My mom, who usually scoffs at fancy restaurants and their fancy prices, absolutely loved her $10 ginger sunrise juice drink (I made her get it) and said that her sweet corn eggs benedict ($19) was one of the best things she's ever eaten. Our server Julie did an amazing job taking care of our party, some of whom arrived on time and some of whom didn't. The 20% large party gratuity was well-earned. I loved that the restaurant being connected to the hotel meant that the lobby was a beautiful space for those of us who got there early to gather and for us to all chat before we went our separate ways. Many of us were enthralled by the Moët & Chandon vending machine in the lobby, as well as the super cool "fire in a glass box" art piece. I had the $19 chicken philly skillet, which was tasty, but my family members who got the $29 steak and eggs knew what they were doing. My husband, who is incredibly picky about bacon, thought his $6 side of bacon with his $18 buttermilk pancakes was perfectly cooked and not overly seasoned. Thinking about this family meal makes my heart smile. Thanks to the Corinne staff for making it delightful.

A fine place, but be ready to thin your wallet if you choose it! I wouldn't go again for that reason. I'd find another brunch spot where I can spend $100 or less. Which is still A TON for brunch!!! Restaurants complain so much about business, but then price it to the point where they get less business. What's gotta give? Hotels have the luxury of being more expensive since they have people staying & paying on the company dollar. But, I didn't pick the spot, and I got a bougiea$$ partner! Lol.

I had been wanting to try Panzano FOREVER and finally was able to book a reservation for restaurant week. We arrived early for our reservation so we were able to hang out in the bar for a few. I started my night with a tasty glass of prosecco. Who doesn't like prosecco?! For restaurant week, I was able to try the fried brussel sprouts--they came with pistachios, thinly sliced green apple and a maple type dressing. I think those were my favorite item. We also had the calamari. While it was good, it wasn't anything to talk about. With that said, does anyone do calamari outstanding? Probably not. Next up, salads. I had the spinach salad with green apple, gorgonzola and walnuts. The gorgonzola were these little light bits scattered around my plate. Not too little and not too much. My date ordered the caesar salad which had crispy capers and anchovies. The capers were great toasted, I think it mellowed them out a bit. On to the main course: He ordered the rabbit confit gnocchi, I opted for the Pastiche. I couldn't even finish my Pastiche as I wanted room for dessert. Not that the portion size was large. Both our entree dishes came in mini dutch oven type pots. I probably had two meatballs in there with a couple tortellini but it was plenty after all that food. For dessert he had the tiramisu and I opted for the chocolate creme brulee with salted caramel. The creme brulee was great, but I definitely preferred the tiramisu. Light, not soggy, perfect. Their wine list is impressive and we definitely indulged. Our service was great and I will definitely recommend Panzano to everyone and anyone. Thanks for making our night extra special! read more

Hotel dining is never my scene. I know it sounds so un-big city of me, but that is because typically in the second and third tier markets the best food is never found in hotels...not the case here. Panzano is excellent. Negatives - bathroom location Positives - just about everything else. I went with a boisterous...borderline obnoxious group of friends and the server handled us with not just a grin and bear it attitude, he managed to pretend he actually enjoyed our racous ways. The starter special was a burrata that was out of this world good. We also got the calamari and it was good. Cooked perfectly, but calamari just doesn't get me going like the burrata. Then the group ordered the bolognese, the scallops and the veal. Hmmm..how to rank them. Bologenese or Veal which to put first. They were both excellent. One of the best veal dishes I have had in Denver. But the bolognese is something I could crave on a cold day, a day after too much drinking or a day that I am just craving pasta. The noodles were perfectly al dente and covered in a rich sauce, layered with flavor. I was full half way through and continued to eat the entire bowl. If I would have been at home, I think I would have used my fingers to get every last bite of sauce. Elise Wiggins is a genius and I've heard rumors about her one day doing her own thing....I will follow her wherever she goes or stays. read more

My husband and I are never restaurant repeaters when we travel, but this restaurant converted us. Homemade pasta, incredible flavors, & excellent service left us craving more when it came time to pick our dinner spot for night two in Denver. The first night around we sat with Chris who took excellent care of us, especially considering we had landed in the city about an hour before sitting down and were squeezing in a nice meal before heading out to a concert. She was excellent. The second night, the staff remembered us and took extra special care of us - seating us at the chef's counter at the kitchen where we were given some additional bites and sips to experience on the house. You can tell the chef loves what he does and we enjoyed chatting with him intermittently throughout our meal. Everything we ordered tasted incredible from the appetizers to dessert. Their pasta and bread are all made in house and you can tell the difference. I especially loved the Ricotta Ravioli which was filled with an amazingly creamy cheese mixture and topped with a flavorful San Marzano tomato sauce. We also loved the Brussels sprouts which were perfectly crispy & topped with an apple cider reduction and julienned green apples. For anyone who loves fresh Italian food made with love, this place is a must visit. read more

Panzano's $70 4-course tasting presented a considered exploration of Italian flavors. It was a well-priced opportunity to sample a range of offerings and it presented good value for the quality. A $30 wine pairing option was available to enhance the meal. We arrived and were seated in the main dining room at a booth. Our server, Brian, was a notable asset to the experience. His recommendations for cocktails & desserts were accurate and well-received, demonstrating a good understanding of the menu and a helpful, efficient service style. The Chef's 4-course tasting menu came with an Antipasti, Primi, Secondi, & Dolci dishes. The meal began with a Panzanella salad (Antipasti course), a balanced mix of textures and flavors, featuring kale, squash, and a pleasant tang from the sherry vinaigrette. The pasta course (Primi course), with options like wild boar Bolognese and sausage orecchiette, provided hearty & satisfying dishes. The Secondi course, Seared Pork Tenderloin main was cooked precisely. The dessert selection (Dolci course), particularly the Butterscotch Pudding, was a highlight! A well-paced, thoughtfully prepared Italian meal in Denver, Panzano delivered. The classic dishes were executed with care, and the attentive service by Brian, allowed the food to take center stage. read more

Panzano is a gem in the heart of downtown Denver, offering a refined yet welcoming take on modern Italian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, the warm, elegant atmosphere sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. The menu is thoughtful and beautifully executed, blending classic Italian flavors with a creative twist. Standouts include the house-made pastas, which are fresh, perfectly cooked, and paired with rich, flavorful sauces. The seasonal offerings show a real attention to detail, and the quality of the ingredients shines through in every dish. The gluten-free options are impressive as well -- they don't feel like an afterthought, but rather crafted with the same care as the rest of the menu. Service at Panzano is outstanding. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about the food and wine. Their recommendations -- whether for a wine pairing or a dessert -- consistently hit the mark. The cocktail program deserves a special mention too: inventive, balanced, and well worth exploring if you're in the mood for something beyond the typical. Whether you're in town for business or looking for a special night out, Panzano is a top choice. It strikes that rare balance of being both sophisticated and truly comfortable. Highly recommended. read more

First off let me say that for the previous 3 years, I was raving about how good Panzano was. Each of the last 3 years whilst on a Colorado ski trip, we made sure to visit at least once, it was that good. We ate from the lunch menu, the dinner menu and the happy hour menu. All were amazing with my all time favorite being the Lamb Ragu. Roll on to Feb 2017, we visit Panzano for the happy hour menu on our last day in Denver. Immediately upon studying the menu, I sensed a red flag. For a start the amazing papparadelle pasta with the lamb ragu was replaced with a ragu and beans served with toast. Between the 4 of us we each ordered 3 of the dishes including the "new" ragu dish. The new ragu dish was like a watery bean soup, it lacked even basic seasoning. I questioned our waitress as to what happened to the old ragu and was told that they had a new chef. The new ragu tasted like it came out of a can, i'm sure it didn't but it may as well have. Sorry Panzano you are struck off my list and we will do some research and find a significantly better establishment next year. read more

Ate dinner here with a couple of my gal friends and it had been about 10 years at least since The last time and just got reminded why I loved it so much the first time. You guys this place is a must try! It was simply amazing; from the service, ambiance and the most delicious food! I wasn't a fan of having to pay for a bread basket (Italian restaurant, shouldn't have to pay for it) but man their food is freaking delicious. I had the venison (night special), was scared at first cause I had never had venison before, but I love steak, so I gambled. I literally asked the waiter how often they have this special. It tasted AMAZING! Melt in your mouth meat and the flavors of the purée just was perfection. Had all my friends try it (one of them loved venison so her opinion was important) and she agreed that it was the best she's ever had. It came with some cauliflower purée which was smooth , citrusy and so freaking good. Paired amazing with a side of their Parmesan risotto I ordered. Not cheap but so worth it. I loved this place. I came here on Sunday night with friends for a lovely delicious dinner. Our server, Maggie, was the only down point (and the reason for the lack of stars in the otherwise wonderful evening). Three times members of our party went to the bathroom and saw her on her cell phone and/or playing Sudoku and we all stopped realizing why she was so inattentive to us (we waited for her to ask for more bread, if we could get more tapenade, and later, for our check - for everything - and she would just disappear and leave us sitting there like idiots). It was such a shame because everything else was terrific, the food, the drinks and the atmosphere, we would definitely be back (without this waitress, of course). read more

One of our favorite restaurants in Denver has fallen from grace. Reality is they miss their chef, Elise Wiggins. In our first visit back to Panzano since her departure, we found a changed and uninspired menu. Pasta lacked flavor, risotto was undercooked and lacked seasoning, a dry aged steak was smothered in a thick, sweet sauce. The meal was a flop. The brunch drink menu is small but nice - the espresso martinis really went down well with some of the group. Today I had the Breakfast Quesadilla, which I thought was great - though while most of their plates are a reasonable size, this thing was HUGE. Maria and I could have split it and still had leftovers. Two others at the table ordered it and said it was "special" and "delicious". A great thing about Edge is that they offer a meat-alternative breakfast sausage (Impossible) which I subbed into my quesadilla. They have added a buffet sometime in the last couple of years, and it is not your typical hotel buffet. My grandson did it today and had a great meal. It looked really delicious - my only issue was the meager fresh fruit selection (when I looked, anyway) but it is almost winter... The Country Fried Steak was really enjoyed by my son-in-law. The dining room is better than hotel-standard. Open, light, and airy. We have also hit the bar for drinks and apps after other shows, and it is a pleasant place to hang. They will validate your ticket for the hotel valet parking, which makes it price-competitive with other parking options while being very easy. And the valets are also great.

I also had a glass of Cabernet that paired nicely with the meal. Service was the letdown, though. It took 20-30 minutes just to get a glass of wine, and then I was brought the wrong salad, so I ended up waiting even longer while the rest of my table was already digging into their appetizers. To their credit, the manager was gracious about it and comped us a couple of desserts. Given that the restaurant wasn't particularly busy that night, the slow service was hard to overlook. I'd consider going back for the food, but I'm hoping it was an off night rather than the norm.

The bartender had a gift of figuring out the best cocktail for our taste and preferences. we had the duck radiatore, which was good, but the bean sauce it was in was a bit odd. Maybe it was the texture? It all tasted good though. The beet salad with goat cheese was divine. Great wine list, easy to get in, and close to the DCPA.

We made a reservation well ahead of time without really knowing what to expect. The parking situation was pain in the butt. There is supposedly valet, but there was a big line and we opted for parking in a ramp and walked the rest of the way. We arrived for our reservation, so I sat at the bar and ordered a drink. They have some very unique offerings that I tried with my group, most of which were very tasty. When it was time to sit down, we were moved to a large table set up for around 20 people in the middle of the restaurant. It wasn't very busy, so it was not too loud. Our server was amazing. She tended to our very silly group with humor and grace. Since we were a large group - we quite literally ordered tons of items and shared. The food was all good - the most notable to me were these delicious peppers.

'Twas the night before Boulderthon, and 'tis my merry tradition to carb-load the eve before a race. I booked an indoor reservation for 6:45 PM on Saturday, about two evenings beforehand. They started us off with bread and what I believe was an olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixture. Be aware that there is a bread service fee per person, which seemed to be around $2 each. For my salad, I got the Spinaci: baby spinach, toasted almonds, orange segments, goat cheese, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette. Really nice combination. For my entrée, I chose the Tonnarelli Cacio e Pepe e Tartufo, which I had already decided on before arriving. It came with Roman-style egg spaghetti, pecorino, black pepper, and black truffle sliced tableside. The server actually shaved the truffle onto the dish right in front of me when it arrived, which was a nice touch. The pasta was very creamy and cheesy, although this version of cacio e pepe was different from others I've had before. I'm used to a thicker or more tubular pasta, while this was much thinner and spaghetti-like. Because of that, it wasn't quite my favorite version flavor-wise, but it was still pretty good -- and surprisingly filling despite the portion looking somewhat small. Others at the table ordered the Rigatoni con Salsiccia with spicy Italian sausage, and I tried some of that as well. It was creamy, filling, and very tasty. They also ordered an extra side of Fettuccine Alfredo. Overall, the food was pretty good and the interior had a nice atmosphere. We did have to wait about 5-10 minutes past our reservation time for the table to be ready, but nothing major. Parking, on the other hand, was a nightmare and nearly made us 15 minutes late -- but what can you do on a Saturday evening in Denver? Overall, Venice was a really nice experience, and both my family and I enjoyed it. I'd happily come back if I'm visiting Denver or Colorado again. I went on to run my half marathon the next morning. This time I had intentionally chosen a vegetarian pre-race dinner just to experiment with whether it worked better for me than eating meat. I'm not convinced it did, so next time I may go for that spicy sausage rigatoni instead and continue the highly scientific carb-loading research. Last visited: September 26, 2026

I had the steak frites. The first time I asked for medium and it was well done. The second time I got the right temp delivered, but it didn't help the lack of seasoning or the bland sauce. The fries were hot and crisp both times. I think it would have been smarter for me to try the spicy vodka rigatoni, the hot honey glazed salmon, or the burger, or even the herb marinated chicken sandwich. It's totally on me for not trying something new. All of their drinks were decent. The margaritas were classic. The Girl with the Red Balloon (Titos, ginger, clarified lemon, grapefruit seltzer) was refreshing and not too sweet. The High and Dry (gin, aperitivo, elderflower liqueur, orange blossom, cava, grapefruit) was dark and moody and savory. Service both times was attentive. The restaurant itself is open and has tall, broad windows and modern decor. This is a good hotel food option, but I would just avoid the steak frites.
