From the moment I walked into the store, I felt unwelcome. Instead of being greeted or treated with basic respect, I was met with an extremely rude and hostile attitude. When I was asked for my compartment number, I was trying to understand what was being requested. Rather than calmly assisting me, the employee--who identified himself as the District Manager--raised his voice and yelled, "LOOK UP ROUND ROCK LOCATION!" in an aggressive and embarrassing manner. His behavior only escalated from there. He continued speaking to me disrespectfully, shouted at me in front of others, and used profanity while addressing me. No customer should ever be cursed at or made to feel as though they do not belong simply because they are asking questions or need assistance. The interaction left me so upset that I cried as soon as I got back to my car. I have never been treated so poorly by someone representing a company, especially someone holding a leadership position. A District Manager should set the standard for professionalism, patience, and customer service--not create a hostile environment where customers leave feeling humiliated and intimidated. I find it extremely concerning that someone in a management position would believe it is acceptable to yell at, curse at, and disrespect a customer. This experience has caused me emotional distress, and I am deeply disappointed by the way I was treated. I am requesting that corporate conduct a full investigation into this incident by reviewing the security camera footage from June 30 at approximately 12:55 p.m. I believe the footage will clearly show the manner in which I was spoken to and treated. Depending on the outcome of your investigation, I will consider pursuing further action regarding the unprofessional conduct and emotional distress caused by this interaction. No customer should have to endure verbal abuse from a District Manager while simply trying to receive service. I expect to hear back regarding the steps being taken to address this matter. I hope your company values its customers enough to ensure that no one else experiences the same treatment I did.

It's a choose your own adventure when getting your own utensils, You order and pay via a computer kiosk and takeaway containers are extra $. A tip is part of the process. The tofu is straight out the container. If you ask to heat it in a grill the response has been that the food has already been prepped. $6.50 for a boiled prepped chicken breast ON TOP of the near 10 bucks for salad and carb. Today got the healing soup. It was weightwatchers 80's soup with cabbage, celery, canned tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Not bad, but not healing or worth 6 bucks for a cup. The noodles are nice and bouncy, but aside from the oil to keep them sticking, you have to pay for any seasoning (dressing, Sriracha etc). I have come back the last half dozen times and it hasn't improved. I'm sorry to say I will no longer be a patron. The prices are not reflective of quality or service. I ordered the Classic Carol and their newest seasonal flavor, the Greek Goddess. I added a side of their broccoli salad as well. The chicken salads were pretty good and packed a TON of flavor. That first bite was surprising and almost overwhelming. I had expected to taste the crunch of the celery in the classic, but couldn't even tell that any was in there. The Greek also did not seem to have the feta flavor that I was hoping for. The broccoli salad is sweet and I prefer savory, so I let somebody else in my family enjoy that side. All in all, the flavor is there and it's a solid option if you're craving some chicken salad.

Josh did not handle the interaction well in my opinion. In his opinion it was the same alcohol in a short or tall, so he thought I should just drink the tall. That's obviously not a great experience. Ultimately after a (too) long discussion he didn't charge for the drink. But the experience was ruined for us and since this was our first visit to this location it was simply a bummer and we likely won't be back.
