Having never been to chick-fil-a before I moved to Texas about 10 years ago, I have been impressed with their food and general service at every visit since! That being said, of all the branches I've been to, this is the only one that consistently seems like it's run perfectly. We live about a mile from here now so we come at least once a week, and I'm pretty sure that even at the busiest of hours, we've never spent more than 5 minutes in the drive-thru. For breakfast, I ordered 2 hash brown scramble bowls with nuggets but I later find out that they put in an order for 2 hash browns instead. I paid and they gave me a bag of two hash browns, I checked my order at the window and told them I ordered 2 bowls. The lady working took back the hash browns and was going to charge me for the bowls without giving me a refund for the hash browns until I asked her for a refund. For my afternoon snack, I ordered fries and a peppermint chip milkshake. They gave me a chicken sandwich and a soda. They even asked me for my name and saw the car I was in, which was they recorded correctly on the sticker placed on my order that they are supposed to check. Today, after going through the drive-through, I discovered that my water cup had a huge hole in it and had completely filled up my cup holders. I handed the defective cup back to the nice young man who had brought me my order. I told him that I needed a lot of napkins to soak up the water. He was so nice about bringing me a stack of them. Finally, he brought me a towel to complete the job. Then, whom I believe to be a manager, came to my car and graciously offered to finish sopping up the water, and he offered several times. He also apologized many times. He was so nice about the whole ordeal. I wish I had gotten his name, but....After the water was gone, he treated me to two delicious cookies. I highly recommend them. Also, I shared the information that my husband was in the hospital recovering from surgery. He actually said a prayer for him. Again, I wish I had gotten his name, but he definitely was someone who was in charge. My recommendation is to give this guy a bonus or something. He deserves it, or at least I think so. Being sanitary don't matter if the bag was touched or the food was touched the food is now been in someone else's hands beside the prep person.
