I finally had a chance to go by morning ritual and it was so good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I only stopped in for a mid day pick me up, but the views and ambiance were very nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would definitely return to see what else there is to offer. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Talked me through the menu options, and who can say no to a seasonal drink?! I absolutely cannot. I tried the sugar cookie latte with oat milk. The additional sugar cookie goat was a nice add on and tasted great as well. The other drink I ordered was a strawberry matcha. It was good, but if you're new to matcha - it still has the earthy finish. The pricing as reasonable as well. read more

I don't think I've ever expected to go to a coffee shop at an apartment complex. I was told there were cool vibes there. With some remote work to do, I drove through Pflugerville into this apartment complex parking lot to try their coffee chain. In my discovery (Google), every LC apartment complex has a "The Goat" and a "Morning Ritual" in their front office. If this is their standard for amenities, what a luxurious apartment complex. I wanted my classic lavender oat milk latte. Their spring menu had a Lavender Honey Latte, which I ordered. Feeding my slight hunger, I also got their three buttermilk biscuits with strawberry preserves to pair with it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, since I was not dining in at The Goat, I was banished to either sitting outside the restaurant or heading upstairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was partially humid, and I wanted to lock in on some work, so I opted for the upstairs. I was the only person up there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The downstairs had some steady traffic, but I was completely alone upstairs, which also had a micro-arcade and a bowling alley.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] What apartment complex am I even at? Service was pretty good as they seemed on top of it. The food was good, but it was three biscuits and strawberry jam. If they had somehow in some way messed that up, we'd be having problems. The coffee was pretty standard. I wasn't blown away by it, but it was clearly good and well made. I don't know Morning Ritual's true purpose as an outsider compared to a restaurant like The Goat, but I bet I'd be a lot happier with my apartment complex if they had a full coffee bar at the front office. read more

Gave morning ritual another shot while in the area. I attempted to order through the app however only iced and drip coffees were listed , no lattes or any of their drinks off the drink menu. I opted to try the outdoor walk up counter. I ordered a hot white mocha and a breakfast biscuit sandwich with Avocado and tomato. The coffee was alright however half way through I noticed all the flavor was sitting at the bottom and that's why I wasn't thrilled with my coffee, after stirring it, it was great , should have been stirred before giving it to me and it would have been 5/5 . [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff has consistently friendly and helpful and the establishment is lively ,modern, and inviting![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The breakfast sandwhich was soooo goooddd I think this is one of the best things I've had for here. The biscuit was the perfect texture and flavor, the egg cheese and tomato made it the perfect bite, my only complaint was the cut on the Avocado, they were large triangles instead of slices, I didn't noticed until after but 2/4 of the Avocado triangles had fell out into the bottom of the bag. Since I brought it home I was able to slice the triangles and make it easy to eat. 5/5 for taste!! Definably coming back for the biscuits. Star taken for the coffee and avocado situation . read more

Located inside the Goat, this is a cute little coffee spot! We went on an early Saturday morning before 8am and were able to get in and out quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful with the menu. I tried the salted caramel Cuban. I like sweet coffee and this was too sweet for me. It did taste good though, but I couldn't drink it all due to the sweetness. I also grabbed some bagels to go. There are no GF breakfast options as of now. There was plenty of parking in the parking lot at this time. read more

The breakfast taco was amazing, the green sauce really took it to the next level! I tried the Cuban caramel coffee and it was also great. I don't like when I can taste the milk in my coffee and I can tell you that it great, not too strong but not too light. 10/10 read more

I stopped by Morning Ritual Coffee inside The Goat this morning, and it was such a lovely experience. Ms Megan at the front was incredibly kind and welcoming, greeting me with a smile that set the tone for my visit. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space itself is very clean with beautiful aesthetics--cute, cozy, and thoughtfully designed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a cuban coffee, which was absolutely delicious. We tried the Morning Ritual for the first time for brunch on a Sunday. The brunch menu, drink menu & regular menu all had various options so everyone was able to get something that sounded good to them! We were able to be seated quickly and the servers were all friendly, our food and drinks did take a long time to come out but everything was pretty good! Although the salted caramel latte was extremely salty. Normally I like this but this one was way too much salt. That was the only thing we got that we didn't like. I had the hot chicken biscuit & it was very good, chicken was crispy and the biscuits looked like they were homemade. I would caution anyone who is gluten free - they had very little options for our gluten free friend on the brunch menu. I'm not 100% sure what it upstairs from this restaurant but it sounds like a bowling alley. [[HIGHLIGHT]]When they started bowling upstairs it was crazy loud in the eating area. Wow this is NOT the place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First, we have a dog so we sat outside and were told we could only get takeout if we sat outside, which means a limited menu and everything packed in wasteful oversized containers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food took forever even though we just had one taco and one burrito and a couple of coffees. The food was ok but definitely seemed premade and processed. The eggs were a little wet and there was not much substance in either food items. The coffees were way too sweet, though they added more cold brew for us when we asked, to make it less so. This is a great place for breakfast/brunch! I dropped in with my run club this weekend and they were thankfully able to accommodate our large group. I got the single huevos rancheros and it was delicious! Perfectly portioned for a quick breakfast and so full of flavor I was pleasantly surprised. I never got my coffee but we were huge group so it was a little difficult with the service and we ended up getting double orders by accident so I'm not complaining. The latte was pretty standard and well made. The barista there was nice but she was the only one working the bar. We were the only ones getting coffee at the time, but if there was a line, it might be a wait to get your drinks. Also the hole in the cup lids is on the bigger side, so they're prone to spilling if there's a lot of jostling. read more
