Most amazing food I've had outside of Italy. The gluten free veal scalopini was melt-in-your-mouth heavenly. The service was also superb. Dimetri and the staff took excellent care of us. Great wine and spirits list as well with a good grappa selection and authentic Italian deserts like handmade cannoli and tiramisu and did I mention the chocolate torte Capri also Gluten Free!! read more

Not worth the price. Food was ok, nothing great. Bartender was nice and took good care.

The waiter made it seem like we were in Europe. No rushing to take the order. We had a leisurely dinner over 2 1/2 hours with nice breaks between each course. The good was great. read more

Awesome food and service! Quality of food and attention to sustainability is amazing! Baker deserves 6 stars!

The service here is amazing. The wait staff was friendly and very accommodating. The chef even came out to our table to discuss our special request. A wonderful dining experience! read more

Had a lunch meeting here in their private room. Excellent space for working meetings with a nice big table and AV. They offer a power lunch option on the menu that is the perfect portion for lunch at a great price. Service is always excellent here. read more

The food was fabulous and the wait staff just as excellent. I'm considering marrying the chef.

Great happy hour, had some wonderful food for a great price. The HH lets you sample the regular menu without the high prices. Good wines and beer selection also. Only gripe was that after tipping the bartendress (we ate at the bar) 15% she would not make eye contact with me. Did she think she is entitled to 20%? Sorry, I am not one of the rich clients who drop money like nothing. Her service was good no complaints there. read more

To echo what others have said, best happy hour I've been to in a long time! I would highly recommend trying the R and R cocktail, the combination of raspberry and rosemary was absolutely delicious. The $5 small plates were the perfect sample of their amazing food without breaking the bank. Loved sitting at the pastry bar, Sarah was SUPER entertaining. Our server, Nate was really fun and goofy, he made even made explaining the menu an enjoyable, fun experience. Thanks to the great prices, excellent food, and the great staff, I will absolutely be coming back for happy hour and would eventually like to give the formal dining experience a try. read more

I have been here twice and it is fabulous! I came once for a work dinner and had the full dining experience with a nice bottle of wine, appetizers, dinner and dessert. The food and service were both wonderful. I came back for Happy Hour with a friend and I was shocked and not only how great the atmosphere was, but how affordable and reasonable the drinks and food specials were. I am looking forward to trying their brunch as well. This place is totally worth it. If you can't afford a nice dinner, do happy hour. It's the same experience! read more

Panzano is delicious. I have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here on separate occasions when I have been in town for business. They never disappoint and you just cannot resist the fresh baked bread. The staff is fantastic and very attentive. Would highly recommend. read more

I was very disappointed Panzanos. Staff has an attitude -- rude hostess on Wednesday nite. Food was good but overpriced. Very slow waiter service. I think the staff and mgmt needs to review their approach and quit "thinking" they are better than they are. read more

In town for a conference, our hotel recommended Panzano. From the warm welcome to the outstanding service to delicious food, it was a wonderful dining experience. The server offered very helpful suggestions and was attentive but not intrusive, and even the hostess came to see how we were doing. Our special thanks to Jose, our server extraordinaire! read more

Went for our anniversary. Had a lovely meal. Highlights were the Brussels sprouts, kale salad, scallops, pastiche, and earl grey tea cake dessert. Cocktails could use a little more imagination and flavor. Some of the best service we have ever had for sure. A little disappointed by the fried squash blossom appetizer. If you can't see the squash blossom it loses a little bit of class and while good, it was basically just melty cheese and red sauce. I was hoping for more :( Scallops, however, were perfectly done and tasted fabulous. I would enjoy going here again. read more

Brussel sprouts were top notch. Scallops were prepared well though the presentation was a little burdensome to battle through. Helpful, friendly bar staff. Overall - impressive hotel restaurant. read more

Love this place for Sunday brunch. The bottomless mimosas are the best! Lot's of juice choices, prosecco, and the food is wonderful!

This place was amazing! We went during happy hour on a Saturday and sat at the bar. The bartender was soo nice and helpful!! I cant remember his name but he was a very nice bald gentlemen. He recommended the brussel sprouts on the app list OMG soo good! He ever gave us the receipt to try and make our selves. We will for sure be coming back! read more

This is not your average hotel restaurant!!!! Absolutely fabulous. We frequent Denver a lot and this is now one of our favorite places! Brussels sprouts, grilled Cesar salad, and grouper were absolutely wonderful! read more

Terrific contemporary Italian. Wonderful Brussels sprout appetizer. Fantastic service from Dimitri. Ambience might be 4 but otherwise 5 for food and service. read more

Good but not great- some things were great but too many dishes were just ok. The Brussel sprout app was FANTASTIC as was the mascarpone tortellini. The ragu pasta and carbonara was good. The gargenelli pasta was just ok and the pumpkin gnocchi was inedible. Very good service but overall it's not on my list of places to come back to. read more

Excellent ambiance, great wine list and cocktails! Superb service and amazing grilled romaine salad. If I had one less than stellar comment, the gnocchi was good, not great. Appeared to be homemade dough, but not hand formed; probably pressed through a large ricer, and a tad salty. My husband's scallops were amazing! I'd still go back in a heartbeat! read more

Excellent dinner. Sat at the bar and Jodi was great. Recommended a great wine to go with the lamb ragu. I didn't think I was hungry and ate every bit. The pasta is great and the sauce and lamb are perfectly savory. The tapenade that comes out with the bread is excellent too. read more

Staying in Denver we lucked out randomly walking into Panzano. We sat at the bar area looking into the kitchen. Not only was the food delicious but the chefs were AMAZING. They recommended what we should order and their recommendations were correct. And watching them cook and prepare the food was quite an entertaining show. I can honestly say it was the best Italian food I have ever had! If I return to downtown Denver i will be sure to return to Panzano. read more

This was a wonderful meal. As a San Franciscan, I can say that eating out in other cities rarely meets my standard. Even for me, the food at Panzano was delicious. I was there with 5 friends, 3 vegetarian and 1 gluten free, and all of us really enjoyed the food. We had brussels sprouts, mushroom crepes, and fig crostini as appetizers.I had scallops for my entree- perfectly cooked and paired with fragrant risotto with porcini mushrooms, pancetta, and truffle oil. portions were generous. Our waiter Jose was completely delightful. When he learned we were old friends meeting in Denver from all over the country, he brought out prosecco for the table, as well as two different desserts for the two birthday girls at the table. read more

I normally don't give 5 stars, but the food was really good, which is a 4, but the server, Jose, made the experience fantastic. He was on point. read more

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. The food was delicious and unique. Staff very attentive and our waiter Demitri very good. The mushroom crepes were outstanding as was their salad with peaches and fresh shaved Parmesan. Nice ambiance too. You can sit at the bar and watch the chefs cook for a more relaxed meal. Outstanding food and service. Too full for dessert! read more

We stayed at Hotel Monaco and ate here several times. We had dinner one night and breakfast another time. All food was very good with quick service. read more

Ate here twice on business trip. Adequate but not outstanding. Seafood stew was over cooked (2 orders both overcooked). Host was rude, most servers were excellent. read more

Just did a culinary tour. This place rocks. Highly recommend

great energy and awesome food. Not the same old Italian food you get at the other restaurants. The staff is fantastic

Amazing food! The atmosphere is great and the service is impeccable. I would definitely recommend this place. Get the Brussels sprouts appetizer. read more

I love Italian food and this place does not disappoint! Their happy hour is great - a nice place to unwind after work in a casually elegant location with a great cocktail menu. I would highly recommend this place as a place for great drinks & great Italian food! read more

On vacation in Denver and we stayed at the Kimpton. The food is TGIF at best. Frankly a chain class restaurant with high aspirations that its food and unprofessional wait staff do not meet. Don't bring children here. The rude wait staff will make you regret it. But maybe that is me. I live in NYC and our somewhat decent food spots don't make a big deal out of that. read more

While my wife, daughter and son in law had a very nice meal, mine wasn't. I ordered one of the specials of the day, a steak. At $40 I was expecting a very nice steak. Unfortunately first my steak was a thin piece of meat that arrived overcooked, the second one was cooked as requested, but it was a very bad cut, greasy and grizley. Of course by this time everyone had already finished their meals, so I didn't bother sending it back. Bottom line the restaurant does not deliver the quality meal and service that I would expect for the prices that they charge. read more

The pistachi and brussel sprouts are a must try

We have been here twice (have only been to Denver twice) and have loved it both times. If we ever come back to Denver again, we will make sure that we come here again. We have had so much fun here and the food is wonderful! read more

We visit Panzano once a year while attending a conference. Last night was the best meal there EVER. The calamari were perfectly prepared and the spicy aioli made the appetizer pop! Grilled Caesar salad was tasty and well crafted. The main course, grilled yellowtail with roasted golden beets and a goat cheese croquette was memorable and satisfying. Tiramisu and coffee to finish. YUM. and to top it off fabulous service and attention to detail. We'll be back next year! read more

I've been to Panzano's a few times. Happy Hour is great, but went for dinner last night and it was horrible... The service was awesome, but bad food. Pasta was hard and the rest of the food was barely warm. Maybe Tuesday is a bad night to go. My wife and I were very disappointed, especially because our other experiences were great. I'll think twice about going back. read more

Wow! Food was amazing and the service was quite possibly the best I have ever had anywhere. Laurie Lees was our server and she really knew her stuff. The food was unique and every step of the way the dishes were explained in way that made the dining experience really fun. Absolutely take the suggested wine pairings and you won't be disappointed. On a side note the chef stopped by our table as well. I can only hope everyone gets the treatment we did! I will definitely be going back. read more

We went to Panzano for our first anniversary, and had a fantastic experience. My husband had the pastiche, and I had the garganelli con pollo, and both were absolutely delicious. The service was great--attentive but not intrusive--and the whole night was lovely. They even gave us some bubbly on the house, which was a nice little surprise! Thanks for a wonderful anniversary! We'll be back for sure! read more
