I hadn't heard of this chain until it moved in nearby and everyone started raving about it. Glad I got to try it out for the first time. I ordered the Classic Carol and their newest seasonal flavor, the Greek Goddess. I added a side of their broccoli salad as well. The chicken salads were pretty good and packed a TON of flavor. That first bite was surprising and almost overwhelming. I had expected to taste the crunch of the celery in the classic, but couldn't even tell that any was in there. The Greek also did not seem to have the feta flavor that I was hoping for. The broccoli salad is sweet and I prefer savory, so I let somebody else in my family enjoy that side. I thought the addition of the crackers was so thoughtful as for sides you can get a scoop or two of another flavor of chicken salad or you can try the pimento cheese. A delicious treat! Located on the corner of Limestone Commercial Drive and Stone Hill Drive within walking distance of the Chili's Grill. Right upon entry, you are warmly greeted with a smile and friendly service. There are many various flavors of chicken salads with options for it to be served as a single scoop or with a croissant. I opted for the Jalapeno Holly on a croissant with an added side scoop of the Kickin' Kay Lynne. Both hit the spot and was very tasty! I've heard about this chain in the past but this is the first location in my area, so it's exciting to check out such an interesting concept. As you might have guessed it revolves around their chicken salad which comes in almost a dozen varieties, some of which are surprisingly unique. Trying new flavors of favorite foods and drinks is kind of my thing, so I really love their imaginative creations. You can always go for the classic which is just what you imagine with the quality dialled up with their savory spice blend, but my favorites were things like basil lemon which adds some brightness. You can also try buffalo sauce chicken salad, bacon ranch chicken salad, many with fruit and nuts, and all kinds of others with seasonal rotating creations always adding to the variety. Most options for a meal revolve around sandwiches, with some soups and sides to include. I loved the ability to order a croissant instead of bread, but was extremely disappointed that the croissant is pretty bread-like anyway. But the chicken salad was wonderful and since you can substitute a scoop of chicken salad for your side and you can add a second scoop for $2 to make it a trio, I got to try three flavors in one sitting, which is too much food but very enjoyable. While you can quickly grab their chicken salad in refrigerated deli containers by the registers if you're taking things to go, their cafe interior is a nice place for a meal too. There are plenty of tables and the decoration is a classy country chic. And everybody who served me during the visit was incredibly friendly and nice, so it's a welcoming place to be. This young black girl whose name started with an A helped me (I forgot her name, I apologize). It was my first time there so I was unsure what to get.
