The manager went above and beyond for me and my family today. Our Uber Eats order was wrong so I went up to see if the driver left anything behind. They checked for me and the manager came over to apologize for the order being incorrect. I was happy to pay for a new order, but he told me not to worry and they will take care of everything. He even threw in more fresh fries for us. I started crying because this was a meal I was taking to the hospital for our family and some soup to encourage my uncle to eat something while he's been sick in the ICU. The manager (I believe his name was Christopher) told me his son was born there and said we were in great hands when I said what hospital we were at. He came back with a little stuffed cow that said "eat more chick'n" and we laughed because it's now in my uncles room encouraging him to eat. He also had it paired with a giftcard and said "whenever he feels better tell him this meal is on us." He had no idea my uncle has terminal cancer by the way.. I started sobbing as they handed me the remainder of my free meal. Wonderful, wonderful service and compassionate humans! Thank you for the kindness. It made our entire day. read more

Having never been to chick-fil-a before I moved to Texas about 10 years ago, I have been impressed with their food and general service at every visit since! That being said, of all the branches I've been to, this is the only one that consistently seems like it's run perfectly. We live about a mile from here now so we come at least once a week, and I'm pretty sure that even at the busiest of hours, we've never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive-thru. Went to the drive-thru Placed my order with one of the friendly order takers and Upsized my drink but I asked the order taker to keep my fries at the medium level They had me pull way forward because they were a little backlogged When they finally brought it out to me, the runner handed me my food and said here's your medium iced tea I told her that should've been a large but that is OK She immediately replied no it is not. For breakfast, I ordered 2 hash brown scramble bowls with nuggets but I later find out that they put in an order for 2 hash browns instead. The lady working took back the hash browns and was going to charge me for the bowls without giving me a refund for the hash browns until I asked her for a refund. Today, after going through the drive-through, I discovered that my water cup had a huge hole in it and had completely filled up my cup holders. I handed the defective cup back to the nice young man who had brought me my order. I told him that I needed a lot of napkins to soak up the water. He was so nice about bringing me a stack of them. Finally, he brought me a towel to complete the job. Then, whom I believe to be a manager, came to my car and graciously offered to finish sopping up the water, and he offered several times. He also apologized many times. He was so nice about the whole ordeal. I wish I had gotten his name, but....After the water was gone, he treated me to two delicious cookies. I highly recommend them. Also, I shared the information that my husband was in the hospital recovering from surgery. He actually said a prayer for him. Again, I wish I had gotten his name, but he definitely was someone who was in charge. My recommendation is to give this guy a bonus or something. He deserves it, or at least I think so.
