I wanted to love this place due to the beautiful marketing, but it just didn't meet any expectations. No one was out front for more than 10 minutes when I arrived. The cashier was apologetic about this. I ordered the breakfast burrito, honey bee latte, and a strawberry summer salad. I was told they were out of beef bacon, which was surprising since it's Monday morning. My food arrived quickly. It was cut in half and I noticed it was a lot of eggs and cheese, without really seeing the other ingredients. Unfortunately the ingredients were on one side or the other in the burrito. So only the bottom half had the Turkey bacon and potatoes, and only the top half had pico. It was annoying trying to eat it, so I gave up. The burrito also lacked in flavor and this is likely a factor. I thought the potato gems were tots (based on IG), but that is possibly my mistake. Either way, they were lukewarm and unremarkable. Cute concept - Found this restaurant through an Instagram comment advertising their new Barbie pancakes and Barbie fries. When arriving, the system was a bit confusing, with people standing around holding numbers that signify their orders, but tables being completely filled. They did let us know when we ordered that it'd be a 35-45 minute wait, which was understandable for a Saturday. There was such a rush that people were seating themselves immediately after groups would get up - at these dirty tables, and then the workers would have to wipe the tables while people were sat there. It was chaotic. But again, can't really blame the staff for that. We also waited more than an hour for our food, which consisted of one order of the Barbie pancakes, one chicken biscuit, and one other biscuit order, so nothing crazy and of abundance. People who had ordered after us had gotten their food before us, we thought we had been forgotten. It's hard to critique without also feeling for the workers because I'm sure it was a lot to deal with, with the rush. Our food was nothing crazy. The Barbie pancakes were given a pink sauce on the side that you were to pour on top of the pancakes - the cup was the size of those ketchup cups you fill up, and the sauce was only filled a quarter, which mind you was already a small cup, it didn't even cover like half of the pancake. There were toppings on the pancake, but nothing in between so it made it super dry. The chicken biscuit was quite literally a biscuit and fried chicken - no sauce, no cheese. It was IMMENSELY dry; like, cough-enduringly dry. Very disappointing, especially for more than an hour of waiting. And the other biscuit, the Sunny Bunny (I think?), was pretty good. It had a perfect over-easy egg, and the hollandaise sauce was pretty tasty. Probably the best meal out of the other two. Lastly, it is a self-seating, and seemingly self-serving restaurant. My friend ordered the chicken salad sandwich, which sounded good so I ordered it too. After one bite it was clear that the chicken salad had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. It had not even been salted. Had it not been for the buttery, flakey croissant I would probably not have eaten it. It was certainly not worth $12. Limited space inside to sit. You order at the counter, get your own water, get your own utensils etc, and seat yourself! Probably only about 5 tables outside so we had to sit inside but it is super cute inside! Food kinda makes its way to the table one thing at a time so if you're a larger party your food will most likely be cold by the time everyone has food but when you do get it OMG it's beautiful!!! Over a hour wait for a single sandwich. Seemingly not managed well and very unimpressed.

I have eaten there twice recently. Most recently today. I was the only one in line and , the two employees behind the counter were not at all busy, but I had to wait 10 minutes before one of them decided to help me. Then, I had to wait at least 30 minutes for my food, while the two couples who came in 15 minutes after me got their orders the same time as mine. My food was horrible!! I got the spinach wrap which was not grilled and was full of spinach and not much else. I only took 2 bites. The side salad was nothing but a bunch of more spinach and 2 small pieces of tomatoes. The couple next to me both had a healthy looking side salad of mixed greens. The plate of food was left on the table uneaten except for 2 bites of the wrap and 2 bites of spinach salad. Wish I had taken a picture. I will NOT visit again!!! read more

The service is horrible. I told them my toddler was allergic to soy and proceeded to ask what the fries were fried in. The little blonde look at my blankly and said "i don't know." I asked if she could ask someone so she finally leaned over to the barista in a "this is so annoying" fashion to ask. The coworker said vegetable oil with the same blank face. So the blonde said "no soybean." I then ordered them. As I'm waiting for my food, I noticed the front employees looked like they could care less about their jobs and felt uneasy about my answer. I asked someone who seemed like maybe the manager (still not very friendly) to see the vegetable oil box and first ingredient was soy. I then told the blonde we'd need the food to go since there was nothing for my son to eat (he has extensive allergies). She looked at me blankly again and said "oh" and walked away. 35 min later the same girl comes out with our food on plates to eat in. My husband politely reminded her it was for to go. She didn't say anything, just turned around with a blank face and packaged it up to go. When we got to the car we opened up the food and turns out she gave us the wrong fries anyway with the sauce on them (we asked for all sauces on the side). I gave two stars because the food was good. Employee friendliness and knowledge is an absolute zero. Need to work on employee training of food and how to treat customers... could've been a medical emergency based on her answer regarding the oil. Scary! read more

I got the lemon blueberry ricotta pancakes. they looked pretty bad.. ihop has better food presentation. and they tasted AWFUL, like unflavored pancake batter with ricotta on top. 0 lemon flavor and very very little blueberry flavor. Even drowning it in pancake syrup couldn't save it. I also got a latte flight, which was cute, flavors were okay but I didn't finish any of these 4 sip iced lattes because they weren't that great. Even my husband's normal latte was subpar. I wanted to get a little dessert when we walked in but when we were done eating, I decided against it because it probably wouldn't taste good anyway. Huge disappointment. Won't be back. also the staff was pretty grouchy, which for a mostly self service place that's pretty ridiculous. Definitely timing and training issues here. After the last day of school (half day), we got there around lunch. Business was brink (seated diners) but we only had one person in front of us. We ordered something fairly simple. It took 30 mins from time on receipt to when we received our food. At the 20 min mark, I asked a worker if she could check on our order. She seemed stressed and asked to bear with them, as it's the lunch rush. Meanwhile the owner or manager was seated doing paperwork. It it's the lunch rush and they're that busy, she should have been monitoring ticket times and jumping in where needed (like on the kitchen line). I understand lunch rush can be busy, but at a typical table service restaurant, 30 mins to get food is the max time on a dinner rush. Maybe they're understaffed, etc. but lunch is when diners typically have a shorter lunch break - food should be rolling out in the 15-20 mins time frame. Don't come here for lunch, if you only have an hour break. read more
