They always treat me horrible if I dont buy their services. They told me that i needed a transmission flush and if I didnt get it with them that my warranty would not cover my vehicle. They use scare tactics and vompletely ignore you if you dont follow their commissiom goals. When they tried to charge me for free oil changes they literaly said yep thats how they get you when I explained that I bought the service package. I am so disapointed that I have to come here for oil changes. read more

I will never purchase another vehicle from the dealership, or any dealership from any of their branches. The sales managers are pushy and financing lies. When I got our contract in the mail and read it, it was nothing what we were told it would be. So I've been calling all week to get an explanation and get the problem fixed but calling wasn't getting anything done so I decided to go back to the dealership last night after work. I got there, told the receptionist what I needed and vented a bit about what happened and all she had to say was "You know, it's a business". Unbelievable! This is not a business, this place is a scam and a fraud and the absolute worse place you could purchase a car. My advice to anyone coming here or any other dealership is definitely don't be intimidated and speak your minds and read every single words of anything you sign even if you are all there over night!! Make sure you don't leave without all of your paperworks and make sure you keep track of your things because they certainly will not. read more

Showcase Honda - Inside my 2012 CR-V - Car Dealers Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Bob is the best! He was my service guy today, but actually, I always have a great experience here. Plus, prices tend to prices tend to be better at showcase Honda for certain things. Definitely 5 stars is for Bob Swafford! read more

This review is for Bob and all his staff in the bodyshop. My husband and I are from Vegas and traveled to Phoenix to visit family, we stopped at a restaurant off camelback for lunch before our 4 hour drive home, leaving the restaurant, the front end assembly of the car fell off. After inspection why it fell off, my husband noticed that the recent auto shop in Vegas we used to do work on the radiator did not install the front end assembly correctly. We looked up honda dealerships in the area and there was one 3 blocks away. We where promptly greeted and Bob took the car and 20 mins later the front end assembly was fully installed with new rivets and everything. All in all it was a great experience thank you Bob and your bodyshop staff:-) read more

This Honda dealership is amazing! I've never worked at a place that genuinely cares about their employees and customers so much. The GM of this store (Tim Bothwell) truly cares! When I say care, I mean, care about our well being, our time off, and our family's. Every day is like a class room. (A world class education) We learn in detail, about all aspects of our business. Our customers come first, always!! We are taught to make sure our customers have a "truly exceptional experience"! Unfortunately , sometimes things go wrong. Our staff is dedicated to fixing any issues that may arise, and we do not quit until our customers are "completely satisfied". This is where we separate ourselves from other dealers. We do not stop after the sale! Our sales people are constantly educated about customer service and the long term result. If you are looking for a quality car buying experience or a great place to work with great benefits contact Jeremy Ransom, New Car Sales Manager. 4803107468. Come see for yourself. read more

I'm updating my review with a better rating because Atul personally reached out to me to apologize for the condition of the car upon delivery and offered to have the car detailed for me. Although I did not take him up on his offer I did appreciate Atul working with me over the phone to figure out a loan that worked best with the payments I wanted. My poor experience with the finance team, however, remains the same. read more

I had a very good experience this time around! Very welcoming and very helpful with anything and any questions I had! I definitely would recommend showcase Honda to my friends and family! Special thanks to Phil for all the help! read more

Beware of the service department! The service quality was decent but their billing and charging practices are poor. In my case, they calculated my charges incorrectly and when I questioned the service advisor on it, he became very condescending and unnecessarily defensive. Best to avoid this place altogether, but if you must, carefully examine your bill at the end. read more

Showcase Honda made my experience as painless as possible. After visiting four Honda dealerships all around the valley there was no comparison to the way I was treated here. My goal was to spend as little time in dealerships as possible so I did my legwork prior to walking into any dealership. I decided I wanted to lease a Honda Accord and started calling around. The price terms agreed upon over the phone were not honored in person. I was even lied to about what they had on the lot before arriving at my third dealership. Sales reps were aggressive and incredibly rude once it was apparent a deal was not happening. At Showcase my sales rep was honest and did not pressure me as every other dealership does. I believe his name is Dennis. Management was courteous as well. Even when it appeared we would not come to terms they were still kind and respectful to me as I was walking out. Eventually they ended up meeting my price and I left with a car. This was as pleasant an experience as possible and I would highly recommend Showcase Honda to anyone. read more

I called about a car for sale and the sales-lady that answered (Jennifer) said she'd have the car I wanted waiting up front for me when I got there. I let her know that I needed to purchase a car TODAY and she said it will be ready to go. Once I got a ride (my car was totaled and I don't live very close) I find out that not only did she not pull the car, or call me back to let me know, the car wouldn't even be ready for several days!!! I talked to somebody else and they said they'd have it ready Monday. Here it is Monday and they haven't even started working on it. I would have simply gone somewhere else and now I'm out of time until next weekend to car-shop. Worst service ever. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. The prices posted are more than listed online, and then they tack more onto that- RIPOFF. Terrible service and an untrustworthy service team. My car battery died, I took it in, they said it was fine, and then it died again a month later- lo and behold the battery was bad. They do not fully inspect vehicles before selling- one of the other ones I test drove had a check oil level light on. Please learn from my mistake and don't shop here. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. read more

I hate going to car dealerships, I hate being sold to and being pushed to buy things I don't want or need. So naturally I was already the salesman's worst nightmare. My friend introduced me to Aaron McDonald, he was wonderful and so good to us, I'm super pleased with my new CRV and the service he gave us. On our first visit the "pushiest" thing he did was ask if there was a chance of closing the deal today, I said no, my husband is at work, he said ok no problem, and left it at that. He took the time showing me all the features and what the car is capable of before I was even settled on buying a Honda. He is a salesman, but he is a great one :). The business manager Brandon was great too, he offered us the specials, and didn't make us uncomfortable by forcing things on us, he explained the value and why he recommended it. We left really happy. read more

latiner morez helped me find the perfect car! What a great experience!!! Whoop whoop first car here I come!!!

These guys try to rip you off. Wanted a car in the 17k price range... they didnt show me ANYTHING that fit my budget. Just wasted my time for several hours. I told them I saw a 2014 civic at another dealership and they PRETENDED to call that dealership up on speakerphone. They then pulled up the car online and talked crap about how it had after market features like the navi, etc,. THEY ARE STOCK. LEARN YOUR PRODUCTS. They said that there is no way it would be that inexpensive. They then said they could give me a 2015 for 17k. For another hour we sat there and they tried to once again sell me something for over 20k. I left. They are idiots, I am sorry, but they are. I took my business elsewhere. Bought that car from the other dealership and had an AMAZING experience. Even got more for my 2005 Honda civic trade in. I would never recommend this place. read more

Can't recommend. Made a service appointment a week in advance, showed up they had no record. Took 2 hours and $85 to change the oil.

If you're looking to buy a Honda, look no further than Showcase Honda and Aaron McDonald, Senior Fleet & Internet Manager. We purchased a Honda from Aaron two years ago and had such a great experience we immediately went back to him when we needed a second Honda. Aaron is unbelievably knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He does not pressure you whatsoever- in fact, he encourages you to choose the model that's most suitable for your needs. Aaron takes so much time to ensure you're comfortable with your purchase, informed on all the car details, answers any questions you have, and is extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire experience. We can't say enough great things about him. The New Car Director, Steve Pena, was also fantastic. Incredibly helpful and accommodating to make sure we were taken care of. They make a great team! I can assure you that you will receive the best service if you work with Aaron and interact with Steve for your car buying experience. - review written by Debbie Stantus, Kyle Stantus's wife read more

Big negative star!! Wow, wish I had read reviews before coming here. We brought a used car in August. Albert was the salesman. The radio buttons weren't working and Albert promised an install of a new radio, to date this has not happened. They will say ANYTHING to get your business but will NOT follow through. Every time we talk it's an excuse as to why the radio hasn't been delivered or ordered. I have been calling and texting with Albert and it is one story after another. They treat you great up until they get your money, but follow through on promises suck! read more

I went there to check on a new Honda fit, the sales lady was nice, polite and i wasnt bother while waiting for the usual process. The cars lot is kind' ve of mess they weren't able to find the car for 20 min. Price wise I can't really say anything because the car was out of my budget. read more

DECEIVNG!!!! Just bought a new Honda Civic - from another dealer. Be VERY CAREFUL with with dealership and they have very deceitful practices and are just smiply liars. When talking "numbers" they refuse to show you anything - the go over these number verbally (WARNING WILL ROGERS!!! WARNING!!!). To make a long story short - I stood up, very frustrated, told the guy how I felt and walked out. BTW: the numbers they quote you simply don't add up. After walking out I think i have had a phone call or email from everyone but God himself. I finally had to rip into the last person that called. Bought my Honda from Right Honda in Scottdale. read more

Please beware of the service department at this dealership. We purchased an extended warranty for our Honda Odyssey about a year ago and today was our first experience in trying to utilize it. Long story short.. our rear ac blower stopped working. The service department diagnosed it as a pulled pin from a connector and said it would need to be soldered. Estimate... $240 and it wasn't covered by warranty because we had U-Haul install a trailer hitch and wiring and Honda said they had pulled the wire our of the connector.Never mind we had the hitch installed three years ago. Well, being the son of a mechanic I am pretty familiar with cars so I called his bluff as the MICU connector he mentioned was in the opposite panel from where the hitch wiring controller was located. So, he was caught in dead lie #1. I declined the repair due to lack of trust, and once home I pulled the panels and found the wire which was simply pulled from the connector. No soldering necessary... dead lie #2. Simple fix, three minutes. If this guy is an example of how this dealership operates. Run far, far away We really regret buying the extended warranty from this dealership. read more

I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and this one is by far the worst! They came in with a low ball offer on my 2014 Toyota Tundra platinum. Lower than auction price of 33000, lower than KBb, lower than any realistic offer. A company would go further by not treating their customers like they have no clue about vehicles. Even when I said that offer is a slap in the face, they argued. Worst experience ever!!!! They also added fees for additives that they portrayed as they were added to just Hondas as part of the starting price (399.99 worth) their administrative fees are through the roof. Rip off! If you want to have a good car buying experience go see Gary Hamilton at arrowhead Honda. Also showcase Honda advertises they pay 120% over KBB value. They can say that because they come in with low ball offers! Customers shouldn't have to know the salesman job , the salesman should be honest. Gary Hamilton at arrowhead Honda is honest and he will always gain more business that way! Never been to a dealership this bad!! Stay away from showcase Honda. Angel was who I worked with at showcase Honda and was respectful but you can tell that showcase Honda hinders their employee's growth! read more

Very high sales pressure dealership. They played games and only gave me the price I was looking for when I was prepared to walk out the door. If I could give them no starts I would. To the lady that said we are all mad because of our credit no that is not it! If that is a case I would haven't been able to go to Bell Honda have polite service and might I had PURCHASED A CAR ON MY CREDIT WITH NO PROBLEMS!!!! -anyways back to Showcase Honda, they are the rudest and most sexist people in the world. How come I called the day before and was told that the three cars that I wanted would be there, and granted there is a chance that maybe one or two of them can be sold that morning but all three?????Then to be told they don't update their Internet inventory that often it can sometimes take a week for a car to come off WTF! That is not conducting business well! I told the car salesman might I add his name is Bruce that I am young independent college girl and wanted to stay withing my budget, but he continued to put a car on me that I did not want! and was more concerned with selling my boyfriend a car when he wasn't even interested in buying one! Then to work the numbers on a car which I can say he "claimed to be giving me a deal" they marked it up almost 6,000.00 higher than the "Kelly black book"value because I had another car salesman from Nissan that is a friend checking on it. They were adding almost 10,000 in random finance fees. and being complete assholes! -I was a serious buyer and ended the day with a car, they lost my business because of other things! I was willing to deal with them until it took a turn for the worse I was chucking all the misconceptions up to the fact that I knew the guy looked like a slime immediately, to the point that another car salesman noticed how he was talking to me and confronted him! Might I add there is no reason to break things down to me like I am a 1st grader, I am well educated and probably have more degrees than his dumb ass! Anyways, I appreciate the other guy standing up for me but to then see my salesman get in his face to the point that one of the Finance people jumped over the counter. I swear I thought I was being punked it was like a zoo in there! I told him I wanted my keys and he kept telling me to wait so finally I walked into the Finance office and grabbed my keys. You would think with me storming out of there they would have left me alone, and that seeing a young girl to the point that she is crying is enough! Oh no, that wasn't enough they called my phone several times within the next 2 hours, even texted my phone! trying to get me to come back is that legal? I mean honestly texting my phone???? And stocking me they wrote in my text that they knew I was at Bell Honda WTF!!!! creepsters!!!! Then I had someone else answer my phone to tell them I am working a deal and I would call them back, and what do they do they cuss the person out! what kind of a business is that? Now they will be reported for this not only was it crappy service, they harassed me and almost started a fight in front of my eyes! Man what a day! But I did get a car!!! FROM BELL HONDA THAT IS! WAY BETTER PEOPLE!!! read more

The car buying experience started out well. It continues to deteriorate till date. After a few email exchanges online, we agreed on the price of a new car. At the dealership, we test drove the car. The sales people kept saying they will take good care of us as clients. The salesperson mentioned that the Honda incentive for returning client is $1000. I was aware of it. When I asked about it on the printed papers, he said that it was factored in our quoted price. It is funny because I never mentioned about my previous car in the emails. Then there was some story on the tinting and regulation, which I demystified for him. I took this as yet another car salesperson trying to squeeze some extra dollar in the deal. There was haggling over our current car price and their dealer package, which we resolved amiably. So far, so good. The real issues start from this point. I informed that I want to keep my current license plate. The finance guy told me that they have ordered a new one and it was a mistake from the salesperson. Being flexible, I was fine getting the new plate. Up on their suggestion, I returned my old license plate and got a refund from DMV. Nearly three weeks goes by and we have not received a new plate. Instead, I get a tag sticker from DMV for my old plate. We called the dealership to resolve this. It took about a week to get this done. Plus, a few calls with the DMV to issue a new tag sticker. Yesterday, I get a letter from the dealership that they cannot provide us the loan at the terms that they discussed with me. It is funny and irritating, because (1) that letter shows that my credit score is high, (2) I have been driving the new car for a few weeks now, and (3)I have already paid my first month installment with American Honda Finance. Now, I have to call the dealership again to ensure that they have not messed this up. Sigh! read more

If you have world's all time, want to prove yourself fool and jerk..this is the place to visit with full of all kind of jerks I wanted to buy 2016 Honda CRV EXL so request a quote...never got a quote as a first thing. then i got call from Brian saying that we have 0% APR deal and lot of incentives to save you lot money so i walked in. i was received well by a Lady (Not remember the name), expalined car features very well, offered a water and helped me with test drive..all went fine...now its time to get on pricing so real story starts That lady got me with Sales guy and printed a price with all heck of things around 37K OTD and said that if you want to finance then they showed me APR that was around 12+%. i kept cool and patience in saying that i am here because i was told that you guys have 0% APR deal and lots of incentives then he started negotiation...finally we ended up with 3K difference and NO DEAL...left saying Thank you to that nice lady After couple of days...i am getting call from Angel Loona saying that we were only far by 3K and we have some good price to offer so come down to talk to our director...i welcomed his kind gestures and set appointment next day to visit Here comes next day, i walked on right on time and asked for Angel Luna....this gentleman showed up after roughly 30 mins...i kept waiting. then finally he showed up...not offered a water even....not a problem I asked reason to call me back as i made him aware of difference of 3K and all figures. he was aware with model, color that i was looking for so he straight away brought the same print out of 37K again....i clearly stopped him saying that i dont want to reinvent the wheel as these were last offer figures from both end....he asked me about financing and down payment so i answered everything patiently... Very surprisingly and quickly he agreed to 500 bucks above my offer which i was willing to buy with...did all the math and he went back for sometime with my credit card. i was patiently waiting and happy thinking that i made a deal finally...then he showed up with other paper saying that congratulations we have a deal....i was very happy to hear that and then he handed over me paper with final pricing which had 37K less down payment with figure that i offered initially ....I was so shocked with that Jerk's math and trick to fool me i clearly told on his face that do you think i am a fool and have world's all time to drive 25 miles here second time to see this ?....he had no answer because he knew that he tried to trick me....he goes back again for 10 mins and shows up final offer from there which was 600 bucks more that it was offered first time What a shameless people who thinks everyone in this world is fool and free....i would suggest their management to either fire or train them on handling customer well even if they offer me below my offer....i wont buy from them and pay some more to any other dealership happily i am sharing this because i do care of everyone's time which these jerk's does not...they only know how to hassle and harass people unnecessarily read more

I just purchased my second CR-V at Showcase Honda and had the same great service as my first experience. My salesman, Javay, and the manager Brian, were great. They listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and budget and they produced both. I would definitely recommend seeing them for your new car. The only down side is that it takes a long time to purchase a car (5 hours in my case) but I drove away a happy customer. read more

I have been working with the Jessica & Greg for the past week on purchasing. I was pre-approved and had to travel a few hours to get the car so I wanted this to be as quick as possible. To say these 2 went above and beyond for me and my family is an understatement. We were greeted at the door with handshakes, my daughter was given hot chocolate while I signed papers. Issa in the financing department was great as well-he knew we were crunched for time and didn't try to pressure me into any unwanted extras but gave me peace of mind letting me know I had the options. From price, to quality this team has it all! We were done in record time and drove off the lot with a full tank of gas so we could head straight home! THANK YOU! read more

I want to preface this by saying I was not asked to write a review, I felt compelled to because of the incredible service I received from Showcase Honda. In the few hours that I spent there I had the pleasure of working with Chris Addison, Luis and Rick. They were all kind, informative, professional and knowledgeable. From the moment Addison greeted me at the entrance to the time he waived us off in our new vehicle I felt comfortable and well taken care of. We'd been searching for a new car for a few months and visited other dealerships in the area and not once did I feel like any of them were the "right fit". Not once did I feel like I was being played, mislead, taken advantage of, etc. All parties involved made the purchasing experience feel warm, welcoming and easy. This was my first time leasing a car (I previously bought a car all cash, but otherwise had little experience leasing/financing). These gentleman explained the process thoroughly and there wasn't a moment where I didn't feel confident about what the next step was. I'm so thrilled and satisfied with my new vehicle and I will recommend Showcase Honda to anyone I know. If you need a vehicle these guys will treat you right! read more

Superb service, called me back in after the weekend to save me more money on my exquisite Milano Red Honda FIt lease.

This review is for SERVICE CENTER ONLY: I still take my 2004 Honda to the dealership for service. Although I have always lived closer to the Honda on Camelback I would refuse to go there after one bad experience and that wasn't even the service on my car but rather the people who worked there. So for the last few years I've made the drive to Bell Honda and have received decent service. I've noticed that Showcase moved locations and I thought I would give them another try after 5 years of avoiding them since Bell was becoming a hassle. After that long introduction, I'm so glad I did! The customer service and facility did a 360 since I was last there. They were quick with my oil change, didn't try to up-sell me on any additional unneeded work like Bell Honda does and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Maybe I got lucky with who I was working with this time, but I hope I continue to work with great employees like that. I'll certainly give it another try. read more

If I could give less than one star to Showcase Honda I would. I love my Civic and loved my previous dealership (where the car was purchased). I only take vehicles to dealerships for service and this is the worst dealer I have worked with in 20 years of dealing with dealerships. The service department loves to tell you that something needs to be fixed that does not and the service supervisors have often no idea what they are talking about. Last year I changed a major belt on my car because they told me it was completely shot. Within 7 months they told me the same belt was completely shot. When I told them it was replaced by them 7 months prior, they looked up the actual account and saw that yes, that was true and they had looked at the mileage on the car to know what service SHOULD be done by that mileage rather than actually looking at the parts. Since that time, I now get a second look from another service station if Showcase tells me I need something major replaced. My used car is in perfect condition and after being constantly badgered in the dealership during oil changes to get an appraisal, I agreed. I set an appointment and was contacted by phone 5 times and email twice during the 5 days leading up to my appointment. Each time the calls came during my business hours and I requested to not be contacted again as I was coming into the dealership in a few days. Two more calls came. When I asked to speak to a manager, the man who answered called me "sweetie" and spoke completely condescendingly saying, "Okay sweetie, I see your upset just tell me what your problem is." I said that calling a customer "sweetie" is my new problem and I wanted to speak to his supervisor. He sighed a huge sigh and said you haven't even told me a problem yet. This went on until I hung up on him and went straight to the dealership. I went to the dealership, cancelled my appointment and asked to speak to the GM. They sent me to someone else that said he was the GM for the day. He assured me no more contact regarding the appraisal and stated they are offering great customer service through follow-up. SEVEN follow up calls in 5 days???? That is bordering harassment. Then, today, I get an email from Showcase Honda. They would like to schedule me for an appraisal appointment.
