Great service. Fast and reliable. They worked with me the most when no one else did. Atul was super helpful and experienced. I recommend this place when in a need of a car read more

Excellent car buying experience with our sales associate, Deneen. She was friendly and easy to talk to, paying close attention to what our needs and concerns were in this car purchase. She was able to find us exactly what we were looking for. She also worked with us until we were satisfied with the price. Overall, it was a quick process compared to previous experiences at other dealerships. Thanks again Deneen! We will refer friends and family! read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They have the worst way of communication. I am stuck with my car and unsatisfied. I did my financing through a bank and even my bank complained about them. I had to call every day and go there to get my voice heard and I was just tossed between people. Then to hear that the people who were returnig my calls no longer work there. I was treated like nothing and after a month of trying to fix my problem it's finally starting but I have to keep calling and emailing them. I should not have to initiate it. They are horrible business people. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE!! read more

By far worst dealership. Never buy their extended warranty even when they claim it covers everything but tires! It is a lie and has been nothing but a nightmare for us. Basically we paid thousands of dollars just to get our oil changed....ridiculous. Not only have they done this to us but to our friend as well. Save yourself from a huge headache and skip the warranty and honestly I'd go to other dealership as the manager have not been much of a help either! read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. They have an average 2 star rating for a reason. If I could give them zero stars I would. THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATERS, AND SWINDLERS. Typical used car salesman BS. Thinking they can take advantage of young women because they don't know anything about cars. I called them at 8 pm last night to make an appt to see a car at 8 am this morning, I drive 45 min down there, and when I get there their excuse is "Oh, gee, it looks like we just sold that car last night." BULLS**T!!! That car probably hasn't been on the lot for a week, they wanted to try and lure me in so they can use their persuasive tactics on me. Save your time and money and go ANYWHERE but here. read more

The absolute worst buying experience of my life. I felt like I was being interrogated for a crime that I did not commit and they were not going to stop until they got me to say what they wanted to hear. Much like an attempted sexual assault....no means no! If you are stupid enough to give them your ID, credit card or trade in keys early in the negotiations, you have checked yourself into the Hotel California...they will not let you leave. After being passed to our fourth sales creep, the new guy Sam, we settle on a car and they start to present the real pricing rather than what is on the car or advertised. This soon turned in to a two hour shell game. Once it was determined how much extra they would screw us for, we waited another 1.5 hours for the "new: finance guy Joe. I let Joe know that I do not care for high pressure sales and that this should be an easy process as I do not want any of the add on warranty and only interested in GAP insurance. He said that he understood and 5 minutes later the grilling began. After several failed attempts by Joe he sends in the biggest BSer of all, Brandon. Brandon is the good cop and apologizes for everything over and over. What a turd! This is where the real fun begins....Start to sign the paperwork and realize that they are making changes without agreement on any of it. By this time they know you are exhausted and mentally drained from the tag team approach and they start trying to slip things by you. The 72 month financing was now 75 months....REALLY? I think you should let me know this rather than trying to pass it through. Even worse, when I came in, I told them that I would put $8k down on a credit card to which they agreed. When I get to Joe the finance guy, I am told that there is a $3500 credit card limit so I would need to write a check for the balance of $4500 which I did. Near the end Joe the finance guy runs my credit card for $4500 and asks me to sign after telling me there is a $3500 credit card limit. HMMMMM. All scam artist that appear to sleep well at night. Here is the topper...Receive a call from Brandon two days after I fill out a review request that was emailed to me. The review did not reflect well on them. Brandon says that he remembers me specifically because he knew that I had to be there much too long(6 hours). He offered me 3 years of free maint (oil changes and tire rotations) and that he would call me back within the next hour to set it up. What do you know, a week later with no call back. Big surprise!!! I reached out to Sam the sales guy to see if he would follow up with Brandon. He was happy to hear from me and said he would give me a call the next morning. Surprise...no call back. Unfortunately, Showcase and the team there does not care about these reviews as it is part of what they do, but I have been here for 50 years and know a lot of people and I can assure you that NONE of them will ever buy a car there. This is not a good way of doing business with social media at my finger tips. Bill Gibbs read more

My rating is for their after sales service. It's been 8 months since I bought my Odyssey, they have not yet taken care of a defect that I had reported on the initial vehicle inspection!!! After 4 months, got a call from the service person that the part has been arrived. But, to my surprise when I report there with the vehicle, they told that the part they received from Honda was not the right one and they will re-order it and give me a cal! But, till now (it's been 8 months), they didn't give any call! On my follow-up, they acted like they were not aware of what had happened! To my total surprise, on my recent call, they told that my vehicle that I purchased from the same shop do not have an owner record!!! I did report this to their supervisor/Manager a couple of times, but of no use... always received the same response that they will check and call back! I won't recommend this shop at all. read more

Bait and switch! I knew what car I was interested in buying, which was a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6. I was shown several on their lot that interested me. The issue was that they had just arrived, and were not ready for a test drive. He kindly provided me with a test drive in a 2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6 that one of the dealers was driving at the time. When we went back to the office he was relieved of his responsibilities. I was handed off to the fleet manager. He asked what I was looking for, and I repeated the same details that I provided to the sales associate (2017 Honda Accord EX-L V6, light exterior, and beige interior). He then tries to guide me towards a four cylinder Honda Accord, saying how I would not even notice the difference (translation: let me sell you what we need to sell rather than what you want to buy). He then went to get quotes for the four cylinder Accords. I left the facility when he was doing this because I do not have time to play games. Either you want to sell me what I want to buy or you do not. If you do not want to sell me what I want, then there is no reason for me to be at your business. This is especially true of Honda dealers because there are many of them in the Phoenix area. I do not recommend Showcase Honda. read more

Typical car lot. These guys are slick. Do your homework before you roll in here. Go to true car and get your certificates and get pre-approved financing before you ever even think about stepping onto a car lot. I did not buy fro these guys. I used to be in this business and they prey on the uneducated. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I did end up getting a beautiful 2014 Honda Accord from Bell Honda. 9 HOURS TO BUY A CAR Buying a car from this dealership had to be one of the worst experiences of my life! On arrival we were pleasantly surprised (at first) when we negotiated a reasonable price within 1 hour. We were ready to sign all of the necessary paperwork when there were (of course) some hang-ups. Things slowly started spiraling downhill from there. It started when they told us that they didn't have the color car we wanted in all wheel drive. We sat at the sales desk while they called around to other dealerships. My dad had drove in from out of town and we were looking forward to going to lunch with him. We wanted to go to lunch and then come back once they had found our car. The salesperson tried to do anything to keep us at the dealership. We were told that if we left, we would lose our "place in line" and would then be there even longer when we returned. My dad, being diabetic, could not wait to eat any longer and so he left to eat and drove 2 hours back home. My husband and I were provided pizza and we had an (oh so) delightful lunch at the salespersons desk with stale small talk. After another hour had passed, we were told to go home while they searched for our car. We left them with a sheet of all the specs that we required. We drove 30 minutes home, were only home for 45 minutes, and were told to come back because they found our car. We drove all the way back to the dealer only to find that they had found a car with the WRONG interior color! Our salesperson asked "Well why didn't you tell us you wanted black interior?' And our response was, "It's written on that paper we left with you. The one with the list of all the specs that we require!" So here we are at square one again. They are still searching for a car in the right color. Hours have gone by. I finally just settle for what ever color they have available on the lot. They offer to throw in seat covers for the inconvenience. Only to find out there is a "miscommunication". They apparently did not offer to pay for the price of the front ANNNNND back seat covers. We would have to be responsible for the cost of the back covers. At this point our patience is running so thin, we agreed. Whew.... We are finally competing all of the paperwork. But the nightmare only continues. We have to point out to our salesperson 3 TIMES that he had misspelled our address. He loses a document that was needed and has to complete it again. The VIN number of the vehicle we were purchasing had been written down wrong. The whole time we were there we were babysat by the salesperson would barely let us go to the bathroom by ourselves. Conversation was boring/dry and we felt like we were being smothered with his attention. 7 hours go by. We were told to sign a credit form "To make sure we are not terrorists" as the manager put it. We are hesitant because we were paying with a personal check. They assure us that they will not check our credit. Next thing you know they walk over with our credit scores in hand! Why?!!! I have read that this is a scam and that some dealerships do this to see if they can talk you into financing at the end. Finally, we make it over to the financing office to sign everything. Its been a total of 8 hours. We are exhausted. The financing officer then tries to sell us extended warranties on everything under the sun. He would not take no for an answer and was EXTREMELY argumentative. I am about in tears at this point from yelling at him when we finally get our keys. We spent a total of 9 HOURS trying to buy this car! The icing on the cake was that they did not even fill up our gas tank completely. It was 3/4 full when we got it and they forgot the included trunk cover. Thankfully, my husband caught this mistake and made them go get us one. Buying from Showcase Honda was a complete nightmare and I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! I am begging you. Please, please, please, take my advice and stay far away from this place!!! read more

The service department has been wonderful and the sales department has been challenging. The good: The Service department is very good at what they do, part of what they do is to up sell, it is after all a business. I usually wait for my vehicle, decline the 25 other things they want to do while im there and try not to hyperventilate from sticker shock. they're always very courteous, they give accurate time frames and do their best to get me scheduled in as soon as possible. overall they are a wonderful group of employees. The bad: since purchasing my vehicle I received numerous phone calls regarding surveys and inquiries to to trade in my car and get a new vehicle. I actually received a request for the same survey eight times for one visit. I received dozens of emails, phone calls and other forms of communication requesting that I trade in my car. It's intrusive, rude, and creates a growing concern that there something wrong with the car already purchased. I was happy with my Honda for the potential longevity of its use, if it needs to be traded in every year so I'm concerned with the overall quality. At one point I even had a sales guy run after my car while I was attempting to leave the service area, I stopped concerned something was wrong with my car, and he asked me if I was interested in selling my car back to the dealership getting a new one. It was not needed, not wanted. I may have been snippy that that point. I have even called back and spoke to the sales manager, and put in writing that I do not want to be: called, emailed, texted, sky written, smoke signaled, telegraphed or any other form of communication regarding trading my car in again or would no longer do business with them. Not a peep since. read more

Horrible expierence!!! Found a car for our daughter they listed online for $2900. Spoke with Michael over the phone about the car. Drove over an hour to purchase the car. They told us the out the door price would be $3900. I rejected the offer as I was walking out the finance guy came running out after me yelling 'You forgot about Uncle Sam's taxes'.I didn't realize the tax rate went up to 30% once you walk in the door!! I pulled up to their new location for an oil change and sat...and sat...and sat as 8 service center employees looked up at me and looked back down. Brian Jones was outside helping another customer. I finally got out of my car and asked, where do I go now, thinking perhaps there is a new procedure that expects the customers to go inside instead of the employees coming to greet. He made the comment, "I guess I am the only who can get up from my desk today." Honestly, he is the ONLY reason they are getting 2 stars today. If it weren't for the fact that this is less than a mile from my house and the only other dealerships are literally 10+ miles away, I'd NEVER return. Adding insult to injury, most of the people in the lobby appear to be business people, many working on computers or phone while Days of Our Lives blares on two tv's and something else on a third. Not one person looks at the tv...correction, the woman who just got targeted by a salesman to trade in her car is now looking at the tv. Sleezy. Pretty, shiny, large buildings and good coupons do not make up for poor customer service! read more

Sales review. In the process of buying a new car and this is about the 7th dealership we visited. So sleazy and by far the worst. We pulled into the lot and were quickly greeted and escorted inside. 20 minutes later we still hadn't viewed a single car. The breaking point was when they demanded to make a copy my drivers license to even step on the lot and look at a vehicle... For my own safety. I declined and they refused to allow us to view their stock. At no other dealership have I been asked for a copy of my drivers license to view the cars. I'd understand if I was test driving but at this point we still hadn't seen any cars. Go somewhere else and avoid this headache. read more

I cannot express the disappointment with this Honda location. They are liars and only see you as a dollar sign. In 2019 I was looking for an affordable vehicle and was forced into a 2018 Honda Hatchback, told that if I can make on time payments for a year, I would be able to get into a newer car with a lower interest rate and lower payment. 1 year goes by and I get denied! So giving them the benefit of the doubt I wait longer, mind you making a $640 payment. They call you, asking to refinance or to trade it. So I thought, cool let me get this payment off my hands and get something better. Unfortunately, nothing but broken promises and lies. Dropping my credit score because they like to run it like lottery numbers. This happened going into 2021. I don't know how many people I saw to get into a different car or even refinance to get a lower payment because the car I have is just not worth it. I was promised "hey come on in and I GUARANTEE we get you in something better and if we do not, I will fill up your cars." Yes cars! I have two cars from them, I referred someone and the wouldn't approve them unless I co signed, mind you the sales person was falsifying information for the person I recommended. How much they made and how long they worked there. Next, I asked them to stop calling me because I was tired of their horrific services that have impacted my credit negatively. In July 2021 I get a call, "Hey Maribel, we noticed you have not gotten your car serviced in a while and right now we have a special for an oil change for $39.99". I thought okay, I do need an oil change let get that set up. She set the appointment up and I lose a day of work to make it there, only to get denied because that is not a special they are having. I am outraged at this point. So Please if you consider getting a car from here, just keep in mind you are in for a treat, a bitter unsatisfying treat. read more

Another reviewer said it best "they are the epitome of a shady car dealership"...."Luis" is the most Brazen, combative, lying salesperson We have ever encountered.... apparently he's some sort of assistant sales manager, which actually speaks volumes for the dealership that they would have such an individual in that kind of a position...the epitome of a sleazy used-car salesman, he lied continually about everything, from claiming dealerships don't make money off of Finance to claiming emission tests cost is based on the cost of a vehicle in an attempt to justify charging over $500 to pass the emissions test for a two-year-old vehicle....and the list of brazen lies goes on and on.... his aggressive dishonest attitude has cost this dealership our business (for two vehicles) and we will be sure to inform everyone we know to stay away from showcase Honda and instead go to Arrowhead Honda, Bell Honda or Right Honda... ***We usually go to Arrowhead Honda but they're under construction and didn't have the vehicle we wanted so we decided to try showcase honda since they had several and had a white tent event this weekend.... read more

Horrible experiences with the sales department. I told them exactly what I was looking for: Civic, 4dr, EX or EX-L. When they didn't have what I wanted, they said could "add tape" to a 2dr to "make it look like it has more doors" or have the service department "add a moonroof". This was in spite of me saying multiple times, this is NOT what I wanted. I was also criticized for wanting to pay cash. I gave them 3 chances and they failed each time. I will no longer be shopping for a car from them. read more

I would not recommend this place! They have suck at customer service and they dont care what customers have to say. They only care about how much they can charge. I would give them negative stars if possible. They do not communicate well with customers and then when you want to explain the situation to them they are rude and will it let you speak!! From buying a car to getting service I would not recommend! They are the worst people ever and they will it care one bit for their customers. They won't even remember your name after just seeing them about ago. If you are okay with the drive I would 100 times recommend surprise Honda! They remembered me from one visit and they are just the best at their job. I've never had a worse experience in dealing with a car dealership. Upon arriving, i was told that the car i was interested in could not be sold because of a "title issue." I was assured that I had many other comparable options. I ignored the fact that this already seemed like a bait and switch tactic (fun fact: the car they "cant sell" is still listed on truecar) and agreed to see some other models. I was placed in the "capable hands" of some teenager that proceeded to show me cars that were twice my stated budget. I get it, bacteria has to eat too, but don't waste my time. The sales manager then informed me that there was wiggle room in the pricing. In case you were wondering, that wiggle room was about 1%. The next day i received a follow-up call from a salesperson. I politely told them that i was furious and asked them to not call me again. Today, another salesperson called. I asked to speak to a manager, and they hung-up. I called back. Showcase Honda seems to have a real hard time figuring out who is in charge. When i finally spoke to the "manager", who I can only assume is a bunch of squirrels in a human-suit based on competency level, he said something like "fine, give me your number and we wont call you." classy. I'd rather eat my way through a dumpster than ever give showcase honda a single cent of my money. read more

Stay away from this place unless you like being treated like trash! My wife and I were in the market for a new Honda Civic for her. She called around and got a few initial prices over the phone and Aaron McDonald convinced us to come in by dropping a really low price that seemed too good to be true... Ok, I'll take the bait... We showed up and the first question he asked was "who is going to be on the loan?" since I just bought a Subaru recently, she was going to be on the loan, but the car was for both of us obviously. When Aaron got his answer he stopped talking to me or even acknowledging that I was there. When we went for our test drive we were talked to like this is the first car we have ever been in. I think we know how a seat goes back, the "power" button on a radio turns it on and an automatic transmission goes in to drive (seriously this is stuff he was pointing out). When we started the test drive we realized that the low fuel light was on and was told that we needed to stop at a gas station before our drive, wow good impression... When we got back from our aggravating test drive and waiting at the gas station, Aaron told us that the car has $2,300 worth of dealer installed "options" which we were not interested in being ripped off on. $400 for rear dirt guards, $600 for tint, $1000 for an alarm, $300 for paint protection HA!!! I told him that we are not interested in the useless options, Aaron asked me if I was going to be on the loan and if I wasn't I shouldn't be talking!!! I couldn't believe it, I have NEVER been talked to like this by anyone before, especially a salesman! I told his that this is for both of us and he replied "when I go dress shopping with my wife, I don't tell her what dress to buy." Are you kidding me?! So since I'm not on the loan, I can't talk?! I was ready to leave, he left and came back with some bogus number, but as soon as he sat down he started arguing with me again! I was calmed down and he said "since I'm sure you've been in the business before, you need to learn how to treat people." EXCUSE ME?!?!?!?! This is completely unacceptable! Avoid this dealership for ongoing maintenance of your Honda, unless you wish to waste unnecessary hours of your life sitting in their waiting area, overpay for the service on your vehicle and/or risk the possibility of incurring additional expenses for problems that seemingly occur after they've serviced your vehicle. Unfortunately, I can't blame anyone except myself for allowing Showcase to service my wife's Odyssey since we purchased the vehicle new in 2008. I kick myself each time I bring the vehicle in for service but I continued going there mostly because it's conveniently located. Not only have I wasted countless hours waiting for my vehicle to be service, but I have easily incurred over a thousand dollars on "problems" that coincidentally just pops up immediately following the service. If they tell you the service will take 45 minutes, plan on at least 90 minutes and you'll be satisfied. The final straw was a week ago which was for a simple oil change that they told me would take 45 minutes; nearly 2 hours later I get the minivan back, drive it home and discovered the power locks are all messed up. I immediately call the service department to explain the issue with the locks, which has never happened in the 5 years I've owned the vehicle. Sure, there is that possibility the door lock shorted on its own while they had my vehicle for 2 hours to perform the oil change, but given my previous experience with problems coming up after bringing the vehicle in for service, I just find it all too ironic and fishy, to say the least. They tried to extract another $350 out of me to replace the door lock module but so kindly reduced the cost to $200. Bottom line is, this last oil change cost me $230. In another instance a couple years ago, the service representative was nearly successful in having me pay over $900, then he dropped it to $800, to $700, then finally down to $550, to replace a power steering component that was ultimately determined to be part of a Honda Recall. Had I not been diligent and paying attention, I would have thought the rep's efforts to continously drop the repair cost was a good deal and paid the $550 to replace the part. Fortunately, Honda (the manufacturer) covered the replacement under the recall. It's troubling enough that I almost came out of pocket $900+ for a part that was covered with the recall but more troublesome that the service representative worked the price down from over $900 to $550 with that ding, ding, ding game show.....you're a winner approach to the whole situation. These guys will try to swindle every extra dime from you that they can. The funny thing is this particular rep's photo, along with a few others, was hanging on the wall in waiting room for recognition as "Service Reps of the Month". I'd be curious what the criteria is to have your picture on that wall...they should rename the wall to "Big Swindlers of the Month"!! The only good thing that's come about my experience is that we have been thinking about upgrading to the newer Odyssey and Showcase simply made my dealership decision much much easier. Thank you Showcase! read more

Bait and Switch! Do not buy from here. If you only read the first paragraph of a review I'll summarize. We were quoted a price by a manager, shook hands, and when we sat down they presented a piece of paper with a price $500 more than we agreed upon. They then blamed us for the "miscommunication." Now I'll give all of the details. We were referred to Showcase through USAA/ True Car. I spoke with someone over the phone and through email and they made a very competitive quote for the car we were buying. The quote for the car beat all others. So, we came in and told them we had a couple of hours and didn't want to play any games, and we gave our bottom line. The salesman (Vlad) took the offer to the manager, came back and said congratulations, they accepted your offer. He had a sales sheet with a price $4K more than what we offered. I understand tax would be included but there were over $2,700 worth of "dealer options." We voiced our complaints about the inclusion of these options and how we didn't want to pay for them. Vlad told us that they were on the sticker and if we had looked at the sticker we would have seen that they were not a part of the price on the email quote. We told them we have an out the door price that beats them even without our trade in. They told us the price we had was impossible and nobody could beat their prices. So, we told Vlad our bottom line out the door price. We re-iterated our objection to the sales game. This prompted another salesman (Matt) sits down. I noticed he gestured to Vlad to stay and watch. Matt congratulated us on doing our homework and knowing the bottom line for the car. He showed us his invoice and told us that they cannot sell us the car for what we are asking. This is where things got interesting. We told Matt we are offering $26,000 out the door with our trade in and tax. We told him this was the price we were willing to pay. My wife said if you cannot accept our offer we'll go elsewhere. We got up to walk out and made it out the door. A sales manager (Ray) stopped us and said, "I'm not going to lose you over $200. What about $26,200?" My wife quickly replied, "$26,200? We'll take it." She and Ray shook hands. We called our day care asking for them to allow our son to stay longer than we paid and we sat back down at Vlad's desk. My wife got up to use the bathroom and Vlad sits down and presents me a piece of paper with an out the door price of $26,700. He explained that there was some miscommunication over the price and this was the offer. I waited for my wife and when she saw the price she walked right back over to Ray and asked him what happened. He said that he thought we had offered $26,500. So, he came up $200. I pointed out that he told us outside $26,200. How was there a miscommunication? He told my wife he thought I had made an offer of $26,500 without my wife around. Well, that was it. My wife said she wants the car for $26,200, the agreed upon price. They said they couldn't do it. She told him that we'll meet in the middle at $26,400. Ray said $26,500 is the final price. We walked out. There is a happy ending in this story. Vlad called me the next day apologizing for the miscommunication and to see if we were still in the market. I happily told him we purchased the same car from AutoNation Honda in Chandler. I thanked him because when AutoNation heard our story they sold us the same car for $26,200 and at this dealership we got 2 years' worth of oil changes and tire rotations. read more

I made an appointment to get my 60k mile check-up early a few weeks ago. I also needed them to replace my interior sun visors, which lose their "spring" each summer. When I arrived, I was told it would take 2 hours and cost $329. Four hours later, my car was finally finished, and the bill had somehow jumped to just under $400. Ok, not horrible. A few hours later, I realized the sun visors were replaced BACKWARDS. What kind of amateur mechanic doesn't realize the visors aren't facing the right way? I went on Showcase Honda's website to write and e-mail and voice my dissatisfaction about 18 hours ago. I have already received two calls from them, both times trying to sell me a new vehicle. "We heard you're unhappy with your car and may be interested in upgrading to a new model." No! I love my Civic and do not need a new car. They clearly didn't even read the message I wrote them. All they want is your money; they don't care about customer satisfaction. read more

Normally I wouldn't say anything but it's been one thing after another and a couple 40 min installs has turned into almost a 4 hour wait time. I don't mind waiting when I am told how long. Driving up from Maricopa I can't just drop it off. Looks like I might have to figure that out. Appreciate the "in sorrys"but an offer of something would have been nice. read more

Drove on the lot at 3:30. Got a sweet deal on a used Civic - very little haggling. They gave me TOP DOLLAR on my trade-in! I left in my new car at 5:30. That is the fastest car buying experience I have had to date. They also have free oil changes which I thought was a great perk. read more

IF i could give them 0 stars I would. I was warned that they were a bunch of liars and I decided to still give them a shot. Basically all the negative reviews here are correct. I was told I could get a car for a price and there would be no games. Since someone made a $500.00 mistake, their finance guy tried to have me pay for it, which is the most unethical thing I have ever seen. I am the customer and as a business I believe their duty is to make it right with me. I wasted four hours so that in the end they could change their price on me. Point is they are a bunch of liars, worst dealership ever!! I actually was lucky enough not to do business with them. read more

I've had service done at Showcase Honda for several years now. Since my car came from that dealership, I thought I would do business there at times even though it's further from my house than other car repair shops. This past Saturday was the LAST time I will ever do business there. I've only written a YELP review one other time, and it was a positive review about a restaurant. Because my experience was SO disappointing this past weekend at Showcase Honda, I felt the need to write a review to let anyone know reading this they should seek other car service places or other Honda dealerships to have their work done. My service man had no idea what good customer service means. After 2 hours for an oil change, he finally came to me and reported a few things. When I asked about a few issues with my car, he couldn't even give me a straight answer. He was pleasant but didn't care about leaving me waiting for more than 2 hours and never once checking in with me on the status of my car. He said he gave me a discount for the synthetic oil change, but it wasn't a discount at all. I have paid a lot less for synthetic oil changes at other locations. This yelp review is too long, and I could go on and on about a couple other things, but I'll end it here. I highly recommend people going to other locations for their car service. read more

Y'all seriously. Do not, I repeat do NOT buy anything from this shit place. Bought a car 1 month ago and have had nothing but problems with the car and the place. Way too many problems to even write out. They should close this place down for being so damn horrible. If only it were possible to give them negative ratings... read more

Associate and manager were completely condescending and rude. Online advertisement was completely different than the deal offered at the store and through all the communication they always failed to mention this. The sad thing is I was ready to purchase the Civic that I saw online. They made the process of buying a car very stressful. Thank you for excellent customer service. read more

I must say that i had the best experience working with Daneen in the purchase of my vehicle. She made my experience feel more personable rather than just a sale. She inquired about my wants and interest to get me into the vehicle I have been absolutely pleased with. The customer service overall was awesome from her and all the other staff. The energy and morale of the employees was impeccable. Issues due come up with vehicles when they are used but I assure you that Showcase Honda takes immediate action if you contact them. I have leased vehicles in the past and have never walked off the lot so quickly as I did here. I was able to have my vehicle the next day!!! Thank you DANEEN!!!! and thank you Showcase Honda!! read more

Can't say enough good about Showcase Honda service department. My 2001 Accord was in for the timing belt/water pump etc service after realizing I was at least 60,000 miles late getting this done. Bob, the one who took care of all my needs and kept me informed couldn't have been nicer. There were issues found other than the basic ones I needed done so had them done too. The service was great, car fixed in one day, courtesy ride to and from the dealership....and ....they washed and looks like waxed and buffed my car to boot. I will be a return customer for sure. read more
