird spot on the inside shoulder. Even the representative said it was weird. I also asked him to check the gauges because hey constantly kick on. He replaces the tire and states they checked the gauges. In a hurry I left the dealership, when I get home guess what my tire looks like. (Picture attached). I have never had a new tire look like this except from this dealership. Sunday night guess what kicks on. Now I have to make ANOTHER appointment to get it checked out. This time I will go to a different Honda dealership! Do not go here for anything if you can avoid it. read more

Walked in and had no idea what I wanted. Within 30 minutes Tyler Stewart had me sold on a brand new Fit! Just said everything I wanted in my car, ideal mileage, space, and size and we narrowed it down to what would be the perfect car for me. I cannot wait to finish up and start driving my 2016 Fit! Everyone was super patient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted! Now a devoted Honda Customer for life. read more

They are very kind and courteous but use typical "used car salesmen" tactics. I told them the type of car I wanted and price range and they called me insisting that they had several (I told them I didn't want to waste their time if they did not have what I want). When I got there it was "oh that car was just sold but we have these others" and of course much more expensive. read more

Complete awful experience. Was offered a trade at a certain value and had my credit run. Was texted by a finance officer that the deal was done that I wanted. When I went in to sign papers, the deal was completely changed. They offered less than original amount for the trade, and changed the payoff they agreed upon. The games of leaving me in the finance office was a joke. They waited 2 days for me to have the car to bait and switch. I agree with Aaron M that they are 100% shady. I have text message of the original deal, but changed at signing. It was a gift for my wife, so it was a challenge to go back on the deal. I will never do business with showcase again. Even the finance person offered his mobile and kept me waiting for any information. Complete joke and I would recommend going elsewhere. read more

Today I took my Honda Civic 2016 for the first time to this dealership since I live close by and what I experienced was stunning. I don't like to argue with people, but when it comes to trying to be taken advantage of I don't tolerate that at all. The service employee Jose Ellias didn't know his numbers by trying to charge me 17% sales tax when it should be 8% and the total time it took for my service to be done was 1.5 hr total. Also, prior to my service being done, there were no problems with my car. As soon as I when to get my car there was a grinding grinding noise that kept occurring every time I step on my brakes. Once I brought that to the attention of Jose the sales representative he brought out the mechanic Alex who was the mechanic working on my car tried to justify that the noise was from the car wash was from being washed and refused to help solve the problem. The upsetting part is that I take my car to clean freak to get washed all the time and that never occurs, but suddenly after this experience here at the dealership the noise occurred. For everyone who is thinking of getting their service done here and want a professional honest dealership working on their car I wouldn't recommend this place at all don't waste your time and money at this facility. read more

There is a reason this place has only 2 stars out of 200+ reviews. By far the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with. Richard in the service department is the most pompous liar I've ever dealt with. Called service to get a service history on my car, ask to SPECIFICALLY not speak with Richard due to how unhelpful and arrogant he was, was put on hold to have him (of course) answer. Terrible service. Swindlers. Liars. All they want is good reviews for their shitty service. Never again. read more

I'm updating my post originally I posted 1 star not due to the people I dealt with when I went into buy my car but due to issues with the car needing to be fixed soon after buying it and my license plate issue but after not having any luck contacting Liz who was supposed to help with my extention on my plate, no return phone calls and never seeming to catch her during the day for a couple weeks I called the person Shrama who showed me the cars and within 12 hours he had an email from Liz and it had my extention plate and I was able to print it from m email. He went above and beyond his roll and for that I'm changing my 1 star to a 4! That guy needs a bonus that just made my experience so much better because I felt like I was at a lost and working all day 6 days a week I had no time to go down to the shop. read more

$102 for an oil change and to pop in a new air filter. Tempe Honda only charged me 38. Never again

When you think of that old tired image of car salesmen that would up sell their own Mother on extra line items to jack up the 'out the door' final price, you should think Showcase Honda, unfortunately. They sold my 85 year old mother a 100,000 Honda Certified Warranty on a brand new Civic, so she can feel covered when, you know, she's 92 & still driving around the Valley. Ridiculous. The warranty added over $3000 to a "list price" she paid, all while being on a fixed income & and visibly banged up from a previous Honda she totaled 9 days earlier! Sure, bad judgement on my mother's part. But clearly, a classic case of Showcase taking advantage of elderly folks when the opportunity presents itself. Those 100k warranties don't convey very well in value, by the way, when you resell the vehicle. Thanks Showcase for perpetuating that old image that others in the car dealer industry are most likely trying to distance themselves from. You know that type of salesman that takes your keys, then disappears for 2 hours so you can't leave the sales floor? Yep, these guys are those guys. read more

I have been a Showcase customer for several years and have always had a great experience with the service dept. Normally I make contact with a service supervisor promptly and my service is taken care of quickly, I have little to no wait time at the cashier and Me car is waiting for me. Today I waited several minutes to talk to anyone about the service I needed and though the oil change and tire rotation were done quickly, I waited far too long for then to bring my car. The funniest part of all this is that there was a sign at the cashiers counter explaining that have changed their process to streamline and lessen wait time. I would normally recommend Showcase Honda and would to be able to but the change they made to the service dept. process is not a good change. The staff are usually very courteous and they were today but the process change had caused them to be less than efficient. read more

I went to this dealer because it was close to my work to have my cabin filter changed. At the dealer, this repair is around $80. If I would have done it myself, it would have cost me around $15. Since they worked on my car, the dash has been rattling and squeaking something awful. I took the car back to have them remedy the situation and I was told, "They had replaced the filter correctly." Don't go there. They could care less about customer service. I will not return. read more

I must start with.....I am a bargain shopper. I will shop and compare and do everything I can to get a great deal. When I decide on a price I want, little to nothing will sway me. After a great deal of investigation, I decided to trade in my 2013 VW Jetta GLI on a 2015 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L. I worked with DENEEN SMERALDO and BRANDON WINGER from start to finish. Not only did they get me in and out of the dealership in THREE hours (record time for bringing in a trade, buying and negotiating a car, and going through the final finance approval,) but they did so with a smile the entire time. Deneen was extremely patient, respectful, and non-pushy as many saleswoman and men have been in my experience. She took the time to really understand my situation, what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay a month, the important features my new car must have, and actually--LISTENED and FOLLOWED THROUGH. How many people can you say that about in the car business? In my experience, very very few. Brandon was an exceptional Finance Manager. Not only did he ensure that I was treated the way I need to be during the car buying process, but he also made sure to go through each and every product and bundle (which may be a hassle for some, but i WANT to know what additional products are offered and by how much my payment would change.) He was extremely respectful of my time restraint, and made it his job to get me out in a timely manner. Felix, the overall manager of my deal, made sure the deal got done. He too was extremely respectful of my time, my budget, and my wants/needs. Overall, I would rate this experience as-by far-THE BEST purchasing experience I have had. If you want a no hassle car buying or even JUST LOOKING experience, ask for Deneen. She has sold us 3 of our last 4 cars from Honda (The 4th was a Jetta-not Deneen's fault!!), and we will continue to work with her in the future and send her as many referrals as we possibly can. She is fantastic! Thank you so much Showcase, you have a very loyal costumer! read more

Bad experience. After getting a $1400 quote from another repair shop I called Honda Showcase to get a quote to fix a water pump. They said it would be $731 out the door. Then they called and said it would be lower because it was not a water pump problem. Then they called and said it would be $1800 because now it was a water pump, timing belt and other problems. When I said I would think about it and pick up the car they said it would be a $120 diagnostic charge which they never told me about before. I objected. They then called back and said they could do the job for $1000 since I did not need a water pump and a timing belt but needed two fans instead. I picked up the car and did not pay a diagnostic charge. Be very careful about using this place for any car repair. read more

Let me sell you a 4 year old Honda civic car, at $14,700 with an 11% interest rate ultimately paying over $21,000. What if I told you, your engine block with out moments notice will eventually crack and you will start damaging your engine. Would you buy the car? What If I told you the VIN associated to the car belongs to the Honda civics from 06-09 with this known issue, would you buy the car? Showcase Honda sold me such a car and did not disclose such information. Corporate Honda sends a warranty letter but no confirmation on your manufactured car. https://www.consumerreports.org/cro/news/2014/03/free-engine-replacement-for-2006-2009-honda-civics/index.htm Honda can guarantee and engine block replacement but can't guarantee a fully working engine back. Advise #1: Don't take your car to SHOWCASE Honda for this warranty. Advise #2: Don't work on your car after the engine block replacement. My engine completely shut down on me after a few days. (240miles) However, I did not switch the power steering pump with them. Upon towing my car a second time and a taking my mechanic to the dealer to pick up the car, Showcase Honda can't prove it was my mechanics negligence even though the symptoms point out it was theirs. Contacted American Honda however all they do is contact your service advisor and service department director. There is no thorough investigation. Record the first and second follow up calls from American Honda's department because they won't send a written confirmation of the refusal of resolutions or how the matter case was "closed" Advise #3: New Buyer's. Your contract has a Arbitration Clause, which does not allow you to take them to court unless you don't "notify them by certified mail...within 30 days of the date of the order"... at the specified address if you don't want to be bounded to the Arbitration Clause. SEND THAT LETTER. Advise #4: Because your engine is the most valuable part of the car, it's too much of a risk not to have a paper trail. Micheal Valuenzuela a service advisor changed his story on the service inspection so many times, even after corporate called them I was enlightened with 3 additional new pieces of information. How are you going to prove otherwise? How are they going to prove other wise? Note: Their Service Department is payed by commission. FYI.
