I don't write very many reviews, but I've received consistently helpful and friendly service from most everyone who I have dealt with in the service department at Showcase. I work with Mike Connor, who has been great to me and my Civic, and he's accurate about wait times, estimates and overall work so that I know what to expect. I've been hesitant as a car owner to get my service work done at a dealership (we all know what to expect), but I can say that I don't have any hesitations coming to Mike and Showcase. They have a free Uber service if your car will take a while, and the lobby is pleasant enough with free snacks, popcorn and water. Nice job, Showcase, and other dealership services department could certainly take page from your playbook. read more

Bought my Honda CR-V from here back in 2006.and haven't regretted it. Showcase service and personnel top notch with amenities such as free shuttle service, which helps compensate at least a little for comparatively high dealer costs on major maintenance and repairs. There's obviously a high overhead to maintaining a facility of this size with all the equipment, tools, parts, and specialized personnel, but if you believe in and can afford to get it done right the first time, paying the price may be worth it if you haven't found a reliable mechanic elsewhere. I remain satisfied with my purchase experience and all service that I have had performed here, though have just plain not been able to afford the high dealer cost on a number of occasions. This dealership set the car world back 25 years, total scumbags,lying idiots. One of their sales guys, Brian Thomas, gave me numbers on a car so I came in. When I got there, the numbers changed and were nowhere close, typical bait and switch move that has given the car industry a horrible name. I did end up buying a car at another dealership which was a pleasant experience, no BS and straight forward, total opposite of these Showcase Honda morons. read more

We purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Odyssey here. The first day we owned it the weatherstripping on the windshield came flying off and was smacking the roof as we drove. The center brake light was out also. Showcase Honda agreed to fix these things. The fourth day we owned it, it didn't start. The battery had died, but more concerning, the alternator was bad and had to be replaced. We paid a $960 fee for a "certified" pre-owned vehicle. The battery and alternator should have been checked in the CPO process. Honda records indicated this particular car had a history of battery/charging problems. Clearly, their CPO inspection was incomplete and lacking. They replaced the alternator and battery for us, but this was our third trip back to the dealer. We wanted a partial or full refund on the certified pre-owned premium for the obviously shoddy inspection and the hours we took off work to take this supposedly "certified" car in for repairs within 5 days of purchase. We were bounced around from one manager to another over the course of three hours. They offered us a tank of gas. At this point, we asked for a copy of the certification inspection. We found out it should have been provided during purchase. It was not. When they finally provided it to us, we saw they had forged my husband's signature acknowledging receipt of the document. The finance director insisted it was accidental, but they offered to buy the van back from us and cancel the whole deal. We gladly accepted. Use caution buying here. read more

Popped in for a quick oil change on one of our company cars and met with a service person named Matt. He was very professional and courteous and actually helped me with some recalls I didn't even know existed. I did notice the cars paint was having issues in a couple of places and he took care of it for me... Gratis! I also had some dried out belts and some other minor maintenance issues. Three weeks later, we had to replace two and yesterday, I just bought 4 new ones because one of the replacements had a tire stuck in it and couldn't be fixed, the other ones that weren't replaced originally were so bad, the tire place wouldn't let me leave with them still on the car. He is very nice, and has been good about calling me to let me know the status of my vehicle's repairs. I purchased a certified pre owned Honda Civic from this dealer last week and I was blown away by the salesman that assisted me. Rhinell Navora was professional and genuine, and wasn't pushy what so ever. Any questions I had, he had an immediate answer and really knew what he was doing. If I could give this dealership a zero star I would. Talked to Atul on a Thursday about a vehicle I wanted to purchase and I would be there Saturday to buy it. He sold the vehicle to someone else the following day after we had made a deal on the vehicle. Sounds like a high bidder situation. I would like to start by saying this is a review of their service department, not their sales department. I have never set foot into the showroom. I bought my car when I was living in another state and have it serviced at Showcase Honda. I have had about 3 or 4 services since moving to Phoenix. I like that you can make your appointment online, they process you quickly, have a great waiting area, and return your car to you clean and shiny. The service advisor keeps you appraised of what the situation is and they give you a print out of your car's status. OK for the part I do not like. I have talked to more then one service advisor at Showcase Honda and the first thing they do is say "Honda recommends this service for the mileage of your vehicle, then they show you a laminated price sheet". I reply I would like the "A1 Honda recommended service as called out on the dash". They then back off and become helpful again. The difference can be $100's of dollars. There are many reasons why one would make a decision to buy a Honda, one of those reasons is the small amount of maintenance typically required on these great cars. Most of the time the maintenance is an oil change and tire rotation. Know your car. read more

I had such a great experience buying a car from Showcase Honda. Showcase wasn't on my list but when I signed up on Truecar.com, they sent my info to dealers where has a car I wanted. ( I didn't know truecar sent my info to dealer!) I was mad initially when showcase reached out to me but I liked sales rep for some reason! She promised me to give me a killer deal. Two other dealers reached out to me too. One gave me a great deal but I didn't tell her about the deal. It's just not fair to tell her what deal I got from other dealer. But at the end, she was the one who gave me the best deal. I didn't even have to negotiate. It was such a easy purchase experience and less stressful. I'm absolutely happy. The customer service is TERRIBLE by both sales and service...they really do not care about your needs or how they sold a vehicle to you. I would HIGHLY recommend you don't purchase a car here. I purchased a used vehicle from Showcase. The bluetooth microphone hasn't worked since I purchased the car earlier this month. (Within 30 days of purchase) They refused to take care of the cost of the part and the 30 minutes of labor required to replace it. (All of $300) The used car manager said if it was something major on the vechile they would have considered it but because it's a minor repair they won't. Additionally, I was sold this vehicle without the key to the lock on the rear hitch, making the hitch completely useless and another trip to a dealership to have them cut the lock off. Seems like taking care of something minor to keep a happy customer would have been valuable but apparently not. Don't buy your car here! read more

Went in because I had submitted my info to finance manager "RAY" who told me even tho my credits had he'll make it work. Showed up to have ray ignore my calls and a sales person ask me to pick a car I liked even tho I had spoke to ray prior about what vehicle I wanted! Choose the same vehicle just to be told what I was avoiding "you need a co signer" I gave you my info to run prior to me driving 30 mins to let me know if there was anything that would get in the way of the deal so I wouldn't drive. Absolute slime balls the salesmen (Victor) that I worked with was amazing, however management here are scammers! First they come to me with an offer that I was ready to walk out with a new car! Then they left for a good 15 minutes when they came back all of a sudden my payment was $3,000 more...I asked them to take the dealership add one off and they said okay! They came back and now my payment was another $1500 more on top of the $3,000. Then they said they test drove my truck that I was planning on trading in and said the air bag light that was on was the reason for all this. I asked them to try to give me some wiggle room and they told me they would make some calls. As they were "making calls" I watched them from the window sit with other salesmen and laugh. If you find yourself sitting down in the used sales department at Showcase Honda, and a man named Greg Spanos sits down across from you. Get up and run out of the building. Never have I had someone lie straight to my face about costs and policies, and try and take advantage of my confusion as this man did. Do not trust a word he says. And by all means, don't try and reach him. At one point I immediately returned his call, and my several voicemails went permanently unanswered. What a wonderful feeling to be blatantly ignored by someone who I was giving such a large sum of money to. How incredibly unprofessional, disappointing, and degrading his service was. No matter how much you want the car, just leave. Especially if, heaven forbid, you're using your own financing. Literally no car is worth doing business with this man. What should have been an exciting and huge experience, was absolutely ruined by him and made so stressful and miserable. When I tell people about my car buying experience, the only reaction I receive is shock. Now. Having said that, Sharma was very helpful throughout the whole process. He is the only reason I received the car when I did and the only reason I didn't completely cancel my financing. We bought our used Pilot from Showcase and we also get our car serviced there for everything. Alex sold us our Pilot and he was awesome - I would intentionally go back to him for my next car. Despite my cynicism about car dealerships and service departments - I am really happy with the service at Showcase. I ALWAYS work with Izad in the service department (I won't see anyone else to be honest because Izad is so great). He is super accommodating with my hectic schedule, arranges courtesy cars for me when needed, explains everything very clearly to me and is honest about what DOES and DOESN'T need to be done immediately on the car. I know that the money for car dealers is in the service departments, and I think Showcase has invested in making it clear to customers that servicing is their priority. Mr. Bothwell, this communication is well over due about my experience with my car purchase at Showcase, purchased in August of 2015. I had the pleasure of making my deal with Terry Wild, I told him my situation, my down payment amount and where I wanted to be at with my payments...his response, " no problem" and he actually made it happen. I have never had such an enjoyable vehicle purchase the entire time I have been driving or buying cars (over thirty years). Terry Wild and his staff were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and used no high pressure tactics on me or my wife during the few hours I was there to complete my purchase. Terry and the Service Manager David Neely kept Showcase's word on the "we owe" for my head light and spare tire and it was done in a timely manor. If in the future I should need another vehicle or my friends or neighbors need a vehicle I will recommend highly Showcase Honda. My car wasn't new but was impeccably detailed and clean with low, low mileage... The Finance Manager was also professional and offered, not pressured options I might be interested in, I opted for gap insurance ( thank goodness for this ) and a 36,000 mile limited warranty that covered the major components of my vehicle. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! All started off great, I paid full asking price and called ahead asking for the paperwork to be started so I wouldn't have to sit in the dealership for 6+ hours. I arrive and all was set to go. They promised to fix the scratches and the broken window. At that moment everything was great. I walk out and realize they tacked on an extra $5k is things that were not placed the car window and never addressed to me in detail other than a sign here and it wasn't even the correct downpayment / loan breakdown. Even by the financing dept. it wasn't addressed. The managers threatened to unwind the deal when I came in to ask why the $5k was never disclosed to me. In an effort for them to accommodate me and get me off their sales floor they promised a new key ( which I didn't know there was only one , on a Maserati!!! Until I went to drive off) and an oil change. The salesman Albert, who promised everything the whole time(a yes man), repeatedly lied when confronted infront of his bosses about the $5k being explained to me. I have pages of texts messages of him saying he will get the key and scratches done. It's now two months, multiple calls and texts to Albert and both used car managers and nothing. Straight to voicemail and zero reply. So in my response, here is my review of the most dirty dealership I have ever had to deal with, not to mention the mess they made of titling my car in the wrong state and costing me over $600 more. I should have read the reviews before I came here. I bought a used Honda Civic 2013 and it looks great but I've barely had the car for a month and I already had to get work done on the AC because a weird smell started coming out of it(which was not there when I test drove it), and I've already had to replace the battery as well. I hope nothing else happens and this dealership does more to prevent this kind of problem for other customers! Its not right. read more
