I can't get over how consistently good their pizza is. We have ordered about 7x now and it's always fantastic. They're generous with their toppings, the pizza, pizzolis and other items are always fresh and hot and it doesn't feel like a "normal" pizza place - more higher end flavors such as a more complex and less sweet sauce and cup pepperoni (and regular also). Very disappointed in this place. Ordered online and was "promised" delivery at a specific time, while I give a grace period-30 minutes over is not ok. Even called to ask where it was and was told they only had one driver and he had just gotten back. If you don't have the staff to deliver a time then don't offer it. That being said the pizza was delicious-one had been thrown around a bit more than the other but taste wise they were good. We tried to give feedback on their website but it doesn't work. My review is similar to the others. They're food is AMAZING! I really don't like all the other run-of-the-mill pizza delivery places (Pizza Hut, Domino's, etc.) But, Marcos' pizza, sandwiches, wings, EVERYTHING is delicious! They have good pizza, and also have tables so you can eat there, or takeaway as you like. My only issue is that they occasionally get the ingredients wrong. Pizza is good most of the time, they can do a better job at paying attention to the small details like if customer orders light cheese on their pizza. Another issue is their website, there is no email contact and they have no rewards program even though they claim to have one. I've made several purchases since they opened and my app shows my order history and points earned, yet rewards show 0 points. Wow. The lack of communication and effort at this place is astounding. I don't like leaving back reviews and I typically won't unless it's just awful. Ordered online for delivery initially and when checking out it said it would be half the amount of time and $9 cheaper to pick up so we decided to do that. Pizza was supposed to be ready for pickup at 8:05. It is 9:14pm currently and they just informed me my pizza Order was skipped and they never even started to make it. This is after going up and speaking to them about an ETA 3 times and them telling me it was almost done. How is a pizza almost done if you never even started it? Now for the review: To be honest we weren't expecting much from this little shopping center pizza joint however it's a mile away from us and we were lazy and starving so we tried it. First time it was great but maybe we were just starving. Now 27 orders later it's one of our favorite thin crust pizza places in town lol. It's nothing special or fancy if you're looking for unique. However if you want a SUPER affordable pizza with traditional toppings, this place has yet to let us down. We literally eat it at least twice a week on last minute meals. I am closer to the Hutto location but would order from the other on Dessau, not knowing there was one closer, and had to drive to pick-up which was not close. They do not deliver to my area near Lake Pflugerville. I ordered an original extra-large (I freeze leftovers) with pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, olives, and red onions. It was really, really good. The delivery was within the timeframe promised and delivered hot. For a pizza delivery chain, I must say that Marco's Pizza is the best tasting compared to Pizza Hut, Domino's, Papa John's, and Little Caesars. I've never had Marco's Pizza until recently and definitely regret not having tried them out sooner. We ordered The Deluxe, Hawaiian Chicken, and Pepperoni Magnifico. All of them tasted great. I did worry about the service and delivery process after reading some of the reviews for this specific location, but our order was delivered 5 minutes before our given ETA. So absolutely no complaints there. Everything was delivered correctly as well. My only complaint is that the food was so good, that I ate 6 slices and was out of commission for the rest of the night. Definitely check out Marco's Pizza if you haven't yet. Not quite the quality of a place like Pinthouse Pizza or or Home Slice, but definitely better than the rest of the pizza chains available. read more

Went for dinner on 3/16/18 We ordered a large thin crust Pepperoni and Sausage pizza. We had perfect weather outside so we decided to enjoy the evening while we waited. The place was really busy but they said it would only take between 20 to 25 minutes. The pizza arrived right at the 20 minute mark. It looked great as shown in my pictures and tasted way better. I have been to two locations now and this is by far our new favorite. When I was looking for this place on yelp as I heard it was opened I could not believe the first review and the ridiculous picture of something resembling a burnt pizza. In the world we live in today the only way I can explain that picture would be FAKE NEWS. No way a new establishment would let a product go out to a customer looking that bad. Not sure what the agenda of that lady was but she should be removed from the site. Funny thing was it looked like they ate most of it. I would give 5 stars but I finally gave this place a try after living in this area since 2005. The first time the pizza was magnificent. It was fresh and hot and tasted amazing. The second time it was old , re-heated , dry and sub-par. How can you even justify that level of cheapness to tarnish your brand ? If I order again and it's unlike the first time , I will be not ordering from this place again since there are plenty of other pizza places like dominoes and little Caesars which are better than when Marcos pizza is served re-heated. read more

I hadn't tried Marco's before, but we were in the area, killing time before a family photo shoot on a Saturday evening and needed to grab a snack. We tried the medium thin-crust heart-shaped pizza, and it was just right for my family of four. The kids like their cheese pizza and gave this a great review. I also liked that I could easily order via app. I stopped into the store to pick up, and they appeared to be slammed with business, so I thought I would order a couple sodas and wait. The owner didn't even charge me for the drinks, and he took the time to open the door for me. That meant a lot to see him care for customers, despite obviously being really busy. Of course they had some light traffic a this is a new restaurant. This just opened up near me, and I wanted to try it. The atmosphere was nice and all the workers were too as well as attentive. Even though there was a wait, they were still quick. These are the only reason that they receive two stars. Taste- I've had better pizza. I couldn't even find the words to describe how the pizza tasted. I was not impressed and will not be returning. It doesn't help some parts were burnt! It was a waste of my money. They also made what was supposed to be a large pizza a medium, but they tried to mask their mistake by putting it in a large box. Marco's lost a long-time customer tonight. As if their high prices weren't bad enough, today I ordered a pizza for delivery. When the doorbell rang I was in the next room waiting for it and I went immediately to answer it. The delivery person had left my food ON THE GROUND and hightailed it out of there by the time I walked six feet to the door. i saw the backside of them as they practically ran off. This is NOT DoorDash, and pizza should always be delivered in hand unless you ask for contact-free, which I did not. If I had, I would have put a chair out for the food. If you are going to order from here DO NOT pre-tip. I have called three times since my pizza was literally dropped off and no one even bothers to answer the phone at this Marco's. My first trip to Marco's and it was much better than any other fast food pizza delivery place I've been too and the prices are competetive. The website is a little clunky and it says they dont deliver to me even though I'm 3 miles away. They have a really good topping selection and they definitely dont skimp. The cheese was the most impressive part though. I'll be back. Service and employees were very nice and welcoming and my order was ready faster than the estimated time. Thin crust white sauce tasted just like my dominos usual, in a good way, with way more toppings. Regular crust was pretty good. I decided to try this place, cause I always observe this location on my commute from Austin to Hutto and I was really disappointed, I had got a pepperoni pizza and pepperoni bowl, the pepperoni pizza barely had toppings on it, and was nasty, and the pizza bowl, just had burnt pepperoni slices, really just the slices, no vegetables or sauce or cheese, nothing , and the pepperoni slices were not tasty at all. It pains me to give a 2 star review, especially to a business we frequent but in hopes of seeing improvement here I sit and type. Consistency is important to me and they have zero. It has been the best pizza I've ever had before and the absolute worst that we had to toss. I feel this has happened over time as well, in the last 6 months it has been the worst. It's like pizza roulette when we order delivery just waiting to see what we get. Problem here is we may be spike heroin addicts, the first time was SO good that we keep chasing that high. The cheese was amazing, the crust was perfection and all of the dip options always tickle my senses. But sadly here on out we will choose only to order when it's a school function from here on out. Today we ordered around 6:15, pizza arrived at 7:45 and was trash. It was obvious it had been ready for quite some time and was sitting there lonely longing for us to enjoy it before it's slow death under the heat lamp.
