today I took advantage of my birthday reward. online I ordered the number six veggie sandwich at hot peppers, onions oregano, and I requested that it be cut in half . My sandwich was ready when I arrived shortly after placing the order , a fair amount of toppings were on my sandwich (most of the time it's hard to find an onion or the avocado as I do feel they add the toppings scarcely most of the time. ) I did feel that my sandwich bread was very thin (width wise). I'm not sure if they're slim sandwiches come on a thinner serving of bread but it did seem extremely thin today, even though I did not order the slim sandwich. Staff was busy when I walked in, but I was still greeted. I got my sandwich and left. Ate it at home. Customer service. Called in an order because the website wasn't working. The guy taking the order didn't understand so I had to repeat myself many many times! Of course the order was wrong. Called again and they had to remake some food. Manager delivered and was rude, not well groomed either. My staff said the food didn't taste good so we ended up throwing it away and went to Jersey mikes!!! Needless to say won't be eating here again nor my 30+ coworkers. Gotta love anything my boys not only like but ask to eat! We have been here a couple of times and I have to say the staff has always been GREAT! Very nice not only to me but my kids too. My oldest son just loves the turkey and cheese... but that's it... nothing else... yeah seriously just plain. My other boy likes the same but with mayo and I take it fully loaded. Ok, so I have always really liked Jimmy John's, but I am frankly tired of the attitudes, the lack of customer service, and the prices for what is at the end of the day, just a mediocre sandwich at this location. The staff here turn over, I get it. But please act like you care I am spending money in here. You walk in, and no smiles, lots of ignoring, just not a good vibe to go and spend $10-$15 a person on sandwiches. On Friday 1/3/25 I ordered lunch to be delivered to my work at 12:45. Although it arrived late after my lunch time the guy had the audacity to ask me if I was going to give him a tip for driving it over he asked did i somehow miss that when I ordered online. Went for lunch today. It was my first time trying this sandwich place. The ordering menu was a little confusing. I decided to give the skinny pre made sandwich. It was good but definitely needed to add mayo to help it out. My wife order a small turkey sandwich and she liked hers more than I did. We both loved the salt and vinegar chips that look like they are made by Jimmy Johns. The place was neat and clean staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good lunch experience. My review is closer to a 5 star than a 4 but that is all I could honestly give this time. read more

Jimmy John's is one of our favorite sub sandwich places. But the service at this location is unbearable. For a chain that built its reputation on freaky fast, this location is shockingly slow. Across several different online orders, our sandwiches took at least an hour to arrive. On one order, the location called to say they had no drivers that day. On the most recent order, it took 2 1/2 hours for our order to arrive. 2 1/2 hours for a freaking sandwich! If this location cannot support delivery, they simply should not offer it. But instead they choose to be okay with providing horrendous service to customers who place online orders. read more

I have long loved Jimmy John's for a quick, tasty bite to eat -- I'm partial to their Vito (No. 5). You can also order your sandwich unwich-style, with a lettuce wrap instead of bread. Great for low carbers. My kids also really enjoy the simple slim-style sandwiches, which are just basically meat, cheese and bread. This restaurant is a great addition to Pflugerville. I ordered a sandwich from this place and the delivery driver is crazy. He got mad when I didn't tip the $1 on my $11 order so he grabbed my trash can and climbed on to a place I couldn't reach it to mess with me then kicked my door and ran off. I called the store and they told me there was nothing they could do but talk to him. I said it was fine as long as he leaves me and my girlfriend alone. He then got my number and started texting me. I called the store again and they gave me the same story that they couldn't do anything and they sent him out on another order since they don't have another driver. I told the store that this is getting out of hand and I'm going to have to get the police involved if it continues. So this morning I woke up to a note on my door from the same delivery driver. Based on sandwiches good since it's a quick lunch and healthier options around the area, but poor customer service. We have ordered online 2x all other times sandwiches have been ready for pick up, today not the case. We ordered online recieving confirmation orders ready to be picked up... NOT the case waited 15min later, this is the reason we ordered online to not wait inside especially when we have 7 month old boys. Great new location that just opened about a month ago... YAAAAS, I love JJ's, my favorite sandwich chain. O mama, the square wheat bread is to die for, I could eat it everyday. This review is for delivery. I occasionally like to order delivery when I'm at work because I get short lunches and Jimmy John's is known for being "fast." I've ordered twice now and today will be my last time. The first time I ordered I got no updates on my delivery, so I finally walked outside and the delivery guy was just sitting in his car on his cellphone. Today the delivery came quickly, but dear god the sandwich was almost inedible. I asked for extra mayo and hot peppers because if you ask them to add something, they do the bare minimum. Well I got four little slices of peppers, but the worst part was the oil my entire sandwich was coated in. Great new location for the tried-and-true fast sandwich place. Their thick sliced wheat bread is so yummy. I don't eat much meat and other places veggie-only sandwiches are rather sad and deflated looking...every time I get it here, it's a huge portion that lasts me for two meals! I checked google and it told me that this store closed at 9pm. I was sad because my stomach had hurt all day and I wanted to eat something that wasn't heavy or greasy but with bread. As I drove to a sandwich shop across the street I noticed the free smells sign was still on. I decided to call and see if they were really closed. By this time it was 9:06pm, a very friendly gentleman answered the phone so I asked for clarification on closing time. He said he usually leaves the door open until 9:10pm. I said I was across the street if he would let me come get a sandwich. He said sure and even asked what I wanted and told me they would start making it for me. When I walked in I was greeted by 3 friendly employees that didn't make me feel bad for coming in after closing time. I was so thankful and appreciated all 3 of the employees. In a world that we don't see great customer service anymore I wanted them to know I greatly appreciated all of their efforts and appreciated the way they treated me plus my sandwich was delicious and hit the spot. This location is freaky slow!!!! Today was my 4th and final purchase from this location. I am a loyal Jimmy John's fan and eat at many locations. I always place my order on the app and before I can get to the store the order is ready in 5 minutes or less but not this one! Each time this location takes 20-30 minutes to have the order ready. I will place the order on the app before even leaving my house, drive there, and then stand there watching them making other sandwiches. Even have seen a customer walk in, place an order, and get their sandwich before me. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the other times, but now 4 times shows how they operate. In addition, I ordered multiple sandwiches in one order and applied a name to each sandwich. They stuck all sandwiches in one bag with no names or type of sandwich listed on wrapper. So now people had to open the wrapper, open up the sandwich to see if it was theirs, and then hand it off to the right person. Crappy service here. read more
