They have great food! Very limited menu but everything is made with consistently good quality. This makes it a bit over the price I would normally pay for similar food but I like to eat at locally owned places. It is pick up forward with little to no place designated to eat around and delivery would bump up the bill a bit. Always very friendly and just online ordering base, no person to order to. My favorite order combo is cucumber salad, the bao, and the jade pork dumpling! They're all delicious!

I'll update later. This is a stall near a bar. You can sit in the bar after ordering. We went home to eat since it's really loud. Service Speed is fairly fast. Scan QR code to order. The soup dumplings have little soup. Noodle soup is mostly water taste sweet and sour. Price is very Seattle...

Got to try out this new pop-up during its first week of opening. A little difficult to find, especially late at night since the lighting isn't all that great. But when I did, it felt like a juicy hidden secret. Service was prompt & friendly. Free Thai tea too, mmm. The shao mai & chili wontons were yummy. Cucumber salad could've spent some more time marinating for more flavor. Wasn't sure if it was the lighting but felt that all the dishes were one note in color. But it hit the spot for late night cravings when you don't want junky fast food.

BEST LATE NIGHT FOOD IN SEATTLE!! This little dumpling shack is AMAZING!!! Located outside around the corner from Sea Monster Lounge, it is run by the sweetest couple ever who are working sleepless nights to share their love of late night food. That's right it is only run by TWO PEOPLE!!! Please go show these guys love!! Pull up and have a chat with them, they are so friendly & are all about the community. As someone who can't seem to find good food anywhere past midnight i highly recommend this place!! If you are impatient i would recommend placing an order ahead as they do need time to prepare but we had no problem waiting! (~15min) We got the Braised Pork Gua Bao & the Savory Jade Pork Wontons. Both were sooooo good but the Jade Pork Wontons are a MUST. If you are over 21 you are able to eat inside the sea monster lounge until 2am!!

Very good dumplings! They don't have a ton of vegetarian options or vegan options. Everything they do does also contain sesame in some capacity if that's relevant. The service was great though because they did call to check on that. It's a cute little window so there's no seating but there are some benches nearby if you'd like to sit and eat right away.

Food was ok, not mind blowing. The braised pork gua bao was on the saltier side especially the parts with the sauce. The wontons and shao mai were pretty good. The curry dumplings were good in taste but the texture was kind of pasty. I find that's the case with most vegan food though. The mango sticky rice was also good! I liked the three different flavors of sticky rice, but the mango was super sour and kind of hard/stringy it also couldve been because it wasnt mango season i guess. The restaurant being just a cart outside is super cute though :D

I like how the opens late, however I think $14 for 5 shu mai was a lot.... , and I thought it tasted alright too compared to other dim sum spots. There wasnt much to say about the service and ambience since its order online for pick up to go. Looking at other reviews, I'm willing to come back to try the wontons and cucumber.

Best dumplings and sticky rice with mango I've tried! 10/10 I recommend. Everything very flavorful and fresh! Owner is very friendly

The good: the service and the people running it. Great guys and you can tell they love running this place and appreciate the customers. The not-so-good: The broth for pho is pretty good they just don't give you enough. Small portions for a way jacked up prices(their pho and ramen bowl is slightly smaller than a small pho bowl in pho places. And it's 20 bucks for a smaller than average pho with 3-4 meatballs when I can get a small bowl of pho for 12-13 bucks in Vietnamese restaurants). The 2 steam buns is nearly 20 bucks and small pieces of shumai is around the price range too. The neutral: It's takeout only place, there's no place to wait that's covered. They take time to prepare food but that's expected since the food is fresh. Would I go back? Maybe? I don't know tbh maybe just to order a side broth though I wonder what their wontons and dumplings taste like Tldr: Ordering in advance cuts down the wait times. The portions are too small, the price is the same as a semi-fancy asian sit down restaurant but the food is fresh.

I placed an order online for pick up and the estimated order time was incorrect. The cucumber was not sliced as thin as I expected (was more than half an inch thick) and did not have a bunch of flavor sticking to the cucumbers. The dumplings were very good though! I would try the spiral cucumbers next.

Like the Food Walk itself, this place gets very crowded during peak lunch hours when they're open; every seat was taken and everyone else - myself included - got our goodies for takeout. You pay depending on how much you get; for example, one piece of siu mai is $1.30 each as of this writing. All other food items follow in a similar suit. We got the following: - Egg tart: my favorites though they have cookie crusts. I do prefer flaky crusts but the egg yolk has the right amount of sweet to balance the crust. - Siu mai: fresh and piping hot. Meat was also fresh and didn't have a weird aftertaste. - Green onion bun: each one is pretty big, and there's just enough green onions on them to distinguish between similar buns like the baked BBQ pork bun. - Sponge cake: didn't eat this myself but parents thought this was all right though a little too set. - Baked BBQ pork bun: my dad's favorite. BBQ pork is sweet and complements the bun itself. - Meat bun turnover (Shanghai pan-fried buns): I always like getting these in places like Din Tai Fung and Dough Zone. The ones here are even better, with a ton of filling in each bun and a nice crisp from the pan fry. A classic staple of Chinatown that serves awesome dim sum that edges out the competition pretty well considering dining in has gotten a lot more expensive lately! The decor is cute - darker lighting with spotlight on their cultural elements. Not gonna lie, when a restaurant over emphasizes its Asian decor, usually I have pretty low expectations for the food since it will likely be Americanized. This place proved me wrong! Their menu was a mix of Cantonese dishes, Taiwanese elements, Shanghainese dumplings and noodles, and Szechuan mala flavors. We probably over ordered but seriously enjoyed all the dishes. From most to least favorite: - Ginger & Scallion Fish Fillets: Sooooo fragrant and honey. LOVE! - Typhoon Shelter Beef Short Ribs: The fried garlic seasoning is fantastic, usually seen with crab or seafood but with short ribs it was excellent and super flavorful too - Black Truffle Wagyu Fried Rice: A pretty big portion for the price! The aroma of the truffle was fantastic but not overpowering - Half Hong Kong Style Honey Roast Duck: Hard to find good roast duck in the US so was happy to see it in the menu, skin was crispy and flavorful and the sauce was authentic as well. A tad too salty if I were to be nitpicky which is why it's not higher on the list - Traditional Kurobuta Pork Soup Dumplings: Good but not standout, not the star of the show compared to places that specialize in dumpings - Stir-Fry Green Beans: A little bland, can skip The Hong Kong Style iced lemon tea is just okay, but it's hard finding one truly authentic around here. Still enjoyed it! For the price point, ambiance, and quality of food, I was blown away and highly recommend!
