They are conveniently located within walking distance of the convention center and they had no wait. We were seated immediately and brought waters. You order using a QR code and then the food starts flowing. The only interactions you have with the staff is during seating and when you pay. They seem to have a pretty efficient system going at this location. I would say it took about 5 minutes from the time we put in our order for food to start coming out. Everything was hot and fresh. The checkout and pay process was done using the QR code and called the server to your table. The interactions I had with the staff were pleasant and they were quick.

My 7yo loved the beef noodle soup. He said "I highly recommend these noodles for kids". They kept him warm while he enjoyed his ube boba. My other kids (12 and 16) ate fried rice, dumplings, noodles and potstickers.

So good! Was starving and craving something umami and filling. Came here for a late lunch and over ordered for one person, but no regrets. The most surprisingly delicious thing was the kale salad with sesame dressing. All other kale salads pale in comparison to this one, not even sure when I'll be able to have it again so it will now haunt my dreams. It was so good!! I ordered the beef noodles, one of the steamed pork & shrimp dumplings, and pork dumplings in chili oil. All very yummy and the wrapping was thick and chewy, with plenty of filling. The prices were reasonable for the quality. Would def go back next time I'm in the area.

Our favorite spot when we come to town for appointments! Great food, great service, reasonably priced and are fast at getting us in!

Stopped in for dinner during my stay in Seattle. There was quite a few people waiting for a seat so we joined the waitlist. After a 20 minute wait, we were seated. We ordered and enjoyed: chicken and veg pan fried won ton Dan dan noodles pork xiao long bao pork and shrimp potsticker All of the dishes were great! I did wish their menu had photos to help make choosing my dishes easier. Servers were friendly and helpful when I asked for recommendations. Cool spot for dim sum in the area!

It was good overall, maybe 3.5. The serving of dan dan noodles was not large, but it was not surprising given the price. The sesame kale serving was huge and pretty good. The fried chive pockets were okay (the egg was a little off texture wise, not sure if it was due to the source). I do have high standards for chive pockets but I also can't get them where I live, so this was overall pretty good. It was busy but things moved fairly quickly

I really like this chain. It's a less high-end Americanized dumpling spot. The spicy beef roll (not very spicy) is super salty and needs some sweetness (like plum sauce or hoisin) and freshness (chinese chives) to balance out the salt. The chicken wonton soup is wonderful. The wonton dough is super fresh. This order was around $20 for 2 items but of course $40 with Seattle's exhorbitant delivery charges, haha. They packaging is beautiful and they really take care with the to-go packaging too.

Amazing place close to the Paramount and Seattle Summit convention center. Open on a Monday when many other places are closed. Wonderful dumplings, noodles, and bao buns and more. You order via we code at the table and sometimes things get lost in translation. Ordered extra peanuts on yibin noodles but didn't receive again I think lost in translation, worth it anyways! So good!Had to bring to the servers attention we didn't get one item we ordered but rectified quickly. Warm noodles and bao buns are perfect in cold wet Seattle! Would recommend!

I wouldn't look for the warmest welcome but they aren't unpleasant. It's a no frills all straight forward here to just eat, chill and enjoy vibe. The server took a little minute to take out menu so be sure to set it where the server can see it. They won't come check if it's not apparent from our experience. All of the food was pretty good. Definitely a great Din Tai Fung alternative that saves money. There isn't any cocktails but the beer was amazing. Be sure to try the soup dumplings and the Dan Dan noodles were my favorite. They weren't very spicy but that's one of my harder critiques. Of and the music was great. It was mixed jams but all hits for everyone.

Dough Zone Dumpling House in downtown Seattle has a warm, modern feel that makes it great for both a quick bite and a relaxed meal. *AMBIANCE* The restaurant is clean and bright, and the space felt inviting but not too crowded where you're touching elbows with your neighbors. *FOOD* I really enjoyed the Q-baos which is their modern take on the traditional sheng jian bao. It was crispy on the bottom, soft on top, and filled with savory goodness. Highly also recommend the pork xiao long bao which are delicate and juicy. We also tried the beef pancake roll, another flavorful dish, though the meat seemed a bit undercooked. I always love a good potsticker and dough zone's comes in an assortment of flavors (i.e. beef, shrimp, veggie, etc.) Either way you can't go wrong with any of the dishes. *SERVICE* Service is quick, attentive, and handled our large party efficient. Even during peak hours, the staff keeps things moving smoothly. Truly elite comfort food! Overall, definitely give it a visit. I'm already plotting my return when I'm back on the West Coast!

Dough Zone is consistently great!! The dumplings are so tasty, and cooked to perfection, which nowadays is harder to find than you'd think. The xiao long bao and pan-fried buns were amaaazing and everything we tried was really good too! The service matched the food (really good too). It was pretty busy but the food came out at a good pace and the staff handled things very smoothly. It's a casual spot, but seems to be well operated. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable, with a nice setup that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your food. Portions and pricing are both fair, especially if you're sharing a few plates (as we did). If you're in the mood for dumplings and good dumplings and more, this place delivers every time!! A solid 5-star experience for me!

Especially pre theater this is busy place. The service is fast. Has a very New York, packed in like cord wood vibe. We ordered Spicy Beef Pancake Roll 2/5, Pork & Shrimp Potstickers 4/5, Pork Wontons in Chili Sauce 4/5, Sweet & Sour Cucumber 4/5, and Banana Crepe W/ Whip Cream 1/5.

We order through a QR code now, which is strange since there were employees just milling around. Prices have increased quite a bit but food still tastes good. They seat people so close together which is also strange since there's so much seating. It was a bit noisy since it was early dinner and the restaurant was pretty full. At least there's a reward program.

From the time you sit down to the time you leave, can it be gone in an hour?

Yes, you can finish in one hour!

Do they have any milk alternatives?

If you are referring to the milk tea. We do not.

How do I call restaurant? All numbers seem old...

Try 206-682-6666, they open at 11AM.

Are the vegetarian options any good?

I can't vouch for the vegetarian option, but everything is made by hand and fresh so I would presume the flavors would be equally delicious as veggies options.

    Do they take reservations?

They also have a wait list on Yelp. Highly recommend using it if you're going during peak times (even if you're going solo)

Do they have Dim Sum carts or just regular menu?

    Regular menu!

    Do they have parking?

No they do not. However, you can park at the convention center, which is $9/hour from what I can remember. Or you can find street parking.

With just the right amount of their house-seasoned soy sauce, it was perfection. The restaurant is small, and the dining room was completely full and buzzing with conversation. The AC was also extremely weak--to the point that it felt almost nonexistent. There were basically only two staff members serving the entire room, so while they weren't overly attentive, our water was refilled promptly and empty plates were cleared quickly. It was so loud that the waitress misheard our shrimp order, so we ended up waiting a little longer for the correct dish. However, it still arrived before the clay pot rice. We had already been warned that the clay pot rice takes more than 20 minutes to prepare, so it wasn't a problem. Overall, I really enjoyed dining here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for legitimate, fast-casual Cantonese food. Just look around the dining room--it was about 99% Chinese diners, so you know it's the real deal.
