I was blown away about how very nice everyone was at the counter in explaining the process of how it works in building your own pizza. You can do one of the pre-determined pizza styles and add on to it, or start one of your own. You can pick your pizza sauce pick all your topping about 50 or more of them to choose from. Then they put your pizza in a brick oven and it is cooked to perfection. Not a lot of doe here nice and thin crest that complements your topping choices. You can try it eat your massive pizza there, and if you can't finish it they give you a pizza box to take it home with you. You can also get it to go, or call-in a order for pick-up. They do have salads and vegetarian type pizza too. Located next to Torches Tacos where toll 130 and toll 45 meet up. Go early to beat the line, but the line does moves very fast. Ate once and the pizza was awesome. Second time (recently) ordered online for delivery and in my haste for a delicious pizza, I inadvertently left a number out in my address. 1 hr later, no pizza. I called Mod Pizza and they said Favor had delivered my pizza. They had my cell, name of the Apts. and it's a short street an the only thing on the street is the apt complex. Second call to Mod they assured me they'd resend the pizza. An hour later, I receive a text saying they were issuing a credit to my credit card and could Not deliver a pizza because they would have to pay Favor again to deliver another order to my correct address. This is my 2nd time coming to MOD in Pville. Our 1st Time here was good. Service was good. Food was awesome! This time around service was awful! No one talked, no one smiled they all looked like they wanted to die... it was horrible. Food wasn't as good, they definitely left our pizza in the oven way too long it wasn't just crispy it was burnt VERY black. The people in line behind us actually got their food before us. Ours was sitting at the front our name was never called. The beverage station wasn't stocked, no lids to be found. Parmesan & pepper: none to be found AND all were empty. Our chocolate shake came out half full in the cup and not even mixed, the clumps of syrup were on the bottom. On top of that the restroom had NO soap & very little toilet paper to make it by. Customer service needs to be fixed. I don't care what anyone says if you're in an industry like this (I work in a food industry) you should be a little happier until you clock out. Walked through the door to dirty tables and over flowing trash, stood in a 8 person line for roughly 20 minutes watching the staff, who had no aprons and some weren't wearing gloves. The risk for hair in food was high with only bandanas holding back long hair. The kitchen floor was covered with dirty dishes and wire pizza racks. The same racks that the food is prepared on. The customer service was a all time low, no smiles, no friendly words, no real customer service really. Just service. The pizza was decent and made up for a small fraction of the poor service and presentation. My recommendation is to have the staff follow correct food safety protocol and hire people who will have the energy to give a experience that MOD perceives. It's also my birthday today. read more

This place needs a management wake up call! We went there on a weeknight around 8, and there were about 4 people in line in front of us. When it was our time to order, my husband asked if they could change their gloves to make my pizza, since I have an allergy. One staff member loudly asked 'how allergic are you??', and when I looked at her like she was crazy she said 'I mean, like are you REALLY allergic?'. Lord. Anyways, our pizza took about 20 minutes, which was crazy to me. During our wait, we tried to find a clean table, but they were all dirty so we cleaned one ourselves. In the 20 minutes we waited, we saw at least 5 people come up to complain that their order was wrong, and there were about as many people standing around waiting for their to-go pizzas with visible scowls. One lady checked on her to-go order, and they told her it had been just sitting there for 15 minutes because she never picked it up. She was 5 feet away from the pick up area, and in her defense, we couldn't hear any of the names being called because the music was so loud. They offered nothing to her to make up for the issue, and when she asked if her pizza was cold she was told 'yeah, probably', and the staff person walked away. We sat and watched one of their specialty drink dispensers sit empty, and when a customer asked a staff member if they could refill it, he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't know how to do it, went and asked someone else and they were too busy, so he went back out to the dining room without refilling it or talking to the customer again. They had EIGHT people on staff that I could see, and I've never seen such a disorganized group of employees. They need some leadership here. The food itself is average - fine ingredients and options. I've been to several MOD locations before, and I really liked those - I don't know what is happening at this location, but it was a terrible experience all around. read more

This place is pretty good. Their pizza is definitely better than Mr. Gatti's or Pizza Hut and the regular pizza chains. However I will say that sometimes when I've been there the tables are not always clean. There is trash on the tables such as straw wrappers and utensil wrapping and even crumbs from the food. Which Is unsanitary being that we are still in a pandemic. So the employees need to do a better job at keeping the tables clean in between customers. Because I've also seen other customers wipe their nose and mouth with their hands and touch the table. So yeah, keep the tables clean guys!!! read more

I need gluten free crust for an allergy, first and second person changed gloves but I needed to ask them to wash the metal pan/tray. No one else on the line changed gloves and the paper was not placed underneath so the now clean pan can pick up flour from previously made pizzas. Wait time was greater than 10 minutes and my pizza came out almost an additional 8 minutes after my husbands. I make it a habit of not dining out in Mother's day and today confirmed why! My daughter and I decided to check out Mod Pizza because we have both heard great things. Welll... the staff is the rudest and extremely unfriendly. They mixed up pizzas as they were coming out of the oven and gave my daughters to someone else and then they preceded to drop it in the floor Took 40 minutes to remake and when me(mom) went in to find out what was taking so long I asked young girl pulling pizzas out of oven where my daughters pizza was and she rolled her eyes at me and said "I have no idea". We just went today, The pizza was good I like it, kind of crunchy, so it was nice. On the other hand the girls from the salad/meat bar had an awful attitude. The first one (in charge of the meat) not only didn't smile, she actually threw the ham into the pizza like she was mad that we asked for it, the second one (in charge of the veggies) not friendly at all, they never said hi, thank you or anything that give you the idea of good customer service. When I got up there my pizza was sitting there but they never called my name so I had no idea my pizza was ready. There was no Parmesan cheese I had to literally go and ask them to refill one of the shakers and instead they gave me a box of Parmesan packets and said take as many as you want. I usually go to the one off 51st st. I see people complaining about toppings, if you want more all you have to do is ask. I usually get extra sauce and make sure that I get plenty of toppings. You can see the pizza as they make it, so if you are not satisfied speak up. The employees are always courteous and willing to get it right the first time. The BlackBerry lemonade is awesome.
