Traditional breakfast. Waffle, fruit, turkey bacon and eggs.
Jewel E.

Met a friend here for brunch last weekend. It's located in a shopping center and as I approached the restaurant, it immediately gave South Beach/Miami vibes. The style of outdoor seating, decor, and color scheme were tropical and inviting. It's order first then find a seat. I was fortunate enough to find a seat after arriving around 10:45am. I ordered the coffee flight, so that I could take a table and wait for my friend. I was able to order the coffee flight with decaf and oatmilk. They did add whipped cream on top of each and it tasted like regular milk. It was fine! Once she arrived we went back to the counter and ordered using the same number. If ypu have anxiety, check out the menu in advance and write down your order. It's a lot of pressure to stand at the counter and order while there's a line behind you. I decided on the pancake flight and added sides of bacon and home fries. This place is halal so the bacon options were turkey and beef. My friend ordered the traditional breakfast with a waffle, turkey bacon and fruit. The food was delicious! The pancake flight was such a great. Each one unique and flavorful. I loved how small the home fries were diced. Don't expect crispy bacon, but it was still flavorful and harty. As was the coffee flight. The white chocolate raspberry was our favorite coffee, followed by the Biscoff. The Dubai chocolate and lavender ones were good, but the flavors were more subtle. Overall a great value for the money. The staff were attentive. After my visit, I received some information about some controversy a few months back. .If you're concerned about that, understood. If you want good food and a Miami like environment, go check them out.

This business is located in a large shopping plaza with other businesses so there is shared parking surrounding the restaurant. The restaurant is cute with nice decor and indoor & outdoor seating. You place your order at the counter and then your food is brought out to you. The cashier that I engaged with was pleasant. Unfortunately when I got my home fries they were not hot and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. Actually none of the food was hot but I only sent back the potatoes. The cashier was apologetic and brought new potatoes out a short time later. The potatoes and eggs were bland with no seasoning. The bacon was very fatty. The biscoff pancakes were the best thing on my plate. There is an up charge to get those with the sample platter.

My friends were looking for some place that had brunch and decided to give Pineapple Sol a try. It took us minute to find the place so just note it's on the lower level. If you park where the Whole Foods is it might be easier to find. I didn't catch the cashiers name but she was so bubbly and friendly. She made recommendations and even gave us some sample cheesecake bites at the end of our dining experience. I had the chicken and waffles and it was so delicious. I'm sad I didn't take a pic before devouring but trust me it was good. My friends ordered avocado toast, salad and a couple of mixed drinks and everyone was satisfied. There are tables inside as well as outside to eat. They also have a few photo ops with fun quotes on the wall. Overall good food and cozy vibes.

I stopped by Pineapple Sol Café in Cary and ordered an açaí bowl to go. The sanitation score posted was a 92, which already gave me pause. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't much better. It took a full 30 minutes to get my order. About 15 minutes in, a staff member brought out my bowl--but it wasn't in a to-go container. They had to take it back, and I assume remake it, because it was another 15 minutes before I finally received it. The bowl itself was tasty, but for the size, definitely overpriced. Overall, a disappointing experience that could be improved with better organization and timeliness.

I stopped in here with my son for brunch. They have pancake and French toast flights. Y'all I tried to convince him to share with me, but he declined. I def want to go back and try. The avocado toast was super filling especially with poached eggs. The atmosphere is super fun and upbeat. Love the decor. The service was quick and the food was on the table in no time.

My wife and I stumbled upon this gem of a place! We loved the atmosphere they have created and the breakfast bowl and avacado toast were very delicious! We also ordered the coffee flight that came with a lavender, Dubai chocolate, biscoff, and white chocolate raspberry flavors and they were all very tasty! The Dubai chocolate was our favorite! They can all be served either hot or iced. We went on 3/19/26 and I forgot to ask the young lady at the counter for her name but she was very friendly and helpful with the menu as she asked us if it was our first time. We will definitely be back!

Pancake Flight (Strawberry Cream, Cranberry Chip, & Red Velvet)

Small cafe located in a shopping center in Cary. We ordered and paid at the counter and an employee brought our food to our table. It took about 15 minutes from when we ordered at the counter to when we received it. I ordered the pancake flight and the monthly pancakes were red velvet, cranberry chip, and strawberry cream. They were good flavors, but I prefer my pancakes to be a bit softer/fluffier. The cafe was nicely decorated and very bright inside. There are a small number of tables inside and outside, but thankfully it wasn't too busy when we got there. I would've preferred to see the employees scrubbing the tables after customers got up to leave because there were quite a few crumbs/stickiness leftover from their meals. There's a ton of parking and shops in the area so this was a nice place to spend the morning!

Great little cafe. You prefer at the cashier desk and they'll bring you the food and drinks. Good portions. Good was made and served hot. Parking available in plaza. Playground located near/ behind.

Came here for Sunday brunch and really enjoyed the vibe. There was a bit of a wait to order since only one person was working the counter, but once we ordered, we found a table and our food arrived pretty quickly. The breakfast platter was tasty and the açaí bowl was the highlight--super fresh and flavorful. Overall, a great little brunch spot with a chill, aesthetic atmosphere. Would definitely come back!

I love the concept of having different flights for food and drinks and that's what pulled me in to this place. I don't know that I'd ever go back. I got the coffee flight and the only flavor that I finished was the cookie butter. The lavender tasted like soap, the Dubai chocolate was wayyy heavy on pistachio flavor, and the white chocolate raspberry was just off. I also got the pancake flight. The flavors were good but the texture of the pancakes was very strange. We thought they might be vegan or gluten free because of it. The chicken and waffles was okay but the flavor of the chicken was off. I don't think I will be coming back

French Toast Flight Biscoff, Nutella, Lemon Curd

This was my first time, trying Pineapple Sol. This establishment is tucked in what appears to be a busy shopping center. There is definitely a lot going on from people coming and going. Kids playing. Etc.... We went specifically to try the coffee flight . Like everything in life sounds good was not so good. But definitely an enjoyable experience. My favorite from the coffee was the lavender latte. It had great flavor. Not overly sweet. My favorite from the French toast flight was the lemon curd. I believe they told me there was honey on it as well. The kiwi and strawberry was fresh. The lemon curd had a subtle taste, not overpowering. Overall, this French toast was light and refreshing. Also not overly sweet. I have definitely eaten another one of those pieces. Multiple setting options inside and outside. Outside sitting area offered tables that were covered by umbrellas. Inside seating options, some of the tables were little close together, but overall nice atmosphere. Well decorated. Many choices to choose from. While we were there, there was always a line of people waiting to place an order. Definitely busy.

Throughout the years this place has slowly gotten worse but now the quality of food is terrible. It's beautiful on the inside and in a great location. But you can literally go anywhere else for better food and coffee. So disappointing.

I came for the bakery but stayed for the drink menu, which is huge -- milk teas, fruit teas, yogurt smoothies, sparkling teas, and a full coffee lineup. Overall, the little coffee shop is cute and has a little bit of outdoor seating which I liked but is expensive for being so mid in my opinion. I ended up paying almost $7 for a blueberry latte. Overall, my latte tasted like a regular latte, even though it did have a seasonal blueberry syrup added to it. I know that blueberry is very light in flavor compared to coffee so I asked for more than the allotted amount of syrup and their response was that they had a certain amount added to of syrups added. So I said ok thinking they would take that into consideration but when I got my coffee, guess the amount they added didn't matter because it tasted the same as a latte regular. Unfortunately, at the end of my coffee (like the last 20%) had what I assume to be bits of berry in it? The texture made me toss the remaining amount. With the high prices and the location right on a busy street / no parking I probably wouldn't be back but I did enjoy being about to sit outside under an umbrella and the service was nice / fast. All the stars would go to the servers and overall cleanliness honestly.
